Description

Title of the invention: Sound capture assembly.

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of sound capture assemblies.

[0002] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0003] It is known to capture sounds using microphones placed in a housing, the housing having the function of protecting these microphones.

[0004] Such a housing may have a cover having through perforations to allow the passage of sounds through the cover.

[0005] Each microphone is usually fixed on a microphone holder and is electrically connected to electrical conductors carried by the microphone holder to transmit electrical signals representative of sound waves picked up by the microphone.

[0006] Usually, the microphone holder is secured inside the housing so that the microphone is located opposite a corresponding opening that passes through the cover.

[0007] Such fixing of the microphone holder is done by gluing the holder against an internal part of the housing.

[0008] In case of microphone malfunction, it is necessary to peel off the microphone holder, which is time-consuming and may cause damage to parts glued to the microphone holder.

[0009] Recycling such a sound capture box / assembly is therefore difficult to achieve.

[0010] Furthermore, the microphone support bonding operation is difficult to implement and is difficult to reproduce since each bead of glue is specific in terms of location, shape, thickness and bonding surface.

[0011] Thus, the sound capture conditions by a given microphone differ depending on the way in which the microphone support is glued.

[0012] SUBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[0013] An object of the present invention is to provide a sound capture assembly resolving or mitigating all or part of the aforementioned drawbacks of the prior art. Summary of the invention

[0014] To this end, the invention essentially relates to a sound capture assembly comprising:

[0015] - a hood provided with a first hood area having at least one first per drilling through the hood;

[0016] - a first microphone fixed on a support of the first microphone, the first mi microphone being electrically connected to electrical conductors carried by the support to transmit electrical signals representative of sound waves picked up by the first microphone.

[0017] The assembly according to the invention is essentially characterized in that it comprises:

[0018] - a first elastically compressible part having an internal passage closing on either side of the elastically compressible part; and

[0019] - a first flange movable relative to the cover between an assembly position of the first flange on a first fixing part belonging to the hood and a release position of the first flange with respect to the hood,

[0020] - the capture assembly being arranged to selectively adopt a configuration assembly and release configuration;

[0021] - in assembly configuration, the first flange is in position assembly, resting on the support of the first microphone to compress the first compressible part between the support of the first microphone and the cover and to define a first acoustic chamber extending from the first perforation of the cover to the first microphone via the internal passage of the first compressible part;

[0022] - in the release configuration, the first flange is in the release position of the first flange with respect to the cover then allowing the support of the first microphone to be spaced apart from the cover.

[0023] The capture assembly according to the invention selectively adopts an assembly configuration and a release configuration.

[0024] In the assembly configuration, the first flange is in its assembly position on the cover (in this case on the first fixing part which belongs to the cover) and it exerts a thrust force on the support of the first microphone so as to: - on the one hand compress the first compressible part between this support and the hood; and - on the other hand create the first acoustic chamber going from the cover to the support of the first microphone.

[0025] This first acoustic chamber opens only towards the first perforation of the cover and towards the first microphone to conduct, via the first acoustic chamber, sound waves passing through the first perforation of the cover to the first microphone.

[0026] Under the effect of its compression between the support of the first microphone and the cover, the first compressible part is deformed along a main axis of the first chamber and it forms an annular sealing joint defining at least in part the first acoustic chamber.

[0027] Sound waves arriving at the first perforation of the hood pass through the hood via the first perforation, then they are guided by the first bedroom.

[0028] The waves arriving in the first chamber are thus guided towards the first microphone, through the first acoustic chamber, following the main axis of the first chamber which passes through the first perforation and through the first microphone.

[0029] By its compressible nature, the compressible part which delimits the periphery of the first acoustic chamber limits the passage of possible acoustic disturbances going from the outside to the inside of the first acoustic chamber following a direction transverse to the main axis of the first acoustic chamber.

[0030] In other words, in the assembly configuration the first flange compresses the first compressible part to define the first sealed acoustic chamber which opens on a first side of the first compressible part towards the first perforation of the cover and on a second side of the first compressible part opens towards the first microphone.

[0031] The acoustic seal between the first compressible part and the support of the first microphone is thus increased by the tightening of the compressible part under the effect of the first flange in the assembly position.

[0032] The possibility of moving the first flange from its assembly position to its release position makes it possible to simply disassemble the first microphone from the cover.

[0033] This simplifies the maintenance and dismantling / recycling operations of the sound capture assembly according to the invention.

[0034] The assembly according to the invention is particularly advantageous because the cover, the first microphone, the elastically compressible part can be replaced / dismantled independently of each other.

[0035] In summary, the sound capture assembly according to the invention allows:

[0036] - a very good mechanical connection between the support of the first microphone and the hood without having to glue the first microphone holder against the hood;

[0037] - a reversibility of the mechanical connection between the cover and the microphone support for facilitate the disassembly of the first microphone from the cover (the first flange is arranged to move from its assembly position to its release position and vice versa);

[0038] - to create a first acoustic chamber which is correctly insulated over its entire periphery which promotes sound transmission towards the first microphone while limiting the risk of sound interference.

[0039] The sound capture assembly according to the invention also makes it possible to improve the quality of sound capture thanks to an acoustic chamber whose characteristics remain constant as long as the first flange is in its assembly position. Brief description of the drawings

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0049] As illustrated in Figures 1a, 1b and 1c, the invention relates to a sound capture assembly 1.

[0050] The sound capture assembly 1 according to the invention comprises:

[0051] - a hood 2 provided with a first hood zone ZI having at least one first perforation 21 through the hood 2)

[0052] - a first microphone Ml fixed on a support Spl of the first microphone, the first microphone Ml being electrically connected to electrical conductors Cd carried by the support Spl to transmit electrical signals representative of sound waves picked up by the first microphone.

[0053] The first microphone Ml is fixed / carried by the support Spl of microphone Ml and it is arranged to transmit, via the electrical conductors Cd, the electrical signals representative of the sound waves passing through the first perforation 21 and picked up by the first microphone ML

[0054] The capture assembly 1 comprises:

[0055] - a first elastically compressible part 11 having an internal passage closing on either side of the elastically compressible part 11; and

[0056] - a first movable flange B1 relative to the cover 2 between a position assembly of the first flange B1 on a first fixing part belonging to the cover 2 and a position of release of the first flange B1 with respect to the cover 2.

[0057] The capture assembly 1 is arranged to selectively adopt an assembly configuration visible in Figures 3 and 4d and a release configuration visible in Figures 1b and 4c.

[0058] In the assembly configuration, the first flange Bl is in the assembly position, resting on the support Spl of the first microphone Ml for:

[0059] - compress the first compressible part between the Spl support of the first mi microphone Ml and hood 2; and for

[0060] - defining a first acoustic chamber 11a extending from the first perforation 21 of the cover 2 to the first microphone Ml passing through the internal passage of the first compressible part.

[0061] In the release configuration, the first flange B1 is in the release position of the first flange B1 with respect to the cover 2, then allowing the support Spl of the first microphone Ml to be moved away from the cover.

[0062] The first microphone M1 comprises a face sensitive to acoustic waves which is oriented directly towards the first acoustic chamber 11a which is at least partially formed in the first compressible part 11 and towards which the first perforation 21 of the cover 2 opens.

[0063] In this way, the sound capture carried out by the first microphone M1 essentially consists of capturing the sounds passing through the first perforation 21 of the cover 2, the other sounds being attenuated by the elastically compressible material of the first compressible part.

[0064] Thanks to the invention, as the first flange B1 and the cover 2 have complementary shapes allowing a reversible mechanical assembly, the space between the first flange B1 and the cover 2 is perfectly delimited and invariant even after several disassembly / reassembly of the first flange B1 on the cover 2.

[0065] In this way, the degree of compression / deformation of the first compressible part 11 is predetermined and is perfectly reproducible each time the first flange B1 is assembled on the cover 2 to compress the first compressible part 11.

[0066] Thanks to the invention, the acoustic characteristics of the first acoustic chamber 11a and the positioning characteristics of the first microphone M1 with respect to the first acoustic chamber 11a and with respect to the first perforation 21 of the cover 2 are constant and perfectly reproduced.

[0067] The invention therefore offers a solution making it possible to replace the cover 2, or the first flange or the first compressible part, or the first microphone M1 with an identical part while guaranteeing that the same predetermined set of sound pickup characteristics will always be obtained by the sound pickup assembly 1 of the invention.

[0068] As can be seen in Figures 4c and 4d, the sound pickup assembly according to the invention may comprise several microphones, in this case said first microphone M1 and a second microphone M2, the second microphone M2 being positioned / fixed on the cover 2 in the same way as the first microphone ML.

[0069] To simplify figures 1a, 1b and 3, only the first zone of the cover ZI opposite which the first microphone M1 is positioned is shown.

[0070] However, as understood from Figures 4a to 4d, the cover 2 is also provided with a second zone Z2 of cover 2 distinct from said first zone Z1 of the cover, this second zone Z2 having at least one second perforation 22 passing through the cover 2.

[0071] The second microphone M2 is fixed on a support Sp2 of the second microphone M2, the second microphone M2 being electrically connected to electrical conductors Cd carried by the support Sp2 of the second microphone M2 to transmit electrical signals representative of sound waves picked up by the second microphone M2.

[0072] The capture assembly 1 comprises: - a second elastically compressible part having an internal passage opening out on either side of the second elastically compressible part; and - a second flange B2 movable relative to the cover 2 between a position for assembling the second flange B2 on a second fixing part belonging to the cover 2 and a position for releasing the second flange with respect to the cover 2.

[0073] In the assembly configuration of the assembly 1, the second flange B2 is in the assembly position, resting on the support Sp2 of the second microphone M2 to compress the second compressible part between the support Sp2 of the second microphone and the cover 2 and to define a second acoustic chamber extending from the second perforation 22 of the cover 2 to the second microphone M2 via the internal passage of the second compressible part.

[0074] In the release configuration, the second flange B2 is in the release position of the second flange B2 with respect to the cover 2, then allowing the support Sp2 of the second microphone M2 to be moved away from the cover.

[0075] The aforementioned advantages of the invention in relation to the assembly of the first microphone M1 with respect to the first perforation 21 made at the level of the first zone Z1 of the cover 2 using the flange B1 are transposable mutatis mutandis to the assembly of the second microphone M2 with respect to the second perforation 22 made at the level of the second zone Z2 of the cover 2 using the second flange B2 and the second elastically compressible part.

[0076] In this case, the second zone Z2 of hood 2 has shapes essentially identical to the shapes of the first zone Z1.

[0077] The support Sp2 of the second microphone M2 has shapes identical to the majority of the shapes of the support Spl of the first microphone ML

[0078] The first and second microphones M1, M2 have respective volume dimensions that are substantially equivalent so that each microphone can penetrate into a through-passage of one or other of the flanges B1, B2 when they are assembled with the cover.

[0079] The first and second microphones M1, M2 may be electronically identical to each other to have identical sensitivities but they could also be different to pick up sounds on distinct sound ranges.

[0080] The electrical conductors Cd carried by the supports Spl, Sp2 of the first and second microphone Ml, M2 extend here on the same flexible sheet N.

[0081] As illustrated in [Fig.1a], the flexible ribbon cable N here has one end connected to a ribbon cable connector Ne to distribute the signals transmitted by the conductors Cd to external electronic components.

[0082] To simplify the figures, the external electronic components to which the ribbon cable connector Ne must be connected are not shown.

[0083] The first and second flanges B1, B2 are identical to each other so that the second flange B2 can be assembled on the cover 2 in place of the first flange and the first flange B1 can be assembled on the cover 2 in place of the second flange B2.

[0084] The first and second deformable parts are also identical to each other so that they are interchangeable with each other.

[0085] Thus, the second flange B2 can be assembled on the cover 2 in place of the first flange B1 and conversely, the first flange B1 can be assembled on the cover 2 in place of the second flange B2.

[0086] With this embodiment of the invention, as the flanges B1, B2, the elastically deformable parts and the shapes of the first and second zones Z1, Z2 of the cover are identical to each other, the shapes and the acoustic characteristics of the acoustic chambers respectively formed in the first and second elastically deformable parts 11 are identical to each other.

[0087] The invention thus makes it possible to generate, in a perfectly reproducible manner, acoustic chambers which are essentially identical to each other with a capacity to replace the constituent parts of the assembly according to the invention.

[0088] This is particularly useful in terms of ease of assembly / disassembly of the assembly according to the invention.

[0089] This eliminates the need to glue the microphones against the cover, thereby eliminating the need for a glue polymerization step or verification of the bonding.

[0090] The assembly of the microphones with respect to the cover is easily reversible by simply moving the flanges.

[0091] Thus, the assembly 1 according to the invention is easily maintainable / repairable / reconfigurable and recyclable.

[0092] We will now describe in more detail the assembly of the first microphone at the level of the first zone Z1, this description being transposable mutatis mutandis to the assembly of the second microphone at the level of the second zone Z2.

[0093] The first compressible part 11 is preferably made of a foam compressible in an axial direction of the internal passage and in a radial direction of the first internal passage.

[0094] The deformation along the axial direction of the first compressible part 11 eliminates the risk of vibrations between the cover 2 and the compressible part 11 and between the compressible part 11 and the support Spl of the first microphone Ml.

[0095] The deformation in the radial direction increases the diameter of the first compressible part 11, the positioning stability of the support Spl against the cover 2 thus being improved.

[0096] Furthermore, the increase in the diameter of the first compressible part 11 is also favorable to an absorption of parasitic sound waves moving in the radial direction from the outside of the first compressible part towards the first acoustic chamber 11a.

[0097] In this way, the capture assembly 1 limits the risk of sound interference of the waves captured by the first microphone M1.

[0098] Preferably, as understood from figures 1a and 3, the support Spl of the first microphone Ml comprises a stiffening plate SplO and a flexible sheet N secured to the plate SplO, the electrical conductors Cd carried by the support Spl of the first microphone Ml extending at least partly along the flexible sheet N.

[0099] In this case, the first microphone M1 is glued to the flexible sheet N of the support Sp1 of the first microphone M1, and electrical connections of the first microphone M1 are respectively soldered to one of said corresponding electrical conductors Cd which extends along the flexible sheet N.

[0100] The stiffening plate SplO is perforated opposite the first microphone Ml so that the perforation of the plate SplO constitutes a portion of the first acoustic chamber 11a extending between the first microphone Ml and the cover 2.

[0101] In this way, the stiffening plate SplO provides rigidity over the entire periphery of the first acoustic chamber 11a at an interface between the first acoustic chamber 11a and the support Spl of the first microphone ML.

[0102] This rigidity limits the risk of deterioration of the mechanical junction between the first microphone Ml and the support Spl of the first microphone ML.

[0103] This localized stiffening is also favorable to the longevity of these electrical connections with the microphone.

[0104] Still to protect the microphone, as illustrated in [Fig.3], a dust protection grid G1 is arranged between the sensitive face of the microphone M1 and the first perforation 21. This grid G1 can be glued against the sheet N, opposite a perforation of the sheet opening towards the first microphone ML

[0105] To save space, this grid G1 is preferably arranged in the perforation of the stiffening plate SplO which is opposite the first microphone ML

[0106] To improve the connection between the grid G1 and the support Spl of the microphone Ml, this grid can be glued onto an RI washer whose edges are subject to the SplO stiffening plate.

[0107] Since the first microphone M1 is precisely arranged opposite the first perforation 21 of the cover 2, the sound waves passing through the first perforation 21 of the cover 2 are directly directed towards the first microphone M1 via the first acoustic chamber 11a passing through the grid Gl.

[0108] The first acoustic chamber 11a allows sound amplification because it has a precisely defined internal volume and because it opens exclusively on a first side towards the first perforation 21 of the cover 2 and on a second opposite side towards the first microphone M1.

[0109] As understood from figures 1a, 3 and 4a, the first zone ZI of cover 2 comprises an annular rib 23 which surrounds the first perforation 21 of the cover and the first compressible part 11 bears against this annular rib 23.

[0110] In this way, the first compressible part 11 which is made of an elastically deformable material, in this case a foam, comes to deform elastically against the annular rib 23.

[0111] The contact surface between the cover 2 and the first compressible part 11 is thus increased all around the first perforation 21, which is favorable to the sound seal between the cover 2 and the first elastically deformable part.

[0112] As illustrated in figures 1a, 4a to 4d, the first zone ZI of the cover 2 also comprises pins 23a, 23b for positioning the support Spl of the first microphone Ml which each pass through a corresponding perforation formed in the support Spl of the first microphone ML.

[0113] These pins prevent movements of the support Spl in directions parallel to a main plane Pn of the cover 2.

[0114] Here, the first zone ZI of the cover 2 carries two positioning pins 23a, 23b which are fixed on the cover 2.

[0115] Each of these pins 23a, 23b penetrates into a corresponding (circular) perforation of the support Spl of the first microphone Ml, the perforation passing through the stiffening plate SplO and the sheet N.

[0116] These pins 23a, 23b also serve as a key when mounting the support Spl of the first microphone on / against the cover 2 and make it possible to precisely locate the first microphone Ml opposite the first perforation of the cover 2.

[0117] Preferably, these pins are placed on either side of the first perforation with an alignment between these pins which is offset relative to a longitudinal axis of the sheet N.

[0118] The first flange B1 comprises arcuate openings Bla, Blb arranged so that each positioning pin 23a, 23b enters one of the arcuate openings arc of circle Bla, Blb which corresponds to it on the first bridle Bl.

[0119] Each given arcuate opening B1a, B1b of the first flange B1 is shaped to allow the movement of the first flange B1 between its assembly and release positions while at least one of said positioning pins is located in the given arcuate opening Bla, Blb.

[0120] In this way, the pins also have a guide function to translate the flange Bl by bringing it closer to the cover and a rotation stop function to define: - a stop position in orientation of the flange Bl which is unique when the flange Bl is in the release position (see [Fig.4c]); and - a stop position in orientation of the flange Bl which is unique when the flange Bl is in the assembly position (see [Fig.4d]).

[0121] The first flange B1 comprises a bearing surface against the support Spl of the first microphone M1 which extends on either side of each of the circular arc-shaped openings B1a, B1b of the first flange B1.

[0122] Thus, when the first flange B1 is brought closer to the cover 2 to assemble it on the cover, each arc-shaped opening Bla, Blb constitutes a window for positioning and inserting a positioning pin 23a, 23b.

[0123] In this sense, the arc-shaped opening Bla is an aid in mounting the first flange Bl on the hood.

[0124] Furthermore, as the bearing surface against the support Spl of the first microphone Ml extends on either side of each of the circular arc-shaped openings Bla, Blb of the first flange Bl, the bearing between the first flange Bl and the support Spl of the first microphone Ml is made on either side of each of the pins 23a, 23b.

[0125] These characteristics of the first flange B1 and the positioning pins make it possible to improve the strength and positioning precision of the first microphone M1 relative to the cover 2.

[0126] The arcuate shapes of the windows allow the flange to pivot between the release and assembly positions while the pins 23a, 23b are in the windows.

[0127] Preferably the windows Bla, Blb have widths such that when the flange Bl rotates with respect to the cover 2, the pins rub against the edges of the windows to thus guide the rotation of the flange.

[0128] The first fixing part which belongs to the cover 2 comprises first and second tabs 24a, 24b placed on either side of the first perforation 21.

[0129] The first flange B1 comprises complementary shapes of the first leg 24a and complementary shapes of the second leg 24b arranged so that in the assembly configuration, the first flange B1 is in axial support against some of the complementary shapes of the first leg 24a and against some of the shapes complementary to the second tab 24b to hold the first flange B1 in its assembly position by opposing any separation of the first flange B1 relative to the cover 2 in a first direction DI which is perpendicular to a main plane of extension of the first zone ZI of the cover 2.

[0130] Here, the main extension plane of the first zone ZI of the cover 2 and the main plane Pn of the cover 2 are merged but they could be parallel to each other.

[0131] As will be seen later, the tabs 24a and 24b are in the form of hooks against which arms of the flange B1 in the assembly position come to bear, thus preventing said spacing of the first flange B1 relative to the cover 2 in a first direction D1.

[0132] In the case where the first and second legs 24a, 4b are respectively in the form of hooks: - the shapes of the first flange B1 which are complementary to the first leg 24a comprise a first arm B11; and - the shapes of the first flange B1 which are complementary to the second leg 24b comprise a second arm B12.

[0133] The first and second arms B11, B12 extend on either side of the first flange B1 so that each of said arms B11, B12 of the first flange B1 can engage with one of the hooks when the capture assembly 1 is in the assembled configuration.

[0134] The shapes of the first flange B1 which are complementary to the second leg 24a are in volume identical to the shapes of the first flange B1 which are complementary to the first leg 24a.

[0135] In this way the first flange can adopt two release positions and two assembly positions on the first fixing part.

[0136] This makes it possible to simplify the assembly of the first flange B1 on the cover 2 since there are two distinct positions of the first flange B1 relative to the cover 2 from which it is possible to move from the release configuration to the assembly configuration.

[0137] These two distinct positions are obtained by pivoting the first flange B1 180° around its central axis of symmetry.

[0138] In addition, the first and second legs 24a, 24b are spaced apart from each other by a distance that is less than the width of the first flange measured between terminal ends of the first and second arms B11, B12 of the first flange B1.

[0139] In this way the first and second arms B11, B12 serve: - on the one hand, a contact surface with the first and second legs 24a, 24b to exert, via the first and second arms B11, B12, an axial thrust of the first and second legs 24a, 24b on the first flange B1 in order to compress said first elastically deformable part; and - on the other hand, radial stops to limit the pivoting capacity of the first flange relative to the cover 2 to the only pivoting angle necessary for moving the first flange B1 between its release and assembly positions.

[0140] Each of the first and second arms B11, B12 of the first flange B1 comprises an entry chamfer Cx.

[0141] The entry chamfers Cx are each arranged to rub against one of the first or second tabs 24a, 24b while forcing a movement of the first flange B1 towards a face of the cover 2 during the passage of the first flange B1 from its release position to its assembly position.

[0142] As understood from Figures 1a and 1b, the first leg 24a comprises a lug 24a 1 and the second leg (24b) comprises a lug 24b 1.

[0143] At least one of said lugs 24al, 24bl comprises a chamfer oriented in the direction of the cover 2, said at least one chamfer being arranged so that when the first flange B1 is moved, by rotation relative to the cover 2, from its release position to its assembly position, the chamfer of the lug 24al, 24bl bears against a portion of one of said arms B11, B12 of the first flange B1 to bring the first flange B1 closer to a flat surface of the cover 2.

[0144] The flat surface of the hood belongs to said internal face of the hood 2.

[0145] Preferably, it is possible to ensure that the first zone ZI of the cover 2 comprises surfaces for guiding the movement of the first flange B1 relative to the cover 2 during its movement from the release position to the assembly position and during its movement from the assembly position to the release position.

[0146] As understood from [Fig.lb], these guide surfaces are such that the passage of the first flange B1 from its release position to its assembly position takes place along an assembly trajectory comprising: - a first part of the trajectory consisting of a translation of the first flange B1 along the first direction DI with the first flange B1 moving closer to the cover 2; followed - a second part of the trajectory combining translation of the first flange B1 along the first direction DI and rotation of the first flange B1 around the first direction Dl, in a first direction of rotation SI; followed - a third part of trajectory comprising at least one rotation of the first flange B1 around the first direction D1 following said first direction of rotation (SI).

[0147] The first and second parts of the trajectory make it possible to simply bring the first flange B1 closer to the cover 2 to progressively crush / compress the first compressible part against the cover 2 and constitute the acoustic chamber 11a.

[0148] The third part of the trajectory allows, by pivoting the first flange B1, to lock the first flange B1 in its assembly position and thus maintain the pickup assembly 1 in its assembly configuration where each microphone is precisely positioned with respect to the cover.

[0149] The assembly path comprises a fourth path part following the third path part and in which the first flange B1 is moved away from the cover 2 until it comes into axial abutment against axial stops Rx respectively formed on the first and second legs 24a, 24b, said axial stops Rx each being adjacent to a rotational stop Rz.

[0150] As seen in [Fig.1a], each rotation stop Rz is arranged to oppose any rotation of the first flange B1 in a second direction of rotation opposite to said first direction of rotation SI as long as the first flange B1 is in axial abutment against said axial stops Rx.

[0151] The guide surfaces and the first flange B1 are arranged in such a way that the passage of the first flange B1 from the assembly position to the release position is carried out by following a disassembly trajectory which is the reverse of said assembly trajectory.

[0152] The first flange B1 comprises: - a central through passage Blx extending through the first flange to receive the first microphone Ml in the passage Blx while having a free space between the first microphone Ml and the first flange; - an upper flat surface Ssup extending in an upper plane; - a lower flat surface Sinf extending in a lower plane; the first flange B1 being arranged so that in the assembly configuration, the first microphone M1 is exclusively placed between the upper plane and the lower plane.

[0153] In this way the microphone is mechanically preserved in the flange.

[0154] As understood from Figures 1a3 and 4c, the central through passage Blx extends lengthwise along a longitudinal axis of the through passage, the first flange B1 comprising at least one pair of orientation surfaces Sn1, Sn2 of the first flange B1 around said longitudinal axis of the through passage Blx.

[0155] In this case, these surfaces of orientations Snl, Sn2 are arranged on either side of the passage Blx and are defined in recesses formed in the flange B1 which open axially towards the upper plane in which the upper surface Ssup extends and radially towards the inside of the central through passage Blx.

[0156] Finally, the invention relates to an OX tool for controlling the passage of said sound capture assembly 1 from one of the release configurations or assembly to the other of the release or assembly configurations.

[0157] The OX tool, illustrated in [Fig.la], 1b, 2 and 4c is shaped to simultaneously support: - against said upper flat surface Ssup of the first flange; and - against said pair of orientation surfaces Snl, Sn2 of the first flange while remaining away from an area of the central through passage Blx where the first microphone Ml is located when said sound pickup assembly 1 is in the assembly configuration.

[0158] Thus, the tool OX is shaped to come into mechanical engagement against the first flange Bl, by being in axial support against said upper flat surface Ssup and in radial support against said pair of orientation surfaces Snl, Sn2.

[0159] This makes it possible to exert an orientation torque on the first flange B1 relative to the cover 2 around the first direction DI (the first direction DI is perpendicular to the main plane Pn of the cover 2), this torque making it possible to move the first flange between its release and assembly positions.

[0160] This tool OX is particularly easy to use because when it is mechanically engaged with the first flange Bl, it is necessarily at a distance from the first microphone Ml which is located in the through passage Blx of the first flange.

[0161] The first microphone M1 is thus protected in the passage of the first flange, without any risk of contact between the tooling and the first microphone.

[0162] The tooling thus makes it possible to simplify the assembly and disassembly of the first flange with respect to the cover 2 while protecting the microphone M1 against the risk of accidental contact likely to damage it.

[0163] In other words, the shape of the tool OX is such that when it is mechanically engaged with the first flange to control the movement between its release and assembly positions, the tool is necessarily at a distance from the first microphone ML.

[0164] To this end, the OX tooling includes: - an annular axial bearing surface 02 to come into contact with the upper flat surface Ssup of the first flange Bl; and - lugs 031, 032 defining radial surfaces of the tool OX to come into contact respectively against the orientation surfaces Snl, Sn2 of the first flange BL

[0165] The tooling here is a manual tooling which comprises two diametrically opposed arms 041, 042 to exert a torque for orienting the tooling around a longitudinal axis DOX of the tooling OX to cause the rotation of the first flange relative to the cover 2 (this rotation of the first flange is carried out around the axial direction of the internal passage of the first flange which is parallel and coincident with the axis central symmetry of the first flange.

[0166] However, thanks to the specific features of the assembly according to the invention, the operations of fixing the microphones relative to the cover are very simple to carry out / reproduce and it is thus possible to show microphones and flanges on the cover using a robotic arm.

[0167] The passage Blx in which the microphone Ml is located also makes it possible to promote sound capture by the first microphone Ml, since the sounds arriving at the first microphone Ml without passing through the first acoustic chamber 11a are attenuated by the presence of the flange around the microphone.

[0168] This characteristic is favorable to an improvement in the quality of sound capture by the first microphone M1.

[0169] The capture assembly 1 is preferably an acoustic enclosure box or a communication box, the assembly comprising at least one communication card with a network external to the capture assembly 1 to broadcast a signal representative of the sound waves captured by the first microphone ML.

[0170] The cover of the assembly 1 is a cover for closing an opening in the housing.

[0171] In any of the embodiments where the sound capture assembly 1 is an acoustic speaker box or a communication box or a communication box integrating an acoustic speaker, such a box also contains electronic components for processing the electrical signals produced by the microphone(s) and for broadcasting these signals.
