Description

Title of the invention: ELECTRIC OR HYBRID MOTOR VEHICLE COMPRISING A HOUSING CAPABLE OF HOLDING AN ELECTRIC RELOADING GUN

[0001] The invention relates to electric or hybrid motor vehicles, and more particularly to the electric charging plugs for these vehicles.

[0002] Known from the prior art is a patent application DE102017203327 which describes an arrangement of an electric charging cable for an electric or hybrid motor vehicle. The invention comprises a charging cable and a cable support capable of receiving said charging cable. The charging cable comprises a charging gun and a cable. The cable support and a housing are capable of pivoting between a rest position and a retracted position. A sensor is present inside said support in order to detect the presence of said charging cable. However, said support for said cable is not described in the patent application. Furthermore, no mention is ever made of a locking element preventing the movement of said charging cable when said vehicle is moving.Indeed, when the said vehicle is moving, the charging cable, more particularly the said charging gun, moves due to the vibrations caused by the movement of the vehicle if it is not properly maintained. The vibrations undergone by the said charging cable risk causing damage to both the said cable and the said support. Furthermore, this generates noise, which is disturbing for the occupants of the vehicle.

[0003] The objective of the present invention is to remedy these drawbacks by proposing a housing capable of correctly holding said reloading pistol.

[0004] To achieve this objective, the invention proposes an electric or hybrid motor vehicle comprising a housing, a hatch and an electric reloading gun comprising a hook, said hatch being capable of having an open position in which said housing is accessible and a closed position in which said housing is inaccessible, said housing being configured to receive said electric reloading gun, characterized in that said housing comprises a fixing element capable of receiving said hook and a locking element capable of moving, said locking element being configured to lock said gun when said hatch is in the closed position, said locking element being configured to unlock said gun when said hatch is in the open position, said fixing element having a shape complementary to said hook.

[0005] Thanks to the invention, said reloading pistol is stored in said housing so that said pistol cannot move. Thus, the occupants of said vehicle are not bothered by the noise of said pistol generated by the vibrations caused by the road.

[0006] Preferably, said locking element comprises a cam and a spring.

[0007] Preferably, said cam has a semi-circular shape.

[0008] Advantageously, said fixing element comprises a recess.

[0009] The recess allows the insertion of said hook into the fixing element.

[0010] Advantageously, said hook comprises a first rectilinear part having a first axis and a second rectilinear part having a second axis, said first part being able to be inserted into said recess, said first axis and said second axis forming an angle of between 60° and 120°.

[0011] Preferably, said angle is between 80° and 100°.

[0012] Preferably, said hook has a first planar surface, said fixing element has a second planar surface, said first planar surface and said second planar surface being configured to come into contact when said hatch is in the closed position.

[0013] Advantageously, said housing has a parallelepiped shape, said housing having a width of between 5 cm and 15 cm and a depth of between 2 cm and 10 cm.

[0014] This width allows easy insertion of said gun into said housing, without taking up too much space in said vehicle. Such a depth makes it possible to firmly hold said gun while facilitating the arrangement of said housing in said vehicle.

[0015] Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for locking an electric recharging gun in a housing of an electric or hybrid motor vehicle as previously described, said method comprising the following steps: - a step of inserting said gun into said housing; - a step of hooking said hook into said fixing element; - a locking step by tilting said locking element against said hook.

[0016] The invention will be further detailed by the description of non-limiting embodiments, and on the basis of the appended figures illustrating variants of the invention, in which: - [Fig.l] schematically illustrates a sectional view of a housing comprising an electric recharging gun in the locked position for an electric or hybrid motor vehicle according to one embodiment of the invention; - [Fig.2] schematically illustrates, in perspective, a detailed view of the gun of electric recharging of [Fig.l]; - [Fig.3] schematically illustrates, in the form of a flowchart, a process for locking an electric charging gun in an electric or hybrid motor vehicle housing according to the invention.

[0017] [Fig.l] schematically illustrates a housing 1 for storing a charging gun 2 for an electric or hybrid motor vehicle. In addition, the vehicle comprises a hatch capable of having an open position and a closed position. When said hatch is in the open position, said housing 1 is accessible. When said hatch is in the closed position, said housing 1 is inaccessible. The housing 1 comprises the electric charging gun 2. To charge a motor vehicle with electrical energy, it is necessary to have a charging cable at the end of which the gun 2 is positioned, which allows it to be plugged into a charging socket on said vehicle. There are different types of charging sockets depending on the charging method of said vehicle. Indeed, the charging of the electric or hybrid vehicle can be carried out according to different charging methods.Mode 2 allows slow charging of the vehicle using alternating current via a domestic electrical outlet. Mode 3, which is faster than mode 2, charges the vehicle using a charging cable that can be plugged into a type 2 charging socket. The charging cable is connected to an electrical charging station that provides alternating current. Unlike a domestic electrical outlet, an electrical charging station incorporates control, safety, regulation, and programming features for vehicle charging. Mode 4 can be implemented by an electrical charging station that delivers direct current at a very high power level. This means that the vehicle can be recharged very quickly. To recharge the vehicle in mode 4, the vehicle must have a charging socket that can accommodate a charging cable equipped with special connectors. For each reloading mode, the electric reloading socket is different and therefore the gun is configured to be adapted to a specific reloading mode. In the context of the invention, said electric reloading gun is capable of being plugged into a type 2, type 3 or type 4 reloading socket. The gun 2 comprises a hook 3. The housing 1 comprises a fixing element 4 capable of receiving said hook 3. Indeed, said fixing element 4 has a shape complementary to said hook 3. The fixing element 4 comprises a recess receiving said hook 3. In addition, the housing 1 comprises a locking element 5. The locking element 5 is capable of moving from a locked position to an unlocked position and vice versa. Preferably, said locking element 5 comprises a cam and a spring. The cam is a part making it possible to transform one movement into another movement. In this case, the said cam. transforms the movement of said hook 3 into said fixing element 4 by a tilting movement in order to come into contact with said hook 3. In [Fig.l], said hatch is in the closed position. Said spring maintains said cam so that said hook 3 is blocked and said gun 2 is firmly held. The hook 3 comprises a first rectilinear part and a second rectilinear part. The first part is capable of being inserted into said fixing element 4. The first part has a first longitudinal axis A. The second part has a second longitudinal axis B. The first axis A and the second axis B intersect at a point so as to form an angle of between 60° and 120°, or at an angle of between 80° and 100°. Advantageously, said housing 1 has a width of between 5 cm and 15 cm. The housing 1 has a depth of between 2 cm and 10 cm.These dimensions are ideal for maintaining said gun 2 without making the arrangement of said housing 1 in said vehicle difficult. In this way, the vibrations caused by said vehicle during movement will not impact said gun 2. In this way, no noise due to unwanted movements of said gun 2 in said housing 2 will disturb the occupant(s) of said vehicle.

[0018] [Fig. 2] schematically illustrates, in perspective, a detailed view of said hook 3 inserted into said fixing element 4. The locking element 5 is shown in its unlocked position, the hatch therefore being open. The fixing element 4 is a semi-circular cam. Said hook comprises a first flat surface C. The fixing element 4 comprises a second flat surface D. When said hatch is in the closed position, the first flat surface C and the second flat surface D come into contact.

[0019] In [Fig. 3], a method for locking the electric recharging gun 2 in the housing 1 of an electric or hybrid motor vehicle is schematically illustrated in the form of a flowchart. During an insertion step E1, said gun 2 is inserted into said housing 1 by a user so that said gun 2 is stored outside the recharging time of said vehicle. In this way, said gun 2 is always accessible in case of need to recharge said vehicle. Furthermore, it is protected by said housing 1 so that said gun 2 is not damaged. During a hooking step E2, said hook 3 is inserted into said fixing element 4. In this way, said gun 2 is hooked to said housing 1. During a locking step E3, the entry of said hook 3 into said fixing element 4 causes said locking element 5 to tilt. The locking element 5 is then brought into contact with said hook 3, so that said hook 3 can no longer come out of said fixing element 4. The locking step E3 provides additional security for the attachment of said hook 3 during the attachment step E2 so that said gun 2 cannot move in said housing 1.
