Abstract

The process is implemented in an electrified vehicle to estimate the state of certified range (E_SOCR) in electric drive mode, the state of certified range being defined by a ratio of current vehicle range information (RGA_WLTP) to certified vehicle range information when new (RG_C).According to the invention, the current range information is determined from an estimated current maximum usable electrical energy quantity (E_UBE) in a fully charged traction electric energy storage system of the vehicle divided by an estimated current average energy consumption information for a unit distance (CE_WLTP), the estimated current average energy consumption information being obtained by correcting a certified average energy consumption information for a unit distance of the vehicle in new condition (CN_WLTP) by means of at least one correction factor (FC1, FC2) representative of energy losses due to vehicle aging. Claims

obtained by physical tests on it, said third corrective factor (FC3) being representative of an interpolation error in said certified autonomy information (RG_C) resulting from a homologation protocol of said vehicle.

6. On-board device (DE) for estimating the certified autonomy state (SOCR) of an electrified vehicle in electric traction mode, said device comprising a computer (ECU), characterized in that said computer comprises a memory (MEM) storing program instructions (SW) for implementing the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.

7. Electrified vehicle characterized in that it comprises an on-board device (DE) according to claim 6.

8. Electrified vehicle according to claim 7, characterized in that it is of the thermal-electric hybrid type or of the all-electric type.
