Description

Title of the invention: BLADES FOR PARTITION WALL, PARTITION WALL, MANUFACTURING METHOD AND INSTALLATION METHOD Technical field

[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of partition wall slats and partition walls, in particular to slats used for the construction of partition walls that are both strong and lightweight, wherein the partition wall can be fixed directly to adjacent surfaces such as a ceiling, a wall or a partition, or wherein the partition wall can be constructed using a frame, which is then fixed or locked between the ceiling, the wall or the partition walls. The invention also relates to methods for manufacturing these partition wall slats and partition walls and to their installation. State of the art

[0002] There is a tendency to compartmentalize spaces using screens, cabinets, and prefabricated walls, among other things. These solutions allow for effective separation of space, but leave little room for variation. There are also structures in which slats are placed in a frame and pivoted within the frame. In this way, it is possible to create variations in the interior by positioning the slats, depending on the needs of the moment, so as to allow the view through the partition wall or, if the slats are positioned flat, so as to hide the view. It is also possible to position the slats individually to obtain a flexible partition wall.

[0003] Although flexible partition walls consisting of a frame and individually positionable slats are already known, these structures are often heavy, constructed from different parts, not very adaptable to an individual space and expensive. Since these known partition walls are often constructed from individual parts, each part having its specific function, for example as part of the frame or the configuration of the slats, and can only be cut by sawing each individual part to the desired length, each part to be cut generates residual waste which cannot be reused and must therefore be destroyed.

[0004] There is therefore a need for a lightweight structure which does not otherwise lose strength, which requires only a limited number of parts to construct the partition wall, the partition wall being easily adaptable, so as to be able to make the partition wall custom-made to fit the space without creating waste.

[0005] There is therefore a need for an improved composition for constructing slats in a cost-effective, energy-efficient, environmentally friendly manner and with a minimum number of different parts, this improved composition being able to be used to construct the entire partition wall and thus minimize the number of different parts and avoid residual waste, a method for manufacturing this composition and this partition wall and its installation. [0021] According to a following aspect, there is provided a composition suitable for use in a partition wall, wherein the composition consists of two parts extending across a contact surface parallel to each other, wherein a first part of the contact face of the surface is provided with a cavity and at least two recesses, and a second part, wherein the second part of the contact face of the surface is symmetrical with respect to the first part. A hollow reinforcing piece is provided in the cavities of the first and second parts, and the first and second parts are connected by means of a fixing means in the at least two recesses.

[0022] The use of two symmetrical parts for the construction of the composition allows to reduce the number of parts. In addition, in these symmetrical parts, openings are introduced which allow to insert a reinforcing profile which allows to choose the lightest possible material for the symmetrical parts, without compromising the strength and robustness of the whole. In addition, the parts respective have two recesses which, when correctly positioned, form a recess into which a fastening means can be inserted to connect the two parts. The use of a symmetrical construction allows the basic structure to be simplified, the number of parts to be reduced to a minimum and production to be efficient, while in any case the composition is built robust and light.

[0023] According to one embodiment, a composition is provided in which the cavity and the at least two recesses are provided over the entire length of the first and second parts. The shape of the at least two recesses is preferably identical.

[0024] According to one embodiment, a composition is provided in which the fastening means is a pin inserted into the recesses of the first and second parts. When the recesses are of identical shape, it is possible to use the same fastening means to connect the two parts, which makes it possible to minimize the use of different parts.

[0025] According to one embodiment, a composition is provided in which the pin occupies the entire length of the recesses and / or in which the pin consists of wood, plastic or metal.

[0026] According to one embodiment, a composition is provided in which the reinforcing piece is a hollow profile, and the profile has a shape similar to that of the cavity, so that after placing the hollow profile in the cavity, the hollow profile will be held in the cavity. By using a reinforcing piece that has a shape similar to that of the cavity, the reinforcing piece will not only strengthen the composition, but will also help to connect the two parts to each other, the reinforcing piece forming the core of the composition. By making the reinforcing piece hollow, it is possible to make the composition as light as possible. Similarly, the cavity is used to insert other parts to compose a frame, or to pivot the composition when the composition or blade is subsequently installed in a construction.

[0027] According to one embodiment, a composition is provided in which the hollow reinforcing piece occupies the entire length of the cavity and / or in which the hollow reinforcing piece is a profile made of aluminum, wood, MDF, plastic or chipboard.

[0028] By introducing the cavity and recesses along the entire length of the symmetrical pieces, as well as laying the fixing means and the reinforcing piece along the entire length of the cavity and recesses, it is possible to cut the pieces to any length, so that the composition can be built together to the appropriate length. Similarly, when the composition is not sawn at length only after the assembled construction, it is not necessary to take into account possible interruptions in the assembled construction, so that the robustness of the composition is not affected by sawing the composition to length.

[0029] According to one embodiment, a composition is provided in which the first part and / or the second part is provided with a coating on an outer face.

[0030] According to one embodiment, the covering may consist of a sound-absorbing, acoustic, waterproof and / or laminated material. According to one embodiment, the covering is made of felt. By using different types of covering on the outer face of the composition, it is possible to vary the partition wall. For example, by providing one face with an acoustic material and the other face with a laminated outer face of a certain color or design, it is possible, as required, to rotate the slats so that they absorb sound or create a certain atmosphere. It is also possible to provide two different colors or patterns on the respective faces or to provide each slat with a different pattern so that together they form an image, which gives greater variety to the partition wall.

[0031] According to one embodiment, a composition is provided in which the outer face of the first part and / or the second part is concave, convex, straight and / or wavy. By varying the shape of each blade, the partition wall can create a different atmosphere.

[0032] According to one embodiment, a composition is provided in which the first part and / or the second part is made of MDF, plastic, solid wood or chipboard. By using different base materials for the first and / or second part, it is possible to obtain a different weight for the composition. If, for example, for the assembled construction of a partition wall, a composition constructed of a lighter material such as MDF is alternated with a composition constructed of a heavier material such as solid wood, it is possible to dimension the weight of the entire assembled construction according to the needs and requirements of the space in which the partition wall will be placed. Likewise, the use of two or more types of base materials, such as for example oak and beech as base materials for the sections, allows one to play with the final result.Despite the use of, for example, solid wood as the basic material for the first and / or second part, the composition can still be made lightweight by providing the cavity in the symmetrical parts. By removing the redundant material and thus creating the cavity in which a reinforcing piece can be placed, the composition remains light and robust, and the weight . the composition may vary, which can help to better balance the partition wall, for example.

[0033] According to one embodiment, there is provided a composition wherein the composition further consists of two rotation blocks, wherein each rotation block consists of a key, wherein the key of the rotation block can be inserted into the cavity 20, a stopper, the stopper ensuring that the key of the rotation block can be inserted into the cavity over a limited length, and a stud.

[0034] A rotation block may be inserted into the cavity provided in the composition. Since the cavity preferably extends along the entire length of the composition, it is possible to insert such a rotation block on both sides of the composition, which allows the composition to pivot about the rotation block.

[0035] According to one embodiment, a composition is provided in which the rotation block further consists of a positioning point and in which the positioning point is positioned on the front face of the stopper and / or in which the stud (86) is arranged to be movable relative to the stopper (84).

[0036] According to another aspect, there is provided a partition wall for dividing a space, wherein the partition wall comprises at least one composition.

[0037] According to one embodiment, a partition wall is provided, wherein the partition wall further consists of a frame. The use of a frame makes it easier to mount the slats in the frame. Furthermore, it is often easier to attach the frame to the surrounding structure, such as a ceiling, floor or wall, since the frame only needs to be attached at a few points, unlike the slats which need to be attached individually to the surrounding structure.

[0038] According to one embodiment, a partition wall is provided, in which the frame is constructed of a floor bar, a top bar, a left bar and a right bar, and in which the floor bar, the top bar, the left bar and the right bar are constructed of a composition as mentioned above. In this way, the frame and the slats can be constructed from the same composition, requiring only one type of composition that can serve as a basis for the construction of the frame and the slats. This allows the assembly to be cut as efficiently as possible and avoids waste resulting from the impossibility of reusing parts in other parts of the assembled construction.

[0039] According to one embodiment, a partition wall is provided, in which the frame is provided with at least four connecting pieces, the first connecting piece ensuring the connection between the ground bar and the left bar, the second connecting piece ensuring the connection between the left bar and the upper bar, the third connecting piece ensuring the connection between the upper bar and the right bar, and the fourth connecting piece ensuring the connection between the right bar and the ground bar.

[0040] According to one embodiment, a partition wall is provided, in which in each case the at least four connecting pieces are inserted into the cavity of a composition on one face of the connecting piece and inserted into an opening on one face of an adjacent composition on the other face of the connecting piece. By using a connecting piece whose dimensions are identical to those of the cavity, it is possible to use the cavity already present in the composition to position the connecting piece. Furthermore, it is sufficient to make a complementary opening on the outer face of a composition into which the other end of the connecting piece is inserted, which makes it possible to connect two compositions. The fitting piece is preferably provided with teeth or fins all around the fitting piece, which allows the fitting piece to be easily inserted into the cavity or opening made, but the teeth ensure that when an attempt is made to remove the fitting piece from the cavity or opening made, by the teeth the fitting piece will be prevented from being removed from the cavity or opening made.

[0041] According to one embodiment, there is provided a partition wall, wherein the partition wall further consists of a locking part, the locking part being provided with an opening in which the stud of the rotary block of a composition can be positioned, and a hook for mounting in a surrounding structure.

[0042] According to one embodiment, a partition wall is provided, in which the locking part is further provided with at least one recess and in which the positioning point of the rotation block of a composition can engage in this recess at least. In this way, a blade can be fixed by involving the positioning point in a given recess.

[0043] According to one embodiment, a partition wall is provided, in which the hook is provided with protrusions. These protrusions ensure that the locking part will remain mounted with greater security in a surrounding structure.

[0044] According to another aspect, there is provided a method of manufacturing the preceding composition, in which the method comprises the following steps: laying the first part; inserting the hollow reinforcing piece into the cavity of the first part; inserting the fixing means into the recesses of the first part; and placing the second part on the first part, the reinforcing piece already introduced also being inserted into the cavity of the second part and the fixing means already introduced also being inserted into the recesses of the second part.

[0045] According to one embodiment, a method of manufacturing the above composition, this process consisting of the following steps: inserting a key of a first rotation block into the cavity of the reinforcement piece on the first face of the composition, and wherein the key is inserted into the cavity of the reinforcement piece until a stop of the rotation block is inserted against the head side of the reinforcement piece; and inserting a key of a second rotation block into the cavity of the reinforcement piece on the second face of the composition, and wherein the key is inserted into the cavity of the reinforcement piece until a stop of the rotation block is inserted against the head side of the reinforcement piece.

[0046] According to a following aspect, there is provided a method of manufacturing the above partition wall, this method comprising the following steps: laying a previous composition on a substrate, the composition thus forming a bar on the ground; placing a first connecting piece in a first end of the hollow reinforcing piece of the ground bar; installing a second connecting piece in a second end of the hollow reinforcing piece of the ground bar; laying a previous composition on a substrate, the assembly thus forming an upper bar; placing a third connecting piece in a first end of the hollow reinforcing piece of the upper bar; placing a fourth connecting piece in a second end of the hollow reinforcing piece of the upper bar; creation of two openings on the same exterior face of a previous composition, the composition forming a left bar; creation of two openings on the same exterior face of a previous composition, the composition forming a straight bar; installation of the free end of the first connecting piece inserted into the ground bar in the lower opening of the left bar; installation of the free end of the second connecting piece inserted into the ground bar in the lower opening of the straight bar; placing the free end of the third connecting piece inserted into the upper bar in the upper opening of the left bar; and installation of the free end of the fourth fitting inserted into the upper bar in the upper opening of the right bar.

[0047] According to one embodiment, a method of manufacturing the above partition wall is proposed, this method consisting of the following steps: making at least one opening in the ground bar; making at least one opening in the upper bar, this opening at least in the upper bar being positioned perpendicular to the opening at least in the ground bar respectively; placing a hook of a first locking part in the opening at least of the ground bar; placing a hook of a second locking piece in at least the opening of the upper bar; and installing at least one preceding composition, the installation of the composition consisting of introducing a stud of the first rotation block into an opening of the first locking part, and introducing a stud of the second rotation block into an opening of the second locking part.

[0048] According to one embodiment, there is provided a method of manufacturing the above partition wall, in which the opening at least in the upper bar is introduced through the entire composition, and in which the method further consists of the following step: before introducing the hook of the second locking part into the opening of the upper bar, a locking mechanism is placed in the opening, and the locking mechanism locks the upper bar relative to a ceiling.

[0049] In this way, irregularities in the spacing between the substrate and the ceiling can be taken into account, allowing the frame to be sandwiched between the substrate and the ceiling, without the need to drill holes in the ceiling or substrate to secure the frame to the ceiling or substrate.

[0050] According to a following aspect, there is provided a method of manufacturing the above partition wall, this method comprising the following steps: making at least one opening in the floor surface of the space; making at least one opening in the upper surface of the space, this opening at least in the upper surface being positioned perpendicular to the opening at least in the floor surface respectively; placing a hook of a second locking piece in the opening at least of the floor surface; placing a hook of a second locking piece in the opening at least of the upper surface; and installing at least one preceding composition, the installation of the composition consisting of introducing a stud of the first rotation block into an opening of the first locking part, and introducing a stud of the second rotation block into an opening of the second locking part.

[0051] If a minimalist look is desired, it may be desirable to fix the blades directly into the floor surface and the top surface. To achieve this, an opening should be provided for each blade in the floor surface and the top surface, this opening being placed perpendicular to each other. The locking piece can then be inserted into the opening, into which the rotation block can then be slid, thereby fixing the blade in the gap.

[0052] It is understood that other variants and combinations are possible, in particular embodiments of one aspect comprising variants and combinations with features of another aspect. Figures

[0077] [Fig.l] shows a first 10 and a second 12 part, together forming the composition 1. The first part 10 is provided on the contact face of the surface 18, also called the inner face 18, with a cavity 20 and two recesses 30, left and right, symmetrical with respect to the cavity 20. The second part 12 is also symmetrical to the first part 10 from the point of view of the contact face of the surface 18 and is therefore also provided, on the contact face or inner face 18, with the same cavity 20 and the same two recesses 30, left and right, symmetrical with respect to the cavity 20 in the second part 12. The base material of the first 10 and the second 12 part is preferably MDF, plastic, chipboard, solid wood, etc., the cavity 20 and the recesses 30 being preferably milled in the base material. An alternative would be that the first 10 and the second 12 parts are obtained by injection molding or extrusion, and that the cavity 20 and the recesses 30 are already provided during the injection molding or extrusion. Preferably, the cavity 20 and the recesses 30 are provided over the entire length of the first part 10 and the second part 12. The outer face 19 of the first part 10 and the second part 12 may be covered with a coating. or, in the case where solid wood is used as the material, be used without any coating.

[0078] [Fig. 2] shows the first 10 and the second 12 parts in a front view, the two parts 10, 12 being assembled to form the composition 1. A reinforcing piece 60 is provided between the first part 10 and the second part 12. This is preferably a hollow reinforcing profile preferably placed over the entire length of the cavity 20. In order to connect the two parts 10, 12 to each other, a fixing piece 70 is further used. Preferably, a pin 70 is used which is inserted over the entire length of the recesses 30. The pin 70 is preferably a wooden pin. The pin may also be made of plastic or metal and an adhesive bonding agent such as glue may be used to permanently fix the pin in the recess 30.Preferably, the reinforcing piece 60 has a shape similar to the cavity 20, so that the reinforcing piece 60, after being placed in the cavity 20 of the first part 10 and in the cavity 20 of the second part 12, is completely surrounded in the cavity thus formed. Also, preferably, the fixing means 70 has a shape similar to the recess 30, so that the fixing means 70, after being placed in the recess 30 of the first part 10 and in the recess 30 of the second part 12, is completely surrounded by the recess 30 thus formed. Since the cavity 20 and the recesses 30 of the first part 10 and the second part 12 comprise the reinforcing piece 60 and the fixing means 70, the two parts 10, 12 will be connected to each other, thus forming a composition 1.

[0079] Preferably by using the continuous cavity 20 and the continuous recesses 30, it is possible to connect the first part 10 to the second part 12 without using other positioning means such as positioning holes or adjustment gauges.

[0080] Composition 1 may serve as a base profile for a blade, or may serve as a ground bar 112, top bar 114, left bar 116 or right bar 118 in a frame 110.

[0081] [Fig. 3] illustrates another embodiment of the composition 1, in which the outer face 19 is covered with a coating 14, 16. The coating is preferably a sound-absorbing, acoustic, waterproof and / or laminated material. When a sound-absorbing material 14, for example a felt of a certain thickness, is introduced on the outer face 19 of the first part 10 and a laminated material 16 of a certain thickness, less than the thickness of the sound-absorbing material 14, is introduced on the outer face 19 of the second part 12, the height and width of the first part 10 will be different from the height and width of the second part 12. In this way, the total height and width of the first part 10 combined with the soundproofing material 14 will remain identical to the total height and width of the second part 12, so that the composition is the same over the entire height and width.

[0082] [Fig. 4] shows a 3D view of composition 1 as illustrated in [Fig. 2]. The outer face 19 of composition 1 has an opening 117 which can be used to insert a connecting piece 120 (see [Fig. 12] and [Fig. 13]).

[0083] In a preferred embodiment, it is possible to introduce a support around the composition 1, which can serve as a positioning gauge to make the opening 117 at the correct height. A recess is provided for this purpose in the support which indicates the correct position, as well as the correct dimensions of the opening 117. Furthermore, when the support remains positioned around the composition 1, it can ensure that the head side of the composition 1 cannot come into direct contact with the environment.

[0084] [Fig. 5] shows a 3D view of a rotation block 80 that can be inserted into the central cavity 20 of the composition 1. When a rotation block 80 is inserted into the central cavity 20 of the composition 1, this composition can act as a blade. The rotation block 80 is provided on one face with a key 82 having the same shape as the central cavity 20, which can be inserted into this central cavity 20 to fix the rotation block 80 with the composition 1. The key is firmly connected on one face to a stopper 84 and is preferably in the form of a disc provided with a central opening. In this central opening, a stud 86 is inserted that can move back and forth through the central opening of the stopper 84 and into a central opening of the key 82.In the central opening of the key 82, a spring (not shown) is preferably shown cooperating with the stud 86 so that the stud 86 is always in an extended position in the rotation block 80 when no pressure is exerted on the stud 86. The rotation block 80 is preferably provided with a locating tip 88 inserted at the front face 85 of the retainer 84.

[0085] [Fig. 6] shows a 3D view of a composition 1 as illustrated in [Fig. 2], the front face of the composition 1 and the outer face 19 being visible and in which a rotation block 80 is placed in the central cavity 20 of the composition 1. It is seen here that the key 82 is inserted into the cavity 20, the rear face of the stopper 84 resting against the front face of the composition 1, so as to prevent the rotation block 80 from being brought too far into the central cavity 20 of the composition 1. Preferably, the diameter of the stopper 84 is less than the total width of the composition 1, so that the stopper 84 is not visible beyond the contours of the composition 1.

[0086] [Fig.7] shows a 3D view of a locking part 90, used for mounting the composition as shown in [Fig.2] in a structure 110, 111.

[0087] The locking part 90 consists of a central portion, of similar shape and dimensions to the stopper 84 of the rotation block 80, in which an opening 92 is provided in the central portion, and a hook 94 for mounting the locking part 90 in an opening of a surrounding structure 110, 111. The opening 92 is complementary to the stud 86 of the rotation block 80, the stud 86 being inserted into the opening 92 of the locking part 90 during assembly. The hook 94 is further provided with three protrusions 98 which, when the hook 94 is inserted into an opening of a surrounding structure 110, 111, ensure that the hook 94 is firmly connected to the surrounding structure 110, 111. Similarly, the central portion of the locking piece 90 is provided with multiple recesses 96. These recesses are complementary to the positioning point 88 provided at the front face 85 of the stopper 84 of the rotation block 80.The recesses 96 and the positioning point 88 make it possible to position and maintain the composition 1, when it is used as a blade, in certain positions.

[0088] [Fig.8] shows the front face of the composition 1, where a rotation block 80 is inserted into the central cavity 20, and where the locking piece 90 is positioned relative to the rotation block 80. After mounting the rotation block 80 in the locking piece 90, the stud 86 engages in the opening 92 of the locking piece 90, making the composition 1 rotatable around the stud 86 in the opening 92.

[0089] It is also possible to provide the rotation block 80 without the positioning point 88, and the central part of the locking piece 90 also without the recesses 96. In this way, the composition 1, which in this case is also used as a blade, can rotate freely around the stud 86 in the opening 92.

[0090] Another possible alternative is to realize the positioning point 88 in the form of an ascending and descending ramp, the slope of the ascending and descending ramp being able to be different. In this way, it is possible to obtain a more flexible positioning of the positioning point 88 and thus of the blade relative to the recess 96. When the slopes of the ascending and descending ramp are different, the rotation of the blade in one direction will be easier than the rotation in the other direction, which makes it possible to incorporate a preferred direction of rotation of the blade.

[0091] In the embodiment illustrated in [Fig.5] to [Fig.8], the positioning point 88 is introduced on the rotation block 80, while the recesses 96 are provided in the locking part 90. In another embodiment, it is also possible to provide the positioning point 88 on the locking part 90, while the recesses 96 can be introduced into the stop 84 of the rotation block 80.

[0092] [Fig. 9] shows a cross-section of a 3D representation of the composition 1 according to [Fig. 8]. [Fig. 9] shows that the stud 86 is inserted into the opening 92 of the locking piece 90. When the locking piece 92 is firmly connected to the surrounding structure, such as the ceiling, floor or frame, the blade 1 will be able to rotate because the stud 86 is inserted into the opening 92 of the locking piece 92. This is because the rotation block 80 is firmly connected to the cavity 20 of the composition or the blade 1 and, when a user wants to rotate the blade 1, it moves with the blade. Therefore, the stud 86 which is part of the rotation block 80, but which is movably arranged relative to the rotation block 80, will allow rotation relative to the opening 92 of the locking piece 90.

[0093] [Fig.10A] and [Fig.10B] illustrate other embodiments of the composition 1, where the shape of the outer face 19 is concave (see [Fig.10A]) and convex (see [Fig.10B]). By modifying the outer shape of the first part 10 and the second part 12, and therefore the outer shape of the composition 1, it is possible to assign a different design to the blades, and therefore to the partition wall. It is also possible to give the outer face 19 a wavy, flat, inclined or any other shape.

[0094] Furthermore, it is possible to make the face sides of the composition 1 concave or convex. When these face sides are concave or convex, it is possible to arrange the blades 1, in the closed position, in a connected manner. For this purpose, a first blade, for example, must have concave face sides, while the face sides of a second blade 1, connected to the first blade 1, are convex. Since the face sides are alternately concave and convex, the blades, when rotated from the open position to the closed position, can engage with each other, which makes it possible to obtain a better connection of the blades.

[0095] Preferably, an insulating strip may be introduced on one of the face sides of the blades, which ensures that when the blades are in the closed position, the strip touches the face side of the connected blade, thus providing additional insulation between the two blades.

[0096] [Fig.l 1A] and [Fig.l 1B] show a partition wall 100 where several compositions 1 are arranged in a frame 110. The frame 110 is composed of a ground bar 112, an upper bar 114, a left bar 116 and a right bar 118. Several compositions 1 or blades are inserted into the openings 119 provided in the upper bar 114 and the ground bar 112. A locking piece 90 is inserted for this purpose into the openings 119, the hook 94 being pushed into an opening 119. In the cavities 20 located on the top and bottom faces of the blade 1, the key 82 of the rotation block 80 is introduced in each case, so as to firmly connect the rotation block 80 provided with the stud 86 on the top face and bottom face of the blade 1. The blade 1 can now be rotatably mounted in the frame 110 by inserting the stud 86 positioned on the top face of the blade 1 into the opening 92 of the locking piece 90 introduced into the upper bar 114 and by inserting the stud 86 positioned on the bottom face of the blade 1 into the opening 92 of the locking piece 90 introduced into the ground bar 112.

[0097] In [Fig. 1 IA], the blades 1 are positioned in the open position relative to the frame 110, so that it is possible to see through the partition wall 100, beyond the blades 1.

[0098] In [Fig. 1 IB], the blades 1 are rotated relative to the position of [Fig. 1 IA], so that the blades 1 prevent seeing through the partition wall 100, and make seeing difficult or impossible.

[0099] [Fig. 12] shows a front view diagram of the partition wall 100 as illustrated in [Fig. 11A] and [Fig. 11B]. The blades 1 are rotated relative to the frame 110 so as to be oriented in a closed position and to make visibility through the partition wall 100 difficult or impossible. In each case, the blades 1 are constructed from a composition 1 provided with a rotation block 80 inserted into the cavity 20 on the top and bottom faces of the composition.

[0100] The bars on the ground 112, on the left 116, on the top 114 and on the right 118 are connected to each other by connecting pieces 120. In each case, the bars 112, 114, 116, 118 are constructed from composition 1. In each case the left bar 116 and the right bar 118, an opening 117 is provided on the bottom face and the top face of the bars 116, 118. The two openings 117 are always provided on the same outer face 19 of the bar. In each case, the connecting pieces 120 are partially inserted into the cavity 20 of an assembled construction 1, namely the ground bar 112 or the upper bar 114, and partially inserted into the opening 117 introduced on the outer face 19 of the left bar 116 or the right bar 118.

[0101] [Fig. 13] shows an example of such a connecting piece 120, in which the connecting piece 120 is provided with fin-shaped protrusions 121. The use of the fin-shaped protrusions 121 makes it easier to insert the connecting piece 120 in one direction into the cavity 20 or the opening 117, and the fin-shaped protrusions 121 ensure that when trying to remove the connecting piece 120 from the cavity 20 or the opening 117, the connecting piece will be blocked by the fin-shaped protrusions 121. which is used to construct the frame of a partition wall. Another alternative is to use the protrusions 121 in another way, so that the movement of the connecting piece 120 is easier in one direction than in the opposite direction. Another possible complementary alternative is not to provide the connecting part 120 with these protrusions 121. The connecting piece 120 can also be used to connect two compositions 1. For this purpose, the connecting piece 120 is partially inserted into the cavity 20 of one composition 1, and partially inserted into the cavity 20 of the other composition 1.

[0102] [Fig. 14] illustrates an alternative embodiment similar to the embodiment reproduced in [Fig. 10B]. Composition 1 comprises a first part 10 and a second part 12, the shape of the outer face 19 of composition 1 being convex. The first part 10 is provided, on the inner face 18, with a cavity 20 and two recesses 30, left and right, symmetrical with respect to the cavity 20. The second part 12 is also provided, on the inner face 18, with the same cavity 20 and the same recesses 30. When the first part 10 and the second part 12 are placed with their respective inner faces 18 against each other, the two cavities together form a closed cavity 20. The walls 22 of the inner perimeter of this formed and closed cavity 20 are preferably made of the same material as the first part 10 and the second part 12.A reinforcing piece 60 is provided between the first 10 and the second 12 parts. The reinforcing piece 60 is preferably a hollow reinforcing profile placed along the entire length of the cavity 20. An alternative is to place several reinforcing pieces 60 in the cavity 20, where the reinforcing pieces 60 are placed in a connected manner, or with a space between two consecutive reinforcing pieces 60. The hollow reinforcement piece 60 is provided with metal protrusions 62 which penetrate the walls 22 of the connection cavities 20 when placing the hollow reinforcement piece 60 between the first 10 and the second 12 parts. When placing the reinforcement piece 60, or several reinforcement pieces 60, the reinforcement piece 60 is inserted into the cavity 20 of the first part 10. When inserting the reinforcement piece 60 into the cavity 20, the metal protrusions 62 are pushed into the material of the first part 10. Preferably, the metal protrusions 62 behave like barbs, which allows the reinforcement piece 60 to engage with the first part 10. Once the reinforcement piece 60 has been inserted into the cavity 20 of the first part, the fixing piece 60 can also be inserted into the cavity 20 of the second part 12.Upon insertion of the fastener 60 into the cavity 20 of the second part 12, the metal protrusions 62 are pushed into the material of the second part 12. Preferably, the metal protrusions 62 behave like barbs, which allows the reinforcement part 60 to engage in the second part 12. Additionally or alternatively, depending on the choice of material of the first 10 and second 12 parts, it is possible that the material of these parts 10, 12 behaves elastically so that the material of the first 10 and second 12 parts closes around the inserted protrusions 62 after they have been inserted into the material of the first part 10 and then the second part 12.

[0103] [Fig. 15] illustrates in detail the embodiment of the hollow reinforcing piece 60 as illustrated in [Fig. 14]. The reinforcing piece 60 is provided with four protrusions 62 preferably extending over at least half the length of the reinforcing piece 60. Preferably, the protrusions 62 are of the same material as the reinforcing piece 60. Preferably, the protrusions 62 are metal protrusions. Although, in the embodiment illustrated in [Fig. 15], in each case four protrusions are provided, two on each of the short faces of the reinforcing piece 60, it is possible to provide a greater number of protrusions or a smaller number of protrusions. For example, it is possible to provide two protrusions 62 again on a short face, while a single protrusion 62 is provided in the middle of the other face.In another example, it is possible to provide three protrusions 62 on each short face, equally distributed on the short face of the reinforcing piece 60.

[0104] A preferred method of manufacturing composition 1 illustrated in [Fig.2] comprises the following steps: - laying the first part 10, for example on a fixed substrate: - insertion of the hollow reinforcement part 60 into the cavity 20 of the first part 10; and - placing the second part 12 on the first part 10, the reinforcement piece 60 already introduced also being inserted into the cavity 20 of the second part 12. The placing of the second part 12 on the first part 10 may be accompanied by the exertion of pressure so that the reinforcement piece 60 is entirely taken in the cavities 20 and the recesses 30 of the first part 10 and of the second part 12. In a preferred embodiment of the method, it is possible to add an adhesive bonding agent, for example glue, to the cavity 20 before placing the reinforcement piece 60 in the cavity 20. In this way, it is possible to obtain a permanent join between the reinforcement piece 60 and the cavity 20 of the first part 10 and the second part 12. In a preferred embodiment of the method, the hollow reinforcement piece 60 is provided with metal protrusions 62, wherein, during insertion of the hollow reinforcement piece 60 into the first 10 and second 12 parts, the metal protrusions 62 are pushed into the material of the first 10 and second 12 parts. second 12 parts, thus penetrating the material of the first 10 and second 12 parts.

[0105] In a preferred embodiment, the method of manufacturing composition 1 further consists of the following steps: - inserting a key 82 of a first rotation block 80 into the cavity of the reinforcement piece 60 on the first face of the composition 1, and wherein the key 82 is inserted into the cavity of the reinforcement piece 60 until a stopper 84 of the rotation block 80 is inserted against the head side of the reinforcement piece 60; and - inserting a key 82 of a second rotation block 80 into the cavity of the reinforcement piece 60 on the second face of the composition 1, and wherein the key 82 is inserted into the cavity of the reinforcement piece 60 until a stopper 84 of the rotation block 80 is inserted against the head side of the reinforcement piece 60. An alternative embodiment provides the possibility of providing the rotation block 80 without using the stopper 84. In this case, when inserting the rotation block 80, it is important that the user ensures that the key 82 of the rotation block 80 is not inserted too deeply into the cavity 20. In an alternative embodiment, the stud 86 of the rotation block 80 placed in the cavity 20 of one face of the composition 1 is longer than the stud 86 of the rotation block 80 placed in the cavity 20 of the other face of the composition 1. In this way, the placement and re-disassembly of the composition 1 in the opening 92 of the locking part 90 is facilitated.

[0106] A preferred method of manufacturing a partition wall (100), as illustrated in [Fig. 12], comprises the following steps: - laying a composition 1 as indicated for example in [Fig.2] on a substrate, the composition thus forming a ground bar 112; - installation of a first connecting piece 120 in a first end of the hollow reinforcing piece 60 of the ground bar 112; - installation of a second connecting piece 120 in a second end of the hollow reinforcing piece 60 of the ground bar 112; - laying a composition 1 as indicated for example in [Fig.2] on a substrate, the composition thus forming an upper bar 114; - placing a third connecting piece 120 in a first end of the hollow reinforcing piece 60 of the upper bar 114; - placing a fourth connecting piece 120 in a second end of the hollow reinforcing piece 60 of the upper bar 114; - production of two openings 117 on the same external face 19 of a composition 1 as indicated in [Fig.2] for example, the composition forming a left bar 116; - production of two openings 117 on the same external face 19 of a composition 1 as indicated in [[Fig.2]] for example, the composition forming a straight bar 118; - placing the free end of the first connecting piece 120 inserted into the ground bar 112 in the lower opening 117 of the left bar 116; - placing the free end of the second connecting piece 120 inserted into the ground bar 112 in the lower opening 117 of the straight bar 118; - placing the free end of the third connecting piece 120 inserted into the upper bar 114 in the upper opening of the left bar 116; and - installation of the free end of the fourth connector 120 introduced into the upper bar 114 in the upper opening of the straight bar 118. In a preferred embodiment, the method of manufacturing the partition wall 100 further consists of the following steps: - making at least one opening 119 in the ground bar 112; - making at least one opening 119 in the upper bar 114, this opening 119 at least in the upper bar 114 being positioned perpendicular to the opening 119 at least in the ground bar 112 respectively; - placing a hook 94 of a second locking part 90 in the opening 119 at least of the ground bar 112; - placing a hook of a second locking part 90 in the opening 119 at least of the upper bar 112; and - installation of at least one composition 1, as indicated in [Fig.6], the installation of composition 1 consisting of introducing a stud 86 of the first rotation block 80 into an opening 92 of the first locking part 90, and introducing a stud 86 of the second rotation block 80 into an opening 92 of the second locking part 90. In a preferred embodiment, the opening 119 at least in the upper bar 114 is introduced by the entire composition 1, and wherein the method further consists of the following step: before inserting the hook 94 of the second locking piece 90 into the opening 119 of the upper bar 112, a locking mechanism is placed in the opening 119 and the locking mechanism locks the upper bar 119 relative to a ceiling. This locking mechanism may consist of a base, which is mounted on a bolt provided with stud threads. Preferably, the opening 119 of the upper bar 112 is also provided with stud threads, so that when the locking mechanism is rotated, the stud threads of the bolt can rotate in the stud threads of the opening and, depending on the direction of rotation, the base of the locking mechanism can move up or down. If the base is rotated upwards, it will bridge the distance between the ceiling and the top face of the frame 110, thereby clamping the frame 110 between the ceiling, on the one hand, and the floor, on the other hand. Although [Fig. 11 A], [Fig. 11B] and [Fig. 12] show a partition wall 100 using a frame 110, it is possible to install a partition wall 100 without using the frame 110. In this alternative embodiment, it is necessary to immediately insert the locking pieces 90 into the surrounding structure in which it is desired to place the partition wall 100, such as, for example, the ceiling and floor of the space. To do this, openings must be provided in the ceiling and the floor, two openings being placed perpendicular to each other, one in the ceiling and the other in the floor. Then, after placing the hook 94 of the locking piece 90 in the opening, in each case the blades 1 can be inserted into the opening 92 of the locking piece 90 via the stud 86 of the rotation block 80.

[0107] Therefore, a preferred method of manufacturing a partition wall 100 consists of the following steps: - creation of at least one opening in the floor area of the space; - making at least one opening in the upper surface of the space, this opening at least in the upper surface being positioned perpendicular to the opening at least in the ground surface respectively; - placing a hook 94 of a second locking part 90 in the opening at least of the ground surface; - placing a hook of a second locking part 90 in the opening at least of the upper surface; and - installation of at least one composition 1, as indicated in [[Fig.6]], the installation of composition 1 consisting of introducing a stud 86 of the first rotation block 80 into an opening 92 of the first locking part 90, and introducing a stud 86 of the second rotation block 80 into an opening 92 of the second locking part 90.

[0108] It is clear that other variants and combinations are possible without abandoning the scope of protection as defined in the claims.
