Description of the embodiments As can be seen from the figures, the subject of the invention relates to a multipurpose cooking appliance 1 for cooking food, particularly outdoors. The appliance 1 comprises a frame 2 configured to rest on the ground in a stable manner. In the example illustrated, the frame 2 comprises two triangular-shaped feet 2a rising vertically from a shelf 2b. This frame 2 supports, by a pivot connection 3 with a horizontal axis X, a cooking structure 4 that is movable so as to occupy either a first position for oven cooking (Figures 2, 4 and 6) or a second position for barbecue and / or plancha cooking ([Fig. 1]). For example, the cooking structure 4 is provided on either side with two pins 3a extending in alignment with each other to together define the pivot connection 3 of horizontal axis X of the cooking structure 4. These two pins 3a are guided in rotation by any suitable means integrated into the feet 2a. The cooking structure 4 comprises a cooking plate 5 having a first face Sa and a second face S5b opposite the first face 5a. As will be better understood in the remainder of the description, the first face 5a is configured to form a bottom of a cooking oven while the second face Sb is configured to form a surface for placing food. For example, this cooking plate 5 is a metal plate. According to a preferred embodiment, the cooking plate 5 has a circular shape. Of course, the cooking plate 5 may have a different shape. At least one barbecue cooking opening 5c is provided in the cooking plate 5 ([Fig.SA]). In the example illustrated, the cooking plate 5 has a single barbecue cooking opening 5c. Advantageously, the barbecue cooking opening 5c is provided in the central part of the cooking plate 5. For example, the barbecue cooking opening 5c is a circular through hole coaxial with the center of the circular cooking plate. Of course, the barbecue cooking opening Sc may have a different shape. Similarly, the cooking plate 5 may have several barbecue cooking openings 5c distributed over the surface of the cooking plate 5. According to an advantageous embodiment characteristic, the cooking plate 5 is configured so that the second face Sb of the cooking plate 5 has a negative slope starting from the periphery of the cooking plate towards its part central to confine the liquid products in the central part of the cooking plate. Indeed, this second face 5b is configured to form a surface for placing food from which liquid products can flow, such as fats, sauces or blood. For example, the inclination of the second face 5b towards the center of the cooking plate is 2°. The flow of liquid products is thus towards the central part of the cooking plate, namely the barbecue cooking opening 5c in the illustrated example. According to another characteristic of the invention, the cooking structure 4 comprises a cooking oven 7 arranged from the first face Sa of the cooking plate 5. Thus, this cooking oven 7 has a floor formed by the first face 5a of the cooking plate. The cooking oven 7 thus rises above the first face 5a of the cooking plate 5 by a wall 8 arranged to internally delimit a cooking chamber 9. The wall 8 is configured in any suitable manner to form a cooking chamber 9. In the example illustrated, the wall 8 is arranged to give the cooking oven a hemispherical shape, being formed by an internal envelope Ba and an external envelope 8b extending parallel to each other to delimit a space intended to be filled by refractory sand introduced from a hatch 8c, to obtain good thermal insulation of the cooking oven 7.Of course, the cooking oven can be made differently and have a different shape with a vertically rising wall extending into a vault for example. This cooking chamber 9 is accessible by at least one door 11 allowing the cooking chamber to be opened or closed. Conventionally, the cooking chamber 9 is provided with a gas and smoke evacuation outlet 12, equipped for example with a chimney rising vertically from the wall 8. Advantageously, the exhaust outlet 12 is arranged on the cooking oven so as to communicate with the cooking chamber 9 for a first position of the door 11 and to no longer communicate with the cooking chamber 9 for a second position of the door 11. In the example illustrated, the wall 8 of the cooking oven 7 is arranged to have an airlock 13 into which the exhaust outlet 12 opens. This airlock 13 is delimited on the inner side of the cooking chamber 9, formed by the internal casing 8a, by a support frame 14 for the door 11 which, in this position, occupies a position set back at the bottom of the airlock ([Fig.7]). In this set back position of the door 11, the cooking chamber 9 does not communicate with the exhaust outlet 12.The airlock 13 opens on the outside of the cooking chamber 9 formed by the external casing 8b, in the wall 8 at the level of which the door 11 occupies an advanced position for which the cooking chamber 9 communicates with the evacuation outlet 12 ([Fig.4]). Door 11 is thus moved to be positioned either substantially in the pro- along the wall 8 formed by the external casing 8b or at the bottom of the airlock 13 to open or close the communication between the cooking chamber 9 and the exhaust outlet 12. In the advanced position of the door 11, the cooking chamber 9 communicates with the exhaust outlet 12 allowing the combustion gases and fumes to escape. In the retracted position of the door 11, the cooking chamber 9 remains closed allowing heat to be retained for cooking the food. The cooking chamber 9 is intended to contain the fuel used for cooking food. According to an advantageous example of implementation, a solid fuel such as wood or charcoal is placed inside the cooking chamber 9. It should be noted that this solid fuel used for oven cooking can be used for plancha and / or barbecue cooking. The solid fuel is thus moved from the oven floor onto the internal casing 8a of the oven, when the cooking structure 4 moves from its first position to its second position. In the case of implementation with a gaseous fuel, the burner can be mounted anywhere in the cooking chamber 9. According to an advantageous embodiment feature, the door 11 is mounted to remain attached to the wall 8. In the example illustrated more particularly in [Fig.7], the door 11 is mounted on a hinge system 16 guided in sliding to be moved between the forward position and the retracted position. The hinge system 16 comprises a hinge 16a fixed to the door 11 and a connecting pin 16b guided in sliding in two superimposed slides 16c mounted in the airlock 13. The door 11 is provided opposite the hinge system 16, with a handle 17 allowing the door to pivot around the connecting pin 16b to open or close the cooking chamber 9. The handle 17 allows the door 1 | to be moved forward or backward to place it in the forward position or in the retracted position. The appliance 1 also comprises a removable base 19 intended to be used when the appliance 1 is used for oven cooking corresponding to its first position of use (figures 2, 4 and 6). This removable base 19 is configured to fill the barbecue cooking opening 5c of the cooking plate 5 when the cooking oven 7 is used. Advantageously, the removable base 19 is configured to fill the barbecue cooking opening 5c of the cooking plate by coming flush with the first face Sa of the cooking plate ([Fig.6]). In this way, the base of the cooking oven 7 formed by the first face Sa of the cooking plate and the upper face of the removable base 19 is perfectly flat. For example, this removable sole 19 comprises a fixing system 19a for fixing to the cooking plate 5. This fixing system 19a is configured so that the removable sole fills the barbecue cooking opening 5c of the cooking plate 5 by coming flush with the first face 5a of the cooking plate. For example, the fixing system fixing 19a comprises a fixing frame for a refractory material 19b forming the removable base and being fixed by screws anchored in the second face 5b of the cooking plate. The appliance 1 also comprises at least one barbecue cooking grid 21 intended to be used when the appliance 1 is used for barbecue and / or plancha cooking corresponding to its second position of use ([Fig.1]). For this second position of use, the door 11 is advantageously placed in the retracted position so that the cooking chamber 9 does not communicate with the exhaust outlet 12. Furthermore, the cooking plate 5 is positioned above the cooking chamber 9. The cooking plate 5 is thus heated so that the second face 5b of the cooking plate allows the food placed on this second face 5b to be cooked on the plancha. The barbecue cooking grid 21 is configured to be located opposite or overhanging the barbecue cooking opening 5c while being positioned or accessible according to the second face 5b of the cooking plate. This barbecue cooking grid 21 comprises a mounting system 22 for the cooking plate 5 allowing it to be positioned in relation to the barbecue cooking opening 5c. For example, this barbecue cooking grid 21 comprises, as a mounting system 22, feet distributed around the periphery of the cooking grid to cooperate with the edge of the cooking plate 5 delimiting the barbecue cooking opening 5c. In this way, the barbecue cooking grid 21 is mounted stably on the cooking plate 5. Of course, the mounting system 22 of the barbecue cooking grid can be simpler so as to obtain the installation of the barbecue cooking grid 21 on the second face 5b by covering the barbecue cooking opening 5c. Preferably, the barbecue cooking grid 21 has substantially the same shape and size as the barbecue cooking opening 5c. In the illustrated example, the barbecue cooking grid 21 has a circular shape adapted to the shape of the barbecue cooking opening 5c but a barbecue cooking grid of a different shape from the barbecue cooking opening may be provided. Furthermore, in the illustrated example, the barbecue cooking grid 21 rises above the extension of the second 5b face of the cooking plate, allowing a flow of air to pass through. However, the barbecue cooking grid 21 may be positioned to be located in the extension of the second 5Sb face of the cooking plate, also allowing a flow of air to pass through. The device 1 also includes a mechanism 25 for turning the cooking structure 4 in order to position it: - in a first position for which the first face 5a of the cooking plate 5 is substantially horizontal while being directed upwards for cooking in the oven and for which the removable sole 19 is fixed to the cooking plate; - and in a second position for which the second face 5b of the cooking plate 5 is substantially horizontal while being directed upwards for barbecue and / or plancha cooking and for which the barbecue cooking opening Sc of the cooking plate is equipped, in replacement of the removable base 19, with the barbecue cooking grid 21. The turning system 25 is therefore adapted to pivot around the pivot connection 3 with horizontal axis X, the cooking structure 4 by an amplitude of 180° from a substantially horizontal position of the cooking plate 5. This results in a 180° turning of the cooking plate 5 making it possible to change the face (5a or Sb) which is turned upwards. The cooking structure 4 pivots around the two trunnions 3a defining the pivot axis X. These two trunnions 3a are guided in rotation in the feet of the chassis while being mounted integrally in the example illustrated, with the wall 8 of the cooking oven and being provided with fasteners 3b which are fixed to the cooking plate 5. For example, the turning system 25 comprises a crank or handle 25a intended to be mounted integrally with a pivot 3a to cause the cooking structure 4 to rotate. A 180° rotation of the crank or handle 25a causes the cooking structure 4 to pivot accordingly. This crank or handle 25a is assembled to a pivot 3a in a removable or non-removable manner. Advantageously, the turning mechanism 25 of the cooking structure comprises a system 26 for limiting the rotation of the cooking structure around the horizontal axis X by an amplitude of the order of 180° from a substantially horizontal position of the cooking plate 5. In the example illustrated more particularly in [Fig. 8], the turning mechanism 25 comprises, as a limiting system 26, a pin 26a mounted integral with the cooking structure 4 while being engaged in a semi-circular groove 26b centered on the pivot axis X. The pin 26a thus slides in the groove 26b while coming into abutment on the ends 26c of the groove 26b positioned substantially in a horizontal plane to define the two positions of use of the cooking appliance. Thus, in a first position, the first face Sa of the cooking plate is substantially horizontal while being directed upwards for oven cooking while in a second position for which the second face Sb of the cooking plate is substantially horizontal while being directed upwards for barbecue and / or griddle cooking. According to an advantageous embodiment characteristic, the turning mechanism 25 comprises a locking system 28 for locking the cooking structure 4 in its first position and in its second position. For example, the turning mechanism 25 comprises, as locking system 28, an indexing finger 28a passing through the chassis to engage in holes 28b provided in the cooking structure 4 and in particular the wall 8 when the cooking structure 4 occupies one and / or the other of these two positions of use. It is clear from the above description that the cooking appliance 1 according to the invention is versatile for cooking food in the oven, on a barbecue and / or on a griddle. The cooking appliance has two characteristic positions of use, namely an oven cooking position and a barbecue and / or griddle cooking position. The change from the oven cooking position to the barbecue and / or griddle cooking position results from a simple 180° turnover of the cooking structure 4. It is also appropriate to remove the removable base 19 used for oven cooking and replace it with the barbecue cooking grid 21. In this barbecue cooking position, the barbecue cooking grid 21 can be used for cooking food and / or the second face Sb of the cooking plate 5 can be used to place food on to allow it to be cooked on the griddle.Conversely, when turning the cooking structure 4 to move from the barbecue and / or plancha cooking position to the oven cooking position, the barbecue cooking grid 21 is removed and replaced by the removable base 19. It should be noted that the fuel used for oven cooking can be used for barbecue and / or plancha cooking, simply by turning the cooking structure 4 over.
