AI Technical Summary
Existing gates for steep and narrow entrances face challenges in maneuvering and opening without offsetting onto public property, particularly when vehicles of varying sizes attempt to pass through, and often get stuck due to the design limitations.
A folding gate mechanism with a wheel contact system that allows the base to fold upwards when it touches the ground, ensuring smooth operation and preventing sticking, while incorporating a pivoting mobile part with offset coverage and vertical tubes replaced by plates for symmetrical assembly.
Enables seamless gate operation for vehicles of all sizes without offsetting onto public property, reducing the risk of getting stuck and ensuring harmonious assembly and positioning, with a cost-effective design suitable for transformation from existing gates.

Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Gate opening onto rising ground.
[0001] Folding gate for steep and narrow entrances without the possibility of offsetting, sliding, sliding or opening to be pulled onto public property directly or indirectly by the size of the vehicle.
[0002] Possibility of maneuvering with or without motor whatever the system, with arms, pistons or underground.
[0003] The base of the gate folds upwards when it comes into contact with the ground by contact with a wheel with a minimum diameter of 100 mm to prevent it from getting stuck. A larger diameter can be used if the slope is too steep [Fig.l].
[0004] The mobile part which pivots is characterized by an offset covering in relation to the fixed part so as to ensure the superposition of the two parts [Fig.2].
[0005] The vertical tube is replaced by two plates, so as to ensure the raising of the structure on the fixed upper part by ensuring, by the wedges on the plates, the symmetrical and harmonious positioning of the assembly.
Claims
Claims
1. Gate opening for a steep and narrow entrance on rising ground, characterized in that it comprises a fixed part and a movable part and in that the movable part folds upwards when it opens in contact with the ground using a wheel with a minimum diameter of 100 mm to avoid blocking.
2. Opening gate according to claim 1, characterized in that the movable part which pivots is characterized by an overlap on the fixed upper part offset so as to ensure the superposition of the two parts.
3. Opening gate according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the wheel has a diameter greater than 100 mm if the inclination of the entrance is too great.
4. Opening gate according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the gate is motorized.
