[0049] - an electrical box, for connection to an electrical power source, and
[0050] - lighting means, for lighting the food preparation area 24.
[0051] Various other advantageous features of kiosk 2 are detailed below.
[0052] As described in relation to [Fig. 4], the side walls 211 comprise fronta- geously:
[0053] - at least one entry passage 25, here at the level of a longitudinal side wall 211a, which is equipped with at least one service door 26, preferably a sliding service door 26 (or even two sliding service doors 26), and
[0054] - at least one window 27 (adapted for customer service and allowing the customer to observe the food preparation area 24), equipped with a removable partition 28.
[0055] This window 27 is advantageously provided at the level of the transverse side wall 211b, along which the culinary preparation space 24 is installed.
[0056] Furthermore, the kiosk 2 advantageously includes at least one attachment device 29 which is adapted for lifting operations, preferably arranged at the level of the ceiling wall 213 of the kiosk 2.
[0057] In practice, such a kiosk 2 advantageously consists of a gondola, transformed / recycled, preferably a ski cabin, in which the culinary preparation space 24 is fitted out. Road trailer
[0058] The road trailer 3 is intended to carry the kiosk 2 for its transport on the road, and to be hitched to a vehicle, for the transport of the kiosk 2 on road networks.
[0059] For this purpose, the road trailer 3 comprises a chassis 31 which is equipped:
[0060] - of wheels 32, for example two in number,
[0061] - of coupling means 33 to a road vehicle, advantageously conventional in themselves, advantageously a coupling head adapted to cooperate with a tow ball, and
[0062] - of a receiving support 34, for the removable receiving of the kiosk 2 during the road transport.
[0063] According to a preferred embodiment, the road trailer 3 further includes lifting means 35, adapted for maneuvering the kiosk 2 relative to the receiving support 34.
[0064] Preferably, these lifting means 35 comprise a jib 351 equipped with a lifting winch 352 which is adapted to cooperate with said at least one attachment device 29 equipping the kiosk 2.
[0065] Preferably, the gallows 351 comprises:
[0066] - an amount 351a, rising from chassis 31, and
[0067] - a shaft 351b, extending cantilevered from the upright 35la and above the receiving support 34.
[0068] The lifting winch 352 is advantageously conventional in itself, preferably a manual winch.
[0069] Such a lifting winch 352 advantageously comprises a drum 3521 which is supported by the gantry 351 and which operates a lifting cable 3522.
[0070] The free end of the lifting cable 3522 runs here from the free end of the boom 351b.
[0071] Furthermore, the chassis 31 advantageously includes a vertical passage P which is dimensioned to be traversed by the kiosk 2 (see in particular on [Fig.2]).
[0072] In other words, the horizontal dimensions of the vertical passage P are greater than the horizontal dimensions of the kiosk 2 (defined by the side walls 211).
[0073] This vertical passage P opens as follows:
[0074] - vertically, in a vertical direction so as to allow movement of vertical translation of kiosk 2 through vertical passage P, and
[0075] - towards the rear, advantageously opposite the coupling means 33 so as to allow a horizontal translation movement of kiosk 2 through this vertical passage P.
[0076] And, preferably, the receiving support 34 of the road trailer 3 consists of a mobile receiving support 34, preferably removable.
[0077] This receiving support 34 can thus be maneuvered between two positions:
[0078] - an active position, in which the mobile receiving support 34 closes (here by tiellement) the vertical passage P in order to receive the kiosk 2 ([Fig.1]), and
[0079] - an inactive position, in which the mobile receiving support 34 releases the vertical passage P in order to allow the movement of kiosk 2 through the vertical passage P ([Fig.2]).
[0080] This receiving support 34 consists, for example, of removable transverse beams ([Fig.1]), which can be moved between two positions:
[0081] - an active position, in which the removable transverse beams 34 are brought across the vertical passage P to receive the kiosk 2 ([Fig. 1]), and
[0082] - an inactive position, in which the removable transverse beams 34 are removed from chassis 31 in order to free up the vertical passage P and to allow the movement of kiosk 2 through the vertical passage P ([Fig.2]).
[0083] Preferably, as described in more detail in [Fig. 3], the chassis 31 consists of a U-shaped chassis 31, comprising:
[0084] - a cross member 311 equipped with coupling means 33, and
[0085] - two arms 312, extending the cross members 311 and equipped with wheels 32.
[0086] The arms 312 thus delimit the lateral opening of the vertical passage P.
[0087] And the chassis 31 thus delimits the vertical passage P which opens laterally, at opposite cross member 311.
[0088] The gantry 351 is advantageously connected with the cross member 311, in the middle of the latter's length.
[0089] Moreover, in general, the road trailer 3 advantageously features at least one telescopic support leg 37 which is suitable for stabilizing the road trailer 3 on the ground.
[0090] Such a telescopic support 37 is particularly useful during the maneuvering operations of the kiosk 2, in lifting, in relation to the road trailer 3.
[0091] The road trailer 3 includes, for example:
[0092] - a telescopic jockey crutch 37a, preferably at the level of the means coupling 33, and / or
[0093] - a stabilizing telescopic crutch 37b, preferably at the level of the arms 312, at opposite cross member 311. Implementation
[0094] In a “transport” configuration, kiosk 2 is installed on road trailer 3.
[0095] In particular, the base 23 of the kiosk 2 rests on the receiving support 34, here in the active position.
[0096] The kiosk 2 is advantageously held in tension by the lifting means 35, and by a set of straps (not shown).
[0097] The kiosk 2 can thus be transported to its installation site, thanks to the road trailer 3 which is towed by a motorized vehicle.
[0098] Once it has arrived at its installation site, the kiosk 2 is advantageously positioned directly vertically above its installation location.
[0099] Said at least one telescopic support 37 is activated so as to stabilize the mobile restoration system 1.
[0100] Next, the kiosk 2 is advantageously maneuvered vertically via the lifting means 35 according to different successive movements.
[0101] First, the kiosk 2 is maneuvered in an upward movement, from the transport position (supporting the receiving support 34) to a raised position (suspended above the receiving support 34).
[0102] The kiosk 2 is thus suspended from the gantry 351, above the receiving support 34 and the ground.
[0103] In this raised position, if necessary, the receiving support 34 can be maneuvered from its active position to its inactive position.
[0104] Next, the kiosk 2 can be maneuvered in a downward movement, from the raised position to a resting position on the ground.
[0105] During this downward movement, the kiosk 2 travels through the vertical passage P, until its base 23 rests on the ground.
[0106] The attachment member 29 can be separated from the lifting means 35.
[0107] Next, it is sufficient to move the road trailer 3 so as to bring the kiosk 2 out through the rear opening of the vertical passage P.
[0108] Kiosk 2 can then accommodate customers who are served, for example, through window 27.
[0109] When kiosk 2 needs to be moved, reverse operations are implemented.
[0110] In substance, the following operations are carried out:
[0111] - the road trailer 3 is maneuvered so as to introduce the kiosk 2 through from the rear opening of the vertical passage P,
[0112] - the lifting means 35 are controlled so as to maneuver the kiosk 2 according to a upward movement, from the resting position on the ground to the raised position,
[0113] - the receiving support 34 is maneuvered from its inactive position to its active position, Then
[0114] - the lifting means 35 are controlled so as to maneuver the kiosk 2 according to a downward movement, from the raised position to the transport position.
[0115] Of course, various other modifications can be made to the invention within the scope of the annexed claims.
