Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Reinforcing frame for construction and device for distributing individual bars for such a frame Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to a reinforcing frame for the construction of a masonry structure, such as a reinforced concrete slab, or for the construction of a concrete structural element such as foundations.
[0002] It also relates to a device for distributing individual bars for producing such a reinforcing frame.
[0003] It also relates to a method of producing a construction element equipped with such a reinforcing frame. Prior art
[0004] It is known to implement in the field of construction reinforcement frames, also called “welded mesh”.
[0005] For example, these reinforcements can be made from individual bars welded together by passing an electric current, without adding material.
[0006] Depending on the intended use of these reinforcements, specific requirements must be taken into account, in particular regarding the grade of steel, the minimum diameter of the bars or the minimum shear strength of the welds.
[0007] Bundles, or stacks, of welded mesh are typically transported on trucks and unloaded on site by crane.
[0008] The stacks of welded mesh are then transported close to their deployment location, for example to the location where a floor is to be built in a building, and the welded mesh plates are then handled individually by qualified operators.
[0009] Although the use of custom-made welded mesh plates in the factory has become widespread on construction sites, thereby reducing the weight of these plates, they remain heavy to handle.
[0010] It is noted that at least two operators are necessary to manually carry out the numerous handling operations, in particular to position the welded mesh plates one by one on the molding surface of the floor to be produced.
[0011] However, for several years now there has been a shortage of qualified labour in the construction sector.
[0012] The use of skilled workers to handle welded mesh plates, when they could be assigned to other tasks, is incompatible with the concerns of managing deadlines to deliver a site on time.
[0013] It also results in a significant additional cost.
[0014] Furthermore, these welded mesh plates consume space for their temporary storage, which can constitute a nuisance on a construction site until their full deployment.
[0015] Also, it would be interesting to have a reinforcement frame for construction, the original design of which makes it possible to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks. Subject of the invention
[0016] The present invention thus aims at a reinforcement frame for construction, simple in its design and in its operating mode, economical and capable of being managed by a single qualified operator.
[0017] An object of the present invention is such a reinforcement frame which consumes less space for its storage.
[0018] Another object of the present invention is such a reinforcing frame requiring little, if any, cutting on site and consequently limiting the generation of offcuts.
[0019] Another object of the present invention is such a reinforcement frame which is easily transportable and unloadable while reducing the risk of accidents.
[0020] Yet another object of the present invention is a device for distributing individual reinforcement bars which is particularly simple while being adaptable, for the production of such a reinforcement frame.
[0021] It also relates to a method of producing a construction element, in which such a reinforcing reinforcement is embedded. Statement of the invention
[0022] To this end, the invention relates to a reinforcing reinforcement intended to be embedded in a molding material such as concrete, said reinforcing reinforcement comprising at least one main reinforcement layer. According to the invention - each reinforcement layer comprises at least two reinforcement bar distribution devices, these distribution devices being spaced from each other, - each distribution device being elongated and comprising two faces called upper and lower faces, at least one of these faces comprising cradles spaced regularly by a pitch d, the spacing pitches of the cradles being different between the upper and lower faces when cradles are provided on both faces of said distribution device, and - each reinforcement layer comprising a plurality of individual reinforcement bars, each bar is received in a cradle of at least two of said distribution devices so that said bars are parallel or substantially parallel for the same main reinforcement layer.
[0023] Advantageously, such a reinforcement frame, or reinforcement, is formed by assembling various individual elements and, in particular, by individual reinforcement bars and distribution devices, or distributors. These constituent elements of the reinforcement frame can thus be handled by a single qualified operator.
[0024] It is also noted that the space required for storing the constituent elements for producing such a reinforcing frame is minimal and that loading / unloading these components is facilitated.
[0025] The spacing pitch between the cradles of the same face of said distribution device is determined from calculations of the resistance of the materials as a function of the forces to be supported by the construction element in which said reinforcement is embedded.
[0026] Advantageously, it is observed that the implementation of such distribution devices, or distributors, makes it possible to significantly reduce the installation time of such reinforcement and ensures regular spacing of the reinforcement bars and their parallelism in the hardened concrete. These technical criteria are essential to guarantee the proper functioning of the reinforcement in preserving the integrity of the construction element.
[0027] Preferably, these steps between the cradles of the two external faces of said distribution device are different to ensure its adaptability to the choice of the operator.
[0028] According to a particular embodiment of this reinforcement frame, it comprises two reinforcement plies each comprising reinforcement bars, said plies being arranged so that the reinforcement bars are arranged perpendicularly or substantially perpendicularly.
[0029] For example, the bars of a first layer of bars are arranged longitudinally relative to the reinforcement and the bars of a second layer are arranged transversely relative to this reinforcement.
[0030] According to another particular embodiment of this reinforcement armature, said reinforcement plies are assembled together by positioning on the assembly formed by said reinforcement plies thus superimposed, at least two individual reinforcement bars, which are attached to the bars of the lowest reinforcement ply by flexible connecting elements. For purely illustrative purposes, these flexible connecting elements may be wires attachments such as wires.
[0031] According to yet another particular embodiment of this reinforcement frame, said bars have a circular or rectangular or even square section.
[0032] According to yet another particular embodiment of this reinforcement frame, each individual bar is metallic, for example made of steel or stainless steel. As is known, these individual reinforcement bars can be grooved.
[0033] According to yet another particular embodiment of this reinforcement frame, each individual bar distribution device is hollow, and has openings, such as injection orifices and / or vents, for the passage of the molding material, such as concrete, inside it.
[0034] According to yet another particular embodiment of this reinforcement frame, the dimension H separating the upper and lower faces of each distribution device, or their height, is determined to correspond to the minimum embedding distance relative to a corresponding external surface such as a facing surface, of a construction element in which such a support element is intended to be embedded. Such an embodiment advantageously makes it possible to precisely position the reinforcement plies inside the molded part.
[0035] According to yet another particular embodiment of this reinforcing frame, each cradle of a distribution device is formed by a cutout, or notch, of flared section such as in the shape of a V, in order to allow the reception of reinforcement bars of different diameters, its widest portion being placed at the level of the external surface of said distribution device. Advantageously, the V-shape of each cradle guarantees better positioning of each reinforcement bar in its housing.
[0036] Preferably, said cutouts are configured so that said distribution device has point support points, or limited support surface, with a face such as a formwork surface. Such a configuration advantageously allows the distribution device to be as invisible as possible on the underside of a floor at the time of formwork removal. In other words, it ensures maximization of exposed concrete.
[0037] According to yet another particular embodiment of this reinforcement frame, each cradle of a distribution device has projections for holding a bar in position by clipping it into said cradle.
[0038] According to yet another particular embodiment of this reinforcement frame, each distribution device is made entirely of concrete, of concrete fiber or in a rigid plastic material.
[0039] The present invention also relates to a device for distributing individual reinforcement bars for producing a reinforcement frame as described above, said distribution device comprising an upper face and a lower face. According to the invention, this distribution device is linear and comprises cradles on at least one of its upper and lower faces for receiving and supporting reinforcement bars, said cradles being regularly spaced by a pitch d, the spacing pitches of the cradles being different between the upper and lower faces when cradles are provided on both faces of said distribution device.
[0040] Purely for illustrative purposes, said support and spacing assembly comprises a first set of cradles on its upper face and a second set of cradles on its lower face, the cradles of said first set being spaced apart by a pitch d and the cradles of said second set being spaced apart by a pitch q with q different from d.
[0041] According to another embodiment of this device for distributing individual reinforcement bars, each cradle is formed by a cutout, or notch, of flared section such as in the shape of a V in order to allow the reception of reinforcement bars of different diameters, its widest portion being placed at the level of the external surface of said distribution device.
[0042] According to yet another embodiment of this device for distributing individual reinforcement bars, said cutouts are configured so that said distribution device has point support points, or points of limited surface, with a face such as a formwork surface.
[0043] According to yet another embodiment of this device for distributing individual reinforcement bars, each cradle has projections for holding a bar in position by clipping it into said cradle. Preferably, these projections are distributed over the height of the cutout for clipping a bar which may have different diameters.
[0044] According to yet another embodiment of this device for distributing individual reinforcement bars, it is hollow and has openings such as injection and / or vent orifices, for the passage of the molding material, such as concrete, inside said distribution device. For purely illustrative purposes, it may include axial and lateral openings.
[0045] According to yet another embodiment of this device for distributing individual reinforcement bars, it is made entirely of concrete, fiber-reinforced concrete or a rigid plastic material.
[0046] The present invention also relates to a construction element, consisting of a reinforced concrete panel in which is embedded a reinforcing reinforcement as described above or devices for distributing individual bars as described above.
[0047] The present invention also relates to a method for producing a construction element, in which a reinforcing reinforcement is embedded. According to the invention, the following successive steps are carried out: - arranging on a molding surface at least two distribution devices as described above, said distribution devices being axially spaced so that the cradles of said elements are aligned or substantially aligned, - distributing individual reinforcing bars in said cradles so that each cradle of a distribution device receives a single bar, the bars being arranged longitudinally or transversely relative to said molding surface, - possibly repeating said operations on the reinforcement layer thus formed to produce at least one new reinforcement layer, the bars of this last layer being arranged perpendicularly or substantially perpendicularly to the reinforcement layer immediately below, - bind the said at least two reinforcement layers, - positioning a molding surface on the assembly thus formed and injecting into the space delimited by said molding surfaces a hardening molding material, such as concrete.
[0048] Preferably, said at least two reinforcement plies are connected by positioning on the assembly formed by said at least two reinforcement plies thus superimposed, at least two individual reinforcement bars, which are attached to the bars of the lowest reinforcement ply by flexible connecting elements such as attachment wires. [0049] Other advantages, aims and particular characteristics of the present invention will emerge from the description which follows, given, for explanatory and in no way limiting purposes, with reference to the appended drawings, in which: Fig.l

[0051] [Fig.2] is a perspective view of a distribution device implemented in the reinforcing reinforcement illustrated in [Fig.l]; Fig. 3
[0052] [Fig.3] is a top and perspective view of a bar distribution device reinforcement according to another embodiment of the present invention; Fig. 4
[0053] [Fig.4] is a front view of the repair device illustrated in [Fig.3] showing the openings for the passage of molding material such as concrete; Fig. 5
[0054] [Fig.5] is a schematic representation of a reinforcement frame according to a another particular embodiment of the present invention, this reinforcing armature being illustrated here with a single ply; Description of the embodiments
[0055] The drawings and the description below contain, for the most part, elements of a certain character. They may therefore not only serve to better understand the present invention, but also contribute to its definition, where appropriate.
[0056] First of all, note that the figures are not to scale.
[0057] Figures 1 and 2 schematically represent a reinforcement frame according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
[0058] This reinforcing frame 10 is for example used to produce a construction element capable of resisting the bending forces resulting from the applied loads.
[0059] This reinforcing frame 10 is calculated, in a conventional manner, to resist the tensile forces generated by the loads applied to this construction element while the concrete resists the compressive forces, the connection between the concrete and the reinforcing frame 10 allowing a transfer of the forces from one to the other, of their constituent materials thus associated, due to their adhesion which can be improved by using individual striated reinforcing bars.
[0060] For the sake of clarity, this reinforcement 10, or reinforcement, here comprises a single layer comprising three distribution devices 11 of individual reinforcement bars 12.
[0061] Of course, the reinforcing frame 10 could comprise two superimposed reinforcing layers, their respective reinforcing bars being arranged substantially perpendicularly.
[0062] These sheet distribution devices 11 are here arranged spaced apart from each other on the formwork surface, used to produce the construction element.
[0063] Each distribution device 11 is elongated and comprises two faces called upper and lower faces, these faces comprising cradles 13 for receiving and support for reinforcement bars 12. These cradles 13 are spaced regularly by a pitch d, the spacing pitches of the cradles 13 being different between the upper and lower faces of the distribution device 11.
[0064] Each cradle 13 of a distribution device 11 thus receives and supports a single reinforcing bar 12 so that the reinforcing bars of the same sheet are parallel or substantially parallel to each other and regularly spaced.
[0065] These distribution devices 11 are here made of concrete, possibly fibered, and their cradles have a substantially rounded section.
[0066] The reinforcing bars 12 of the reinforcement frame are usually made of steel and are therefore sensitive to oxidation. Each reinforcement layer must therefore be kept away from the corresponding external face of the molded part by a layer of concrete to ensure protection of the reinforcement against humidity.
[0067] To maintain the required minimum embedding distance, it is therefore necessary to precisely place the reinforcing reinforcement 10 inside the molded part.
[0068] Advantageously, the height of each distribution device 11 is determined to ensure such a gap.
[0069] The number of reinforcing bars 12 of each layer of the reinforcing frame 10 and their cross-section are determined by calculating the strength of the materials as a function of the forces to be supported by the molded part.
[0070] Figures 3 and 4 show a device for distributing individual reinforcement bars 30 according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0071] This distribution device 30 is an elongated and hollow element.
[0072] It is advantageously made of a hard plastic material such as rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS).
[0073] This distribution device 30 has numerous openings 31 for the passage of a molding material, such as concrete, through it so as to be entirely taken in this molding material when it hardens. These openings 31 also ensure maximization of the presence of the molding material in the production of the construction element such as a floor.
[0074] This device 30 for distributing individual reinforcement bars has in particular openings 31 in its upper and lower parts as well as at its ends.
[0075] The cradles 32 of each distribution device 30 have a V-shaped section, which are made so that this distribution device 30 has reduced contact surfaces 33 with a support such as a formwork surface.
