Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Bioclimatic swimming pool shelter
[0001] The present invention relates to a swimming pool shelter, comprising at least one module intended to cover the swimming pool.
[0002] Generally, the swimming pool enclosure comprises a plurality of modules, movable relative to each other. More particularly, the modules generally have different dimensions, to slide into each other telescopically. The modules are thus movable between a closed configuration, in which they together cover the swimming pool, and an open configuration, in which they are inserted into each other, and / or offset, so as to at least partially uncover the swimming pool.
[0003] Swimming pool shelters have a safety function in particular in the closed configuration, in order to prevent, for example, a child from accidentally falling into the swimming pool.
[0004] In periods of high heat, however, pool enclosures have a greenhouse effect, which has the effect of heating the pool water. This is not necessarily desirable, however, because excessively high water temperatures for a prolonged period lead to the proliferation of micro-organisms, bacteria and algae, which leads to a reduction in water quality.
[0005] It is therefore necessary to switch the modules to an open configuration to prevent the water from heating up too much. However, this poses safety problems, since the shelter in an open configuration no longer fulfills its safety function.
[0006] The invention aims in particular to remedy this drawback, by proposing a swimming pool shelter making it possible to limit the heating of the water in the event of high temperatures, without compromising its safety.
[0007] To this end, the invention relates in particular to a swimming pool shelter, comprising at least one module comprising a panel intended to cover the swimming pool, characterized in that the panel comprises at least one ventilation part formed by orientable blades movable between an open position and a closed position.
[0008] By moving the adjustable blades to the open position, it is possible to ventilate under the shelter, without reducing the safety of the shelter since the modules remain in the closed configuration. This ventilation helps to reduce the greenhouse effect, and thus limit the heating of the pool water.
[0009] A shelter according to the invention may further comprise one or more of the following characteristics, taken alone or in any technically conceivable combination.
[0010] - The panel has two side parts without adjustable slats, arranged on either side of the ventilation section.
[0011] - Said side parts are made of cellular polycarbonate, or polycarbonate full transparent.
[0012] - The swimming pool shelter comprises a plurality of modules, only one of which is equipped with adjustable blades.
[0013] - The swimming pool shelter comprises a plurality of modules, two of which are equipped with adjustable blades, preferably two end modules between which are arranged other modules without adjustable blades.
[0014] - The swimming pool shelter comprises a plurality of modules, all equipped with slats adjustable.
[0015] - the swimming pool shelter comprises means for actuating the adjustable slats, the actuating means comprising a rail on each crosspiece, in which a support element is slidably mounted, each adjustable blade being connected on the one hand to the support element by a first pivot connection, and on the other hand to the crosspiece by a second pivot connection.
[0016] - The actuation means are manual, and comprise for example at least one handle attached to one of the support elements.
[0017] - The actuating means are motorized.
[0018] - The swimming pool shelter includes automatic means for controlling the means motorized actuators, depending on measurable conditions such as water temperature or weather conditions.
[0019] - The adjustable blades are made of alveolar polycarbonate.
[0020] Various aspects and advantages of the invention will be highlighted in the following description, given solely by way of non-limiting example, and made with reference to the appended figures, among which:
[0021] [Fig-1] [Fig.l] represents a swimming pool shelter according to an example of a method of realization of the invention;
[0022] [Fig.2] [Fig.2] schematically represents in perspective a module of the swimming pool shelter of [Fig.l], in a first configuration;
[0023] [Fig.3] [Fig.3] is a view similar to [Fig.2] of the module in a second configuration;
[0024] [Fig.4] [Fig.4] is a detail of the module of [Fig.3].
[0025] [Fig. 1] shows a swimming pool shelter 10 according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention.
[0026] The swimming pool shelter 10 generally comprises a plurality of modules 12, which, in a conventional manner, are capable of sliding into one another, between a closed configuration in which all of the modules cover the swimming pool, and an open configuration where the modules are offset, and inserted into one another, to discover the swimming pool. The swimming pool enclosure 10 is shown in the closed configuration in [Fig.l].
[0027] In the example described, the shelter 10 comprises four modules, but it could alternatively comprise a different number.
[0028] One of the modules 12 is shown in more detail in [Fig.2].
[0029] Each module 12 comprises a panel 14 intended to extend opposite the swimming pool, so as to cover it in the closed configuration. Thus, the panel 14 extends substantially horizontally. The panel 14 conventionally has a generally curved shape, with a peak in the center of the panel, so as to allow the lateral flow of water in the event of rain.
[0030] The module 12 further comprises two crosspieces 16 framing the panel 14. Each crosspiece 16 extends in a transverse direction Y, and the panel 14 extends between the crosspieces 16 in a longitudinal direction X perpendicular to the transverse direction Y, corresponding to a direction of movement of the module 12 when it is moved between the open and closed configurations.
[0031] The module 12 preferably comprises two uprights 18, framing the panel 14 in the transverse direction, and supporting the panel 14 in height in a vertical direction Z, in order to raise this panel 14 relative to the swimming pool. This makes it possible in particular to swim in complete safety while the module 12 covers the swimming pool.
[0032] According to the invention, the panel 14 comprises at least one ventilation portion 20 formed by adjustable blades 22 movable between an open position and a closed position. The adjustable blades 22 are shown in the closed position in [Fig.2] and in the open position in [Fig.3].
[0033] The adjustable blades 22 are for example made of alveolar polycarbonate.
[0034] In the example described, the ventilation part 20 is a central part in the transverse direction Y, framed on either side by lateral parts without adjustable blades. These lateral parts 24 are conventional panel parts.
[0035] For example, the side parts 24 are made of cellular polycarbonate, or of transparent solid polycarbonate.
[0036] It will be noted that the panel 14 could have any other possible configuration, such as for example comprising several ventilation parts separated by parts without adjustable blades.
[0037] The swimming pool shelter 12 comprises means 26 for actuating the adjustable slats 22, for their movement between their open and closed positions.
[0038] As shown in [Fig. 4], the actuating means 26 comprise for example a rail 28 on each crosspiece 16, in which a support element is mounted to slide in the transverse direction Y. Each orientable blade 22 is connected on the one hand to the sliding element by a first pivot connection 30, and on the other hand to the crosspiece 16 by a second pivot connection 32. Thus, the sliding of the sliding element causes the rotation of each blade 22 around its second pivot connection 32.
[0039] The actuating means 26 are for example manual, and thus manually actuated by a user when he deems it necessary. For this purpose, the actuating means 26 comprise a handle 34 secured to one of the support elements.
[0040] Alternatively, the actuating means are motorized, the support element being moved by means of a motor carried by the crosspiece 16 and controlled remotely.
[0041] In the latter case, the actuating means can be automated, using automatic control means, capable of controlling the motorized actuating means for opening or closing the adjustable blades according to measurable conditions or climatic conditions.
[0042] For example, the control means comprise a thermometer for measuring the temperature of the water in the swimming pool, and are configured to control the opening of the blades when the water temperature is higher than a first predefined threshold, and to control the closing of the blades when the water temperature is lower than a second predefined threshold.
[0043] In another example, the control means comprise means for determining climatic conditions, for example a barometer and / or a thermometer measuring the temperature of the outside air, and are configured to actuate the blades according to the climatic conditions, for example to open them in the event of high heat and close them in the event of rain.
[0044] It will be noted that the shelter 10 can have several possible module configurations.
[0045] In the example shown in [Fig.l], the shelter 10 comprises a plurality of modules, two of which are equipped with adjustable slats.
[0046] Preferably, the two modules provided with adjustable blades are two end modules, in the longitudinal direction X, between which are arranged other conventional modules without adjustable blades. This configuration is advantageous for generating a current of air under the shelter when the blades of the two modules are in the open configuration.
[0047] Alternatively, the shelter 10 comprises a plurality of modules, only one of which is provided with slats 22. The other modules are then conventional.
[0048] According to another variant, the shelter 10 comprises a plurality of modules, all being equipped with adjustable slats.
[0049] Any other configuration is possible, the shelter 10 being able to comprise one or more modules provided with slats and one or more modules without slats, arranged in any conceivable way.
