Description

Title of the invention: ARTICLE EQUIPPED WITH A LOCKING SYSTEM

[0001] The present invention relates to the general technical field of systems for attaching two elements together for articles to be worn or carried with oneself, such as clothing, handbags, body adornments, or clothing accessories.

[0002] The present invention relates more particularly to a locking system for an article to be worn or transported with oneself comprising at least a first element carrying a first retaining means, a second element comprising at least secondary fixing means to the article and carrying a second retaining means combined with the first retaining means, said first and second elements being designed to evolve between a detached configuration, in which said first and second retaining means do not cooperate with each other, and an attached configuration, in which said first and second retaining means cooperate with each other to keep said first and second elements superimposed on each other in a superposition direction.

[0003] The present invention further relates to an article to be worn or carried with oneself equipped with a locking system as described above.

[0004] There are currently a wide variety of snap fasteners used on clothing. These snap fasteners are generally used to quickly and easily connect two pieces of clothing together, for example two separate pieces of a coat, jacket or even a shirt, particularly at the stomach, chest or forearms (sleeves for example). These well-known snap fasteners are also found in other similar areas, such as handbags, satchels, bracelets, etc.

[0005] Current press studs operate very simply. It is generally sufficient to place a female part connected to one side of a garment against a male part connected to another side of the garment, then press to insert the male part into the female part, thus securing the two sides of the garment. An elastic deformation of the press stud allows the male part to be inserted into the female part, and reversibly captures the male element in the female element as long as an opposing force moving the female and male parts away from each other does not separate them.

[0006] These well-known and commonly used snap fasteners, although they generally fulfil their fastening function, are nevertheless perfectible.

[0007] First of all, these known snap fasteners have a tendency to unbutton in an unwanted manner, when two parts of clothing are pulled inopportunely away from each other for example. This predisposition to detachment is particularly damaging in a certain number of situations (unhooking or even loss of hoods and other parts of clothing or accessories, inopportunely opening a handbag which can lead to the loss of an object, untimely opening of a dress, aesthetically unattractive and potentially annoying hanging strap of a coat, etc.).

[0008] Furthermore, this tendency for known press studs to become detached increases rapidly over time. In fact, the repeated elastic deformations of the press stud fatigue the materials from which the press studs are made. The press studs then become looser and looser more and more quickly, until they become nothing more than a visual element of the garment, generally aesthetically unappealing and having lost part or all of their fastening function.

[0009] Opening a snap fastener can also have extremely harmful effects when it is unwanted by the user, such as theft from a handbag opened by a pickpocket who has detached the snap fastener(s) from said bag. Furthermore, some snap fasteners (for example on the shoulder pads of certain coats) are purely decorative, and their frequent opening is therefore not desired.

[0010] Ultimately, known snap fasteners have a relatively fragile character, a virtual absence of security, a weak or at best banal aesthetic appeal, as well as limited reliability and resistance.

[0011] The objects assigned to the invention therefore aim to remedy the various aforementioned drawbacks and to propose a locking system for an article to be worn on oneself or carried with oneself which is robust and provides great safety of use.

[0012] Another object assigned to the invention aims to propose a locking system for an article to be worn on oneself or to be carried with oneself, which is reliable, compact, lightweight, and whose maintenance is limited to the strict minimum.

[0013] Another object assigned to the invention aims to propose a locking system for an article to be worn on oneself or to be transported with oneself which makes it possible to avoid the unwanted separation of elements of the article secured by said system.

[0014] Another object assigned to the invention aims to propose a locking system for an article to be worn on oneself or to be carried with oneself, the manufacturing cost of which is controlled, and which is easy and quick to use.

[0015] Another object assigned to the invention aims to propose a locking system for an article to be worn on oneself or to be carried with oneself capable of being personalized easily, quickly, and according to numerous possible variations.

[0016] Another object assigned to the invention aims to propose a new locking system for an article to be worn on oneself or to be carried with oneself, the design of which allows it to be adapted for the production of different types of articles, easily, quickly and at low cost.

[0017] Another object assigned to the invention aims to propose a new locking system for an article to be worn on oneself or to be carried with oneself presenting great flexibility of use.

[0018] Another object assigned to the invention aims to propose a new article to be worn on oneself or to be carried with oneself which presents excellent robustness and great safety of use.

[0019] The objects assigned to the invention are achieved by a locking system for an article to be worn or transported with oneself comprising at least a first element carrying a first retaining means, as well as a second element comprising at least secondary fixing means to the article and carrying a second retaining means combined with the first retaining means, said first and second elements being designed to evolve between a detached configuration, in which said first and second retaining means do not cooperate with each other, and an attached configuration, in which said first and second retaining means cooperate with each other to maintain said first and second elements superimposed on each other in a superposition direction, characterized in that said second element further carries a second locking means, said first element further comprising a first locking means combined with the second locking means and mounted to move in said direction of superposition, relative to the first retaining means, between: , - an unlocking position, in which it is designed not to cooperate with said second locking means when the first and second elements are in the attached configuration, allowing the passage of said first and second elements from the attached configuration to the detached configuration, and - a locking position, in which it is designed to cooperate with said second locking means so as to prevent the passage of said first and second elements from the attached configuration to the detached configuration.

[0020] The objects assigned to the invention are also achieved using an article to be worn or carried with oneself equipped with a locking system as described above.

[0040] [Fig. 19] illustrates, in a schematic side view, a section along a sagittal plane of a locking system according to the invention according to a sixth particular embodiment in detached configuration at the top and in attached configuration at the bottom.

[0041] The invention relates, according to a first aspect, illustrated in the figures and in particular in [Fig.l], to a locking system 1 for an article to be worn on oneself or to be carried with oneself 2. The locking system 1 is in particular designed to equip and / or form part of said article 2, advantageously to secure together two elements and / or two parts of the latter as will be seen. Said locking system 1 is for example designed to equip an article to be worn on oneself or to be carried with oneself chosen from leather goods, for example handbags and satchels, clothing, for example jackets and coats, clothing accessories, for example scarves, headbands, gloves and hats, body adornment accessories, for example jewelry, bracelets and watches. The article is in particular an item of clothing or a clothing accessory, or a leather goods item selected from handbags and satchels. Figures 1 to 6, 11 to 14 and 18-19. correspond for example to particular embodiments in which the article 2 can be, in a non-limiting manner, an item of clothing (coat, jacket, shirt, trousers, polo shirt, t-shirt, etc.), a clothing accessory (glove, scarf, hat, etc.), a leather goods item (preferably a handbag or a satchel), while figures 7 to 9 correspond to another particular embodiment in which the article 2 is a ring, and [Fig. 10] corresponds to yet another particular embodiment in which the article 2 can be, in a non-limiting manner, a body adornment accessory such as a bracelet, a necklace, or an earring, or one of the above. The locking system 1 is for example designed to ensure the closure of a handbag, in a simple, rapid and secure manner as will be seen later. The locking system 1 can also be designed to attach to a body adornment item (jewelry, bracelet, etc.)) a removable decorative element, as will be seen below. The uses of the locking system 1 are obviously not limited to these applications.

[0042] According to the invention, the locking system 1 comprises at least a first element 3 carrying a first retaining means 4, as well as a second element 5 comprising at least secondary fixing means 6, 9, 10, 11 to the article 2 and carrying a second retaining means 7 combined with the first retaining means 4. Preferably, the first retaining means 4 is attached to said first element 3, advantageously without any degree of freedom with respect to the latter, and may even possibly form a part of said first element 3. Preferably, the second retaining means 7 is attached to said second element 5, according to a variant without any degree of freedom with respect to the latter, and may even possibly form a part of said second element 5.

[0043] Said secondary fixing means 6, 9, 10, 11 are advantageously designed to connect said second element 5 to the article 2, and more precisely to a secondary portion 8 of the article 2, as illustrated in the figures. According to a particular embodiment, as illustrated in Figures 2 to 6, 10 to 14, 18 and 19, said secondary fastening means 6, 9, 10, 11 comprise at least a first and a second flange 9, 10 distinct and independent of each other, as well as a secondary connecting means 11 (for example one or more screws) designed to attach said first and second flanges 9, 10 together so as to pinch between them a part of said article 2, more precisely said secondary portion 8. Alternatively, said secondary fastening means 6, 9, 10, 11 may comprise a connecting means 6 directly connecting the second element 5 to said article 2, as illustrated in [Fig.7], such as one or more screws, rods, nails or rivets. The examples of the above-mentioned figures are of course advantageously not limiting.

[0044] According to a particular embodiment, said first element 3 comprises primary fixing means 14, 15, 16 to the article 2. Said primary fixing means 14, 15, 16 are then advantageously designed to connect said first element 3 to the article 2, and more precisely to a primary portion 13 of the article 2, as illustrated in the figures, said primary portion 13 being advantageously distinct from said secondary portion 8. According to a particular embodiment, as illustrated in figures 1, 3 to 6, 11, 12, 18 and 19, said primary fixing means 14, 15, 16 comprise at least a third and a fourth flange 14, 15 distinct and independent of each other, as well as a primary connecting means 16 (for example one or more screws) designed to attach said third and fourth flanges 14, 15 together so as to pinch between them a part of said article 2, more precisely said primary portion 13.

[0045] Thus, said first and second elements 3, 5 can be connected independently of each other, via respectively said primary fixing means 14, 15, 16 and said secondary fixing means 6, 9, 10, 11, to said article 2, and more precisely to said primary portion 13 and secondary portion 8 of said article 2, respectively, as illustrated in particular in Figures 1 to 6. Alternatively, as illustrated in particular in Figures 7 to 10, the first element 3 is connected to the article 2 only via said second element 5 and more precisely via said first and second retaining means 4, 7, as will be seen below, as well as advantageously via the first and second locking means 17, 18 (which will be described below).

[0046] Still according to the invention, said first and second elements 3, 5 are designed to evolve between a detached configuration, in which said first and second retaining means 4, 7 do not cooperate with each other, and an attached configuration, in which said first and second retaining means 4, 7 cooperate with each other to maintain said first and second elements 3, 5 superimposed on each other in a superposition direction _S. Figures 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 11, 18, and 19 (top part) illustrate examples of locking systems 1 in which said first and second elements 3, 5 are in a detached configuration. Figures 35, 6, 9, 12, 13 and 19 (lower part) illustrate examples of locking systems 1 in which said first and second elements 3, 5 are in attached configuration. Said first and second retaining means 4, 7 are therefore advantageously complementary to each other.Said first and second retaining means 4, 7 are preferably designed to, in the attached configuration, reversibly secure said first and second elements 3, 5 together with each other (and on each other) in the superposition direction S. By convention only, and not by way of limitation, it is considered that the first element 3 is superimposed on (and preferably against) the second element 5 in the attached configuration, in the direction . of superposition S. Thus, said first and second retaining means 4, 7 are preferably designed to allow the first and second elements 3, 5 to move between said detached configuration and said attached configuration in a reversible manner. In other words, the first and second retaining means 4, 7 are preferably designed to allow the first and second elements 3, 4 to move from the detached configuration to the attached position and vice versa (and this as long as the first locking means 17 is in the unlocking position, that is to say not in the locking position, as will be seen below). Said first and second retaining means 4, 7 essentially advantageously provide a so-called “press button” function to the locking system 1.Particularly advantageously, to move from the detached configuration to the attached configuration, it is sufficient to press said first and second elements 3, 5 against each other, preferably in a particular orientation (advantageously in said superposition direction S), so that said first and second retaining means 4, 7 cooperate and secure said first element 3 to said second elements 5. Preferably, said first element 3 is designed to move from said detached configuration to said attached configuration, and vice versa, by translation of the latter (relative to the second element 3) in said superposition direction S.Advantageously, said first and second elements 3, 5 are designed to be pressed against each other so that said first element 3 performs a translational movement along said superposition direction S relative to the second element 5 to pass from said detached configuration, in which first and second retaining means 4, 7 do not cooperate, to said attached configuration, in which said first and second retaining means 4, 7 cooperate. Preferably, to pass from the attached configuration to the detached configuration, it is sufficient to pull said first and second elements 3, 5 away from each other, preferably in a particular orientation (advantageously along said superposition direction S), so that said first and second retaining means 4, 7 no longer cooperate, said first element 3 becoming detached from said second elements 5.To move from said attached configuration, in which said first and second retaining means 4, 7 cooperate, to said detached configuration, in which the first and second retaining means 4, 7 do not cooperate, said first and second elements 3, 5 are therefore advantageously designed to be pulled away from each other so that said first element 3 performs a translational movement in said superposition direction S relative to the second element 5. On the other hand, as will be seen below, this detachment of the first and second elements 3, 5 (movement from the attached configuration to the detached configuration) is preferably not possible when the first locking means 17 is in the locking position.

[0047] According to the first aspect of the invention, said second element 5 further includes a second locking means 18, said first element 3 further including a first locking means 17 combined with the second locking means 18 and mounted to move along said superposition direction S, relative to the first retaining means 4, between: - an unlocking position, in which it is designed not to cooperate with said second locking means 18 when the first and second elements 3, 5 are in the attached configuration, allowing the passage of said first and second elements 3, 5 from the attached configuration to the detached configuration, and - a locking position, in which it is designed to cooperate with said second locking means 18 so as to prevent the passage of said first and second elements 3, 5 from the attached configuration to the detached configuration.

[0048] Particular embodiments of locking systems 1 according to the invention in which the first unlocking means 17 is in the unlocking position are illustrated in Figures 5, 12, 19. Examples of locking systems 1 according to the invention in which the first unlocking means 17 is in the locking position are illustrated in Figures 6, 9, 13.

[0049] Thus, said first and second locking means 17, 18 are advantageously designed to cooperate, when the first locking means 17 is in the locking position, in order to block said first and second elements 3, 5 in the attached configuration. In other words, when the first locking means 17 is in the unlocking position and said first and second elements 3, 5 are in the attached configuration, said first and second elements 3, 5 can move towards the detached configuration, i.e. become detached, by disengaging the first and second retaining means 4, 7 from each other (i.e. end their cooperation, which, as will be seen below, is for example mechanical or magnetic).Conversely, when the first locking means 17 is in the locking position and said first and second elements 3, 5 are in the attached configuration, said first and second elements 3, 5 cannot move towards the detached configuration, that is to say they cannot become detached from one another, and preferably remain superimposed on one another in said superposition direction S. Advantageously, the locking system 1 is designed so that, when the first locking means 17 is in the locking position, said first and second elements 3, 5 are necessarily in the attached configuration.

[0050] Preferably, said first and second locking means 17, 18 are advantageously designed to cooperate, in the locking position, in a reversible manner, that is to say that the first locking means 17 is advantageously designed to be able to pass (at will therefore) from the locking position to the position unlocking and vice versa, and this as long as the first and second elements 3, 5 are in the attached configuration. According to a particular embodiment, illustrated in the figures, said first and second locking means 17, 18 are designed to cooperate mechanically with each other in the locking position.

[0051] Preferably, said first locking means 17 is distinct from said first retaining means 4, and said second locking means 18 is distinct from said second retaining means 7. Nevertheless, said second locking means 18 is advantageously integral (although preferably distinct and distant) with said second retaining means 7, and more advantageously connected to the latter without a degree of freedom with respect to the latter. On the other hand, the first locking means 17 is preferably mounted movably relative to the first retaining means 4 along said superposition direction S. The first locking means 17 is therefore advantageously connected movably along said superposition direction S to the first retaining means 4.

[0052] Advantageously, said first and second retaining means 4, 7 are designed to mechanically cooperate with each other so that at least one of them deforms elastically between said detached configuration and said attached configuration. Advantageously, said retaining means 4, 7 designed to deform elastically between said detached configuration and said attached configuration comprises at least one rod-shaped spring element, preferably at least two rod-shaped spring elements, more preferably at least three rod-shaped spring elements, as illustrated in Figures 2 to 7, 10 and 19. Preferably, as illustrated in the figures mentioned above, each rod-shaped spring element is positioned substantially perpendicular to the superposition direction S.Said retaining means 4, 7 designed to deform elastically between said detached configuration and said attached configuration is, in the embodiments illustrated by these figures, the second retaining means 7. Said rod-shaped spring element(s) are therefore preferably embedded by said second element 5. Alternatively, the first retaining means 4 could, alone or in combination with the second retaining means 7, be designed to deform elastically between said detached configuration and said attached configuration.

[0053] According to the particular embodiments illustrated in figures 1, 3 to 7, 10 and 19, one of said first and second retaining means 4, 7, for example said first retaining means 4, comprises at least one cavity designed to accommodate at least in part the other of said first and second retaining means 4, 7, for example said second retaining means 7, which is preferably the one designed to deform elastically between said detached configuration and said attached configuration. Said cavity is in particular designed to house at least in part said rod-shaped spring element(s). According to one variant (which is that illustrated in the aforementioned figures), said cavity is substantially circular, preferably substantially annular. Said cavity has, for example, the shape of a circular groove going around a portion of said first element 3 designed to be inserted into an opening of said second element 5 (for example an opening of said first flange 9), in which said second retaining means 7 is advantageously positioned.

[0054] According to the particular embodiments illustrated in Figures 11 to 14 and 18, said first and second retaining means 4, 7 are designed to magnetically cooperate with each other in said attached configuration. Thus, in these particular embodiments, at least one of said first and second retaining means 4, 7, for example the second retaining means 7, comprises a magnet, while the other of said first and second retaining means 4, 7, for example the first retaining means 4, comprises a ferromagnetic element. Said magnet has for example a substantially circular shape, preferably a substantially annular shape, as illustrated in particular in the figures mentioned above and particularly visible in [Fig. 14]. Said ferromagnetic element may also be substantially circular, preferably a substantially annular shape.Said ferromagnetic element and said magnet are preferentially designed to attract each other magnetically, and are further advantageously designed to be, in attached configuration, in contact with each other.

[0055] Advantageously, the locking system 1 comprises means for positioning said first and second elements 3, 5 relative to each other in the attached configuration. Preferably, said positioning means are constituted at least in part by conjugate shapes of said first and second elements 3, 5. In other words, said first and second elements 3, 5 preferably have complementary shapes which allow them, for example, to fit at least in part into each other. In the particular embodiments of the figures, the second element 5 has an opening delimited by an internal edge and designed to accommodate at least a portion of the first element 3, said portion of the first element 3 advantageously carrying said first retaining means 4 while said second retaining means 7 is positioned in said opening, for example against said internal edge.Advantageously, said positioning means are constituted at least in part by said first and second retaining means 4, 7.

[0056] Advantageously, said first locking means 17 is mounted at least to slide in one sliding direction relative to the first element 3 and / or to the first retaining means 4, said sliding direction being preferably substantially coincident with or parallel to the superposition direction S when said first and second elements 3, 5 are superimposed in said attached configuration.

[0057] According to a particular embodiment, illustrated in the figures, one of said first and second locking means 17, 18 comprises a female element and the other of said first and second locking means 17, 18 comprises a male element conjugated to said female element, said male and female elements being designed so that in the locking configuration, the male element is inserted within the female element and cooperates, preferably mechanically, with the latter, to prevent the passage of said first and second elements 3, 5 from the attached configuration to the detached configuration. For example, said first and second locking means 17, 18 respectively comprise said male element and said female element, but the reverse could be possible.Said first locking means 17 is, according to a particular embodiment illustrated in the figures, mounted to rotate relative to the first element 3 and / or to the first retaining means 4, preferably along an axis of rotation advantageously coincident with or parallel to said direction of superposition S. The first locking means 17 is then advantageously designed to move between the unlocking position and the locking position by rotation along said axis of rotation.

[0058] According to an alternative embodiment, said male element is designed to lock in said female element by rotation along said axis of rotation in one direction (for example clockwise), thereby causing said first locking means 17 to move from the unlocking position to the locking position, while a rotation of said male element in the other direction (for example counterclockwise) causes said first locking means 17 to move from the locking position to the unlocking position. In the locking position, the male element is preferably locked in position, relative to the second element 5, the first element 3 and / or the first retaining means 4, at least the superposition direction S in the locking position.According to another embodiment variant, which can be implemented independently of the previous one or in combination with it, said male element is designed to lock in said female element by moving said male element within said female element in said superposition direction S, causing said first locking means 17 to move from the unlocking position to the locking position, while a movement of said male element in the other direction (away from the female element) causes said first locking means 17 to move from the locking position to the unlocking position. The movement of said male element within said female element can for example be a translation, or a movement of . screwing as will be seen below (displacement along the direction of superposition S combined with rotation along said axis of rotation).

[0059] According to a first variant embodiment, illustrated in the figures, the male element (of the first locking means 17 for example) is designed to be screwed into the female element (of the second locking means 18 for example) in the locking configuration. The female element is then preferably a tapped hole advantageously made in said second element 5 (or alternatively in said first element 3), for example in said second flange 10 (or alternatively in said third flange 14) and / or in said article 2. In the latter case, the portion of the article 2 in which the female element is made can be considered as forming part of the second element 2 (Figures 7 to 9 illustrate such a case, the article 2 being a piece of jewelry pierced with the female element). The male element advantageously has, according to this first variant, an external thread (combined with the tapping of the female element).According to a second variant embodiment, not illustrated, the male element has a curved or folded shape, for example an L shape, while said female element has a complementary shape making it possible to block the male element at least in the direction of superposition S in the locking position by rotation (but without screwing) of the male element within the female element along the axis of rotation.

[0060] According to a particular embodiment, illustrated in the figures, said first element 3 includes an end piece 19, 20 connected to said first locking means 17 and intended to remain visible from a point of view external to the locking system 1 both in the attached and detached configuration and in the locking and unlocking position. Said end piece 19, 20 comprises in particular an end element 19 which is advantageously decorative, such as for example a precious, semi-precious or fancy stone, although it can also be made of metal or any other suitable material. The end piece 19, 20 can be connected both directly and indirectly to the first locking means 17, but it is preferably connected indirectly to the latter via a connecting spacer 21 as will be seen later.

[0061] According to a particular variant of the invention, said end piece 19, 20 and said first element 3 each have a respective largest dimension perpendicular to the superposition direction S, said largest dimension of the first element 3 being greater than that of the end piece 19, 20, as illustrated in [Fig. 19]. For example, the third flange 14 is wider than the end element 19 (in a direction perpendicular to the superposition direction S). Such a configuration facilitates the transition from the detached configuration (top of [Fig. 19]) to the attached configuration (bottom of [Fig. 19]), because the user can press on the first element 3 in order to press it against the second element 5 to make said first and second retaining means 4, 7 cooperate, and this without pressing on the end piece 19, 20. Indeed, the latter is connected to the first locking means 17, and as the latter is preferably mounted movably relative to the first element 3, it is preferable not to press on the end piece to avoid the locking means 17 hitting the second element 5 without causing the passage from the detached configuration to the attached configuration of said first and second elements 3, 5. The arrows hollowed out in [Fig. 19] indicate where the user must press so that said first and second elements 3, 5 pass from the detached configuration (top of [Fig. 19]) to the detached configuration (bottom of [Fig. 19]).

[0062] Preferably, said end piece 19, 20 is removably connected, for example by screwing as illustrated in the figures, to said first locking means 17. Said end piece 19, 20 is therefore advantageously designed to be replaced by another end piece 19, 20, for example an end piece 19, 20, 20 of another nature or color (in particular when the end piece 19, 20, 20 comprises an end element 19 of a decorative nature). The locking system 1 therefore advantageously comprises several interchangeable end pieces 19, 20. Such a configuration makes it possible to customize at will the article 2 provided with said locking system 1. According to another alternative, the end piece 19, 20 is not removable relative to the first locking means 17.

[0063] Said first element 3 preferably incorporates a connecting spacer 21 connecting said end piece 19, 20 to the first locking means 17, said connecting spacer being mounted to move in the direction of superposition S relative to the first element 3 so as to have a hooking element 22, for example a flat 22, accessible from the outside, preferably when the first locking means 17 is not in the locking position. Said end piece 19, 20 is then advantageously connected in a removable manner, for example by screwing, to said connecting spacer 21.The locking system 1 then preferably further comprises a locking part 23 designed to cooperate with said attachment element 22 in order to remove at least one degree of freedom from said connecting spacer 21, for example to prevent it from rotating (along said axis of rotation and / or said direction of superposition S, relative to the first retaining means 4 and / or the first element 3). Said degree of freedom is preferably removed relative to the first retaining means 4 and / or the first element 3. Said locking part 23 advantageously has a shape matching that of the attachment element 22, for example a hollow into which the attachment element 22 can be inserted. Said locking part 23 is therefore preferably designed. to lock said connecting spacer 21 in position, and more precisely to prevent any movement of the latter along said axis of rotation and / or said direction of superposition S. Said locking part 23 is preferably distinct from the other constituents of the locking system 1 (and in particular from the first and second elements 3, 5 of the retaining means 4, 7, and the locking means 17, 18). Said locking part 23 is thus advantageously designed to prevent the connecting spacer 21 and / or the first locking means 7 along said axis of rotation and / or said direction of superposition S.

[0064] Advantageously, as illustrated in the figures, said end piece 19, 20 further comprises a cylindrical insert 20 at least partly inserted into the end element 19 (and therefore fixed to the latter, for example by gluing using glue 27). Said insert 20 is preferably connected to said connecting spacer 21 and / or to the first locking means 17, for example by screwing. Optionally, as illustrated in [Fig. 18], said end element 19 has an annular groove, and said insert 20 is cylindrical and has a shape conjugate to that of said groove, into which it is introduced. Such a configuration facilitates a particularly reliable, robust and discreet fixing of said end element 19 to the rest of the locking system 1.

[0065] A dynamic and structural description, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, will now be given concerning the particular embodiments illustrated in the figures. In figures 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 18 and 19 in particular, the first element 3, the first retaining means 4 and the first locking means 17 form a first set 24 of connected elements, in which the first locking means 17 is mounted according to a pivot connection sliding in the direction of superposition S with the first element 3 and the first retaining means 4, the latter being integral with the first element 3, and possibly forming part of the latter. Thus, the first locking means 17 can both be rotated and slide relative to the first element 3 (and preferably within the latter), while being carried by the latter. The movement of the first locking means 17 relative to the first element 3 in the superposition direction S is limited by upper and lower stops of the first locking means 17 combined with corresponding stops of the first element 3. The first assembly 24 is connected to the primary portion 13 of the article 2 in figures 1 to 6, 11 to 14, 18 and 19, but not in figures 7 to 9 and 10 in which the first assembly 24 can only be connected to the article 2 via the second assembly 26 (described below). The first assembly 24 further comprises the end piece 19, 20 and the connecting spacer 21, which are secured to the first locking means 17. The end piece 19, 20, the connecting spacer 21, and the first locking means 17 therefore advantageously form a sub-assembly 25 mounted by. the first element 3 and mounted movably relative to the latter and to the first retaining means 4, and more precisely mounted according to a pivot connection sliding in the direction of superposition S with said first element 3 and said first retaining means 4. In the detached configuration, the embedded subassembly 25 can slide freely (in the direction of superposition S) relative to the first, for example in the middle of the third and fourth flanges 14, 15, as illustrated in Figures 3 and 4. The second element 5, the second retaining means 7 and the second locking means 18 form a second set 26 of connected elements, all these elements being here secured without a degree of freedom. The second set 26 is connected to the secondary portion 8 of the article 2 in the figures, and comprises a part of the article in Figures 7 to 9.When the first assembly 24 is pressed against the second assembly 26 in the superposition direction S, the first and second retaining means 4, 7 cooperate, mechanically as in [Fig. 5] or magnetically as in [Fig. 11], and the first and second elements 4, 7 are then in the attached configuration, the first locking means 17 however still being in the unlocked position. By rotating the embedded subassembly 25 via said end element 19 of the end piece 19, 20, and possibly by pressing on it, the user then screws the male part of the first locking means 17 into the female part of the second locking means 18, the first locking means 17 then still being in the locked position, as illustrated for example in Figures 6, 9 and 13.To detach the first and second elements 3, 5 from each other, it is necessary to move the first locking element 17 from the locking position to the unlocking position by unscrewing it, then it is sufficient to pull the first assembly 24 away from the second assembly 26 to move from the attached configuration to the detached configuration.

[0066] It should be noted that between said first and second flanges 9, 10 and / or between said third and fourth flanges 14, 15, when they are present, said article 2 is advantageously provided with a through hole at the level of said secondary portion 8 and / or said primary portion 13, respectively. Said third and fourth flanges 14, 15 are each advantageously provided with a respective through hole allowing the first locking means 17 and / or the connecting spacer 21 to pass through said third and fourth flanges 14, 15 and more particularly to move within them in said superposition direction S. Said first flange 9, and possibly said second flange 10, is / are advantageously (each) provided with a through or blind hole allowing the male element of the first locking means 17 to be received. The through holes of the first and second flanges 9, 10 advantageously face each other and the secondary portion 8 of the article 2 further preferably has a through hole between those of said first and second flanges. second flange 9, 10, while the through holes of the third and fourth flanges 14, 15 advantageously face each other and the primary portion 13 of the article 2 further preferably has a through hole between those of said third and fourth flanges 14, 15. The first element 3 thus advantageously comprises a through hole allowing the first locking means 17 and / or the connecting spacer 21 to move within it, whether the first element 3 has two flanges 14, 15 (figures 1 and 3 for example) or not (figures 7 to 10 for example).

[0067] The invention further relates, according to a second aspect illustrated in the figures, to an article to be worn or transported 2 with oneself equipped with a locking system 1 as described previously.

[0068] The invention is particularly suitable for producing articles to be worn or transported 2 requiring press studs having a high level of security and resistance to wear.
