Abstract

The invention relates to an electronic compressed air injection device for a piston-type compressed air engine with optimized consumption. The device includes a compressed air inlet valve (S) comprising: - a bar (20) sliding in a channel perpendicular to the air passage in the piston chamber, the bar comprising a first portion (21) provided with an orifice (210, 211, 212, 213, 214), - a means for returning the bar (20) and, - at least one actuator (50) controllable by a control unit for moving the bar (20) between an open position of the passage (110, 111, 112, 113, 114) in which said orifice (210, 211, 212, 213, 214) is fully aligned with said passage (110, 111, 112, 113, 114), and a closed position in which said orifice (210, 211, 212, (213, 214) is entirely offset from the aforementioned passage (110, 111, 112, 113, 114). Powertrain according to claim 10, further comprising an accelerator control movable between a stop position and a maximum acceleration position and connected to an electronic control circuit comprising a controller programmed to power the electric motor from the relay electrical reserve as a function of a signal captured by at least one sensor fitted to the vehicle.
