Description

Title of the invention: Magnetic double shower head

[0001] Device for having two shower heads in one. Technical field

[0002] The present invention relates to the field of bathroom accessories and, more specifically, to a device that allows users to easily switch from using two separate shower heads to combining them into a single unit during a shower session. Background to the invention

[0003] Shower devices typically offer a single, unidirectional spray from a shower head, which may not be ideal for people who want to shower together or enjoy multiple sprays for different purposes. While some solutions on the market offer dual shower heads, these configurations often compromise aesthetics and create clutter in the shower area. The present invention seeks to address these limitations by providing a versatile and user-friendly device that allows for a seamless transition between dual shower heads and a single, ergonomic unit, thus meeting the needs of different users. Description of the invention

[0004] The "Device for having two shower heads in one" includes the following components: Dual Shower Heads (2)#:

[0005] The invention comprises two separate shower heads (2), each having a semi-circular shape. The shower heads are specially designed to offer users three high-flow orifices (1) on their external surfaces, allowing intense jets of water, as well as twenty moderate-flow orifices (3) strategically placed on the same face. The choice of materials for the shower heads is ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), ensuring both durability and resistance to water damage. Magnets

[0006] To facilitate easy separation and joining of the shower heads, each shower head (2) is equipped with four flat magnets (14; 16) securely attached to their inner walls. Of the four magnets, two (14) are positioned at the shower head, while the other two (16) are strategically placed at the ergonomic handle (5). These magnets serve to attract and connect the two shower heads when they are close together, and conversely, they provide an effortless means of separation. Ergonomic handles (5)

[0007] The shower heads (2) have ergonomic handles (5) which improve the comfort and convenience of the user during shower sessions. At the end of each ergonomic handle (5) there is a small plastic tube with grooves (15), designed to facilitate the attachment of one of the connectors (6) of the Y-shaped pipe. Y-shaped pipe (9)

[0008] An essential component of the invention is the Y-shaped pipe (9), which serves as a connector between the two separate shower heads (2) and the water outlet of the shower faucet. The Y-shaped pipe (9) is ingeniously designed with a small splitter that divides the incoming water flow from the main pipe into two equal flows, each directed to an individual shower head. Sliding clip (8)

[0009] To keep the two shower heads (2) close together when operating as a single unit, the Y-shaped pipe (9) is equipped with a sliding clip (8). This clip securely holds the two flexible shower pipes (7) together, allowing the combined use of the two shower heads. Jet controller (4)

[0010] Incorporating user control and customization, the invention incorporates a jet controller (4) on the half-moon shaped portion of the shower heads (2). The jet controller (4) allows users to switch from high flow jets to moderate flow jets, by directing the water outlets from the ports (1) to the ports (3) and vice versa. Other embodiments#:# Magnet configuration

[0011] In another embodiment, the magnets (14; 16; 17) on the shower heads (5) may be configured as two-part magnets, comprising a thinner area forming surfaces that facilitate attachment between the shower heads or to a suitable surface, such as a wall-mounted magnet (13). Shower hoses with internal magnets

[0012] Another variation of the invention is to incorporate small magnets (18) along the interior or surface of the shower hoses (7). These magnets (18) allow the user to separate or unify the shower heads with minimal effort and improve the overall user experience. Use of the invention

[0013] The unique design of the device allows users to easily switch from using two separate shower heads to combining them into one ergonomic shower head. When users bring the flat surfaces of the shower heads together, the magnets attract, forming a single unit. Separation of the two shower heads is achieved by applying a simple pulling force. The device is particularly advantageous for simultaneous showers, thus meeting the needs of multiple users. Description of the drawings

[0014] [Fig-1]: An illustrative representation of the entire device, showing the two shower heads (2), Y-shaped hose (9), jet controller (4) and ergonomic handles (5).

[0015] [Fig.2]: Representation of the wall mounting device, comprising the adhesive (12) and the magnet (13) for fixing the shower heads to a suitable surface.

[0016] [Fig.3]: Sectional view and side view of the device, showing the internal arrangement of the magnets (14; 16; 17) and the main components of the shower head.

[0017] [Fig.4]: A visual representation of how the shower heads are assembled and attached to a wall using the magnetic surfaces.

[0018] [Fig.5]: An illustrative representation of another embodiment of the entire device, showing the two shower heads (2), the Y-shaped hose (9), the jet controller (4), the ergonomic handles (5) as well as the internal magnets (18) along the inside or surface of the flexible shower hoses (7)

[0019] It should be noted that the above description and claims are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. Various modifications and alterations may be made to the described embodiment without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims

Claims

1. Device for separating or joining the unidirectional jets of two shower heads into a single shower head, comprising at least two magnets (14; 16; 17) placed in each of the shower heads (2), allowing the user to separate or unify the shower heads (2), the shower heads (2) are attached to two shower hoses (7) joining by means of a Y-shaped distributor (9), which separates the water flow in two, into a single shower hose, the shower hoses (7) can be separated and joined by the user using a sliding clip (8) which releases the shower hoses (7) when moved along the shower hoses (7) towards the Y-shaped distributor (9) or magnets (18) in another embodiment.
