Description

Title of the invention: Waterproof fiber-reinforced film insulating and enveloping the elements.

[0001] The device can be used in different fields. By way of non-limiting examples, a method of winding a hair perm is shown which is traditionally done with conventional papers, generally composed of silk fibers, making it easier to wind the locks of hair to be permed. By doing an additional perm, the hair is sensitized again and risks being too weakened and brittle.

[0002] The device according to the invention makes it possible to isolate the strands of hair already sensitized by the products to be permed, with the aim of localizing the application of these same products on the new parts to be permed, that is to say the regrowth, while avoiding further sensitization of the lengths.

[0003] The device is composed of fibers on a front part, retaining the wrapped elements, and a waterproof film on a back part, which are assembled to form a single element.
