Description

Title of the invention: child-safe textile device and method of using such a device Technical field

[0001] The present invention generally relates to the field of textile devices for children and more particularly relates to such devices capable of containing a piece of jewelry, for example a pregnancy bola or the like. The invention relates in particular to such textile devices taking the form of a plush object, such as a comforter, toy or the like. Prior art

[0002] Children's soft toys or comforters can be made up of two fabric elements, namely a spherical head possibly padded inside with wadding and a portion of fabric sewn to the base of the head. These two elements generally have a seam around their contours and are inseparable.

[0003] In some cases, a pregnancy bola can be sewn inside the head of the comforter when it is made. Adding a bola inside may be desirable, for example, to soothe or comfort a child thanks to the sounds produced by the bola when the comforter moves. However, integrating such a jewel inside a comforter presents limitations and problems.

[0004] Thus, the technique of sewing a bola inside the head of the comforter requires that this bola be integrated by the manufacturer during the manufacture of the comforter. It is not possible to use the bola worn by the mother during her pregnancy to integrate it into the comforter after the birth of the baby. The bola used by the manufacturer is therefore different from the one worn by the mother during her pregnancy, which does not allow for sound continuity between the intrauterine world and the life of the baby after birth. This sound disparity limits or even eliminates the comforting and calming effect sought for the child.

[0005] It is possible to insert a bola into a comforter provided for this purpose, for example in a pouch, but this presents risks, particularly in terms of safety for the child. Indeed, when handling their comforter, an infant or baby risks accessing this pouch and reaching the bola inside the comforter, for example by inserting their fingers into the pouch which is within their reach. If the child manages to catch the bola, they risk losing it or ingesting it, which can lead to situations that are risky for their health.

[0006] Depending on how the bola is placed in the comforter, the child may be endangered by an element securing the bola, especially if such an element gives way and is within the child's reach. Small elements can then be ingested and obstruct the respiratory tract, which presents significant risks for the child's health.

[0007] The risks mentioned above, particularly in terms of ingestion for the child, are particularly significant in the case where the bola is inserted via a visible opening located at the back of the comforter's head, since this positioning of the opening arouses the curiosity of the child who will be led to explore this area and may insert his fingers to discover its contents. Statement of the invention

[0008] One of the objects of the present invention is to solve at least one of the problems or deficiencies of the technological background described above.

[0009] Another object of the present invention is to provide a textile device capable of containing a piece of jewelry, for example a bola or other, in a safe manner for children of all ages, including infants and babies. In particular, it is appropriate to minimize the risks that a child may access the jewelry that may be positioned inside the textile device, in order to prevent this jewelry from being handled, possibly lost, or even ingested.

[0010] Another object of the present invention is to provide a textile device capable of containing a piece of jewelry, for example a bola or other, while exhibiting good durability over time, particularly in terms of wear. In the event of washing, for example, it is desirable that the textile device is not damaged and is resistant to wear.

[0011] To this end, a first aspect of the present invention relates to a child-safe textile device, comprising: - an upper textile part forming a first cavity accessible via a first opening, said first opening being provided with first manually openable and closable closing means; - a lower textile part fixed to the upper part, said lower part forming a second cavity communicating with the first cavity through the first opening, said lower part comprising a second opening, distant from the first opening, causing the second cavity to open onto the exterior of the secure textile device; and - a removable textile pocket insertable into the first cavity of the upper part successively through the second opening and the second cavity then by manual pressure through the first opening, the removable pouch comprising a third opening and containing a mini-pouch, fixed inside the removable pouch by a cord and accessible via the third opening, the mini-pouch comprising a fourth opening provided with fourth manually openable and closable closing means, said mini pouch being configured to contain a piece of jewelry insertable through the fourth opening.

[0028] According to a particular example, the cord is configured to secure the mini-pouch inside the removable pouch while allowing manual extraction of the mini-pouch from the removable pouch via the third opening.

[0029] According to a particular example, the upper portion is configured to completely camouflage (hide) the removable pocket when the latter is inserted into the first cavity.

[0030] A second aspect of the present invention relates to a method of using the secure textile device of the first aspect of the invention.

[0031] According to one example, the second aspect relates to a method of using a child-safe textile device, said device comprising: - an upper textile part forming a first cavity accessible via a first opening, said first opening being provided with first manually openable and closable closing means; - a lower textile part fixed to the upper part, said lower part forming a second cavity communicating with the first cavity through the first opening, said lower part comprising a second opening, distant from the first opening, causing the second cavity to open onto the exterior of the secure textile device; and - a removable textile pouch comprising a third opening and containing a mini-pouch, fixed inside the removable pouch and accessible via the third opening, said mini-pouch comprising a fourth opening provided with fourth manually openable and closable closing means; the method comprising: - inserting a piece of jewelry into the mini-pouch through the fourth opening; - insertion of the mini-pouch, containing the jewel, into the removable pouch through the third opening; and - insertion of the removable pouch, containing the jewel, into the first cavity successively through the second opening and the second cavity then by manual pressure through the first opening.

[0032] According to one example, the removable pouch is inserted such that the third opening is positioned in the first cavity opposite the first opening.

[0033] The various embodiments and advantages described in the present disclosure in relation to the secure textile device of the first aspect can be applied in a similar manner to the method of use according to the second aspect of the invention.

[0034] A third aspect of the present invention relates to the secure textile device according to the first aspect as well as the jewel contained in said secure textile device.

[0035] The invention advantageously provides a textile device for a child, for example a plush object such as a comforter, a toy or the like, this device being capable of containing a piece of jewelry, for example a bola or the like, in a safe manner for children, including infants and babies. By integrating, for example, a bola or a piece of sound jewelry in the upper part, it is possible to soothe or comfort a child thanks to the sounds produced by the bola when the secure textile device is handled or moved. It is advantageously possible to ensure, in complete safety, a sound continuity between the intrauterine world and the life of the child after birth, which makes it possible to bring comfort and calm to the child.

[0036] In particular, the invention advantageously makes it possible to minimize the risks that a child may access the jewel likely to be positioned inside the secure textile device, in order to prevent in particular this jewel from being handled, possibly lost, or even ingested, which allows use in complete safety whatever the age of the child.

[0037] In particular, the configuration of the secure textile device of the invention allows discreet insertion of the jewel (via the removable pouch) so that the child's curiosity is not piqued by an opening easily accessible from the outside at, for example, the head of the secure textile device. The risks of the child seeking to explore the interior of the secure textile device, and thus access the jewel, are thus limited. To do this, the jewel can be placed in the removable pouch and then this removable pouch containing the jewel can be inserted into the first cavity through the second cavity. This double cavity arrangement combined with the removable pouch intended to contain the jewel makes it possible to optimize the safety of the device with respect to the child.

[0038] In particular, the combination of the different openings through which the removable pouch containing the jewel must be inserted at different positions of the secure textile device, namely at the upper and lower parts and at the removable pouch, makes it possible to effectively reinforce the safety of the child. In particular, the positioning of the second opening at an edge of the lower part makes it possible to limit the risks of the child trying to access the jewel located in another part of the secure textile device, namely the upper part upper part. Once the removable pouch containing the jewel is inserted into the upper part, this removable pouch, and therefore the jewel it contains, are minimally exposed to the child's curiosity. In addition, the fact that the removable pouch containing the jewel is inserted into the upper part via an opening at the junction between the upper and lower parts further protects the jewel against possible attempts at exploration by the child. Placing the jewel in the removable pouch, which is itself positioned in the first cavity, also makes it more difficult for the child to access it, which increases the safety of the whole.

[0039] Thanks to the invention, the jewel can be inserted into the secure textile device by means of the removable pouch, for example without a risk of a fastening element of the jewel (for example a metal element, such as a snap fastener or other) becoming detached and being within reach of the child, which would put the latter in danger. The jewel can for example be placed in the mini-pouch without a fastening element between the jewel and the inside of the mini-pouch (the jewel can be free inside the mini-pouch). The invention makes it possible to minimize the risks of the child ingesting the jewel or a fastening element of the textile device, so as to limit the risks of obstruction of the child's respiratory tract and thus to guarantee increased safety for the child.

[0040] The invention advantageously makes it possible to removably position such a jewel (contained in the removable pouch) in the secure textile device without compromising the safety of the child. Unlike conventional comforters, the jewel can thus be manually inserted and removed at will in or from the secure textile device of the invention, for example in order to handle, inspect or change the jewel. The removable nature of the removable pouch, and therefore of the jewel, also makes it possible to extract the jewel from the secure textile device if necessary, so that, for example, said device can be washed independently of the jewel, which ensures good durability of the secure textile device over time, in particular due to the fact that it is possible to prevent the jewel from damaging the secure textile device or causing accelerated wear through contact or friction. In fact, when washing the secure textile device in the washing machine, the fabric of the device does not risk coming into direct contact with the jewelry, which may be metallic. The latter therefore does not risk being damaged (for example by rusting) and subsequently causing deterioration of the fabric of the secure textile device. Brief description of the drawings

[0047] Examples of implementations of the invention will now be described in the following with reference to Figures 1-5. Unless otherwise indicated, elements common or similar to several figures bear the same reference signs and have identical or similar characteristics, so that these common elements are generally not described again for the sake of simplicity.

[0048] The terms "first(s)", "second(s)", etc.) are used in this document by arbitrary convention to enable different elements (such as operations, threshold values, etc.) implemented in the embodiments described below to be identified and distinguished.

[0049] In the present disclosure, the secure textile device as described in particular embodiments is a plush object, such as for example a comforter or a toy. It should be noted, however, that the invention is not limited to the examples described but can be applied more generally to child safety devices of various types depending on the case. It may be, for example, a fabric object for a child, such as a toy, an element intended to be hung on a baby play arch, a comforter or any other equivalent object.

[0050] For purely illustrative purposes, embodiments are considered below in which the secure textile device of the invention is a comforter or, more generally, a plush object for a child. A comforter, or plush, designates an object (or article) manufactured from plush, generally designed for the comfort and well-being of people, in particular children, in particular infants and babies, as well as older children, or even adults. The secure textile device of the invention can thus have various forms of comforter, such as those of an animal, a “teddy bear”, a figurine, a character, a toy, etc. It can be an object of comfort or appeasement, acting for example as a source of emotional comfort. This object can serve as a toy or decoration or be held against the person to feel safe and reassured.

[0051] In the present disclosure, the secure textile device of the invention is intended primarily for children of all ages, including infants, babies, etc., as the device allows safe use at these ages. This device can, however, also be used by adults.

[0052] In the present disclosure, the secure textile device of the invention is capable of containing a piece of jewelry (or sound device) whose nature, shape and style may vary depending on the case. It may be, for example, a sound device (or piece of jewelry) capable of producing a sound when it moves, that is to say in response to a movement applied to it. Purely for illustrative purposes, the following embodiments are considered to be a pregnancy bola, although other examples are possible.

[0053] A pregnancy bola (also simply called a bola) is a piece of jewelry intended for pregnant women. It includes a sound mechanism configured to produce a sound when it moves, that is to say in response to a movement, this mechanism being able to have various arrangements depending on the case. For example, a bola can include a metal casing (for example of a spherical shape, which can be made of silver, brass or other), which contains the sound mechanism. The sound mechanism can for example include metal blades and a metal ball configured to come into contact with the metal blades to produce sounds. The bola can thus emit a soft and soothing sound for the unborn baby and for the future mother when the latter wears this jewelry and moves during her pregnancy. The bola can be worn around the neck for example, so that it rests on the belly of the pregnant woman. The sound emitted by the bola is believed to have a calming effect on the unborn baby, as it can be heard and felt in utero. In addition to its symbolic meaning and calming effect, the pregnancy bola can be chosen for its aesthetics, as it is available in a variety of shapes and styles to suit the personal tastes of the expectant mother.

[0054] As already indicated, the invention provides a child-safe textile device as well as a method of using such a device. This secure textile device comprises in particular an upper part fixed to a lower part, as well as a removable pouch configured to contain a jewel, such as a bola or other, and to be inserted with the jewel in a removable manner in the upper part of the secure textile device.

[0055] According to different embodiments, the secure textile device comprises: - an upper textile part forming a first cavity accessible via a first opening, said first opening being provided with first manually openable and closable closing means; - a lower textile part fixed to the upper part, said lower part forming a second cavity communicating with the first cavity through the first opening, said lower part comprising a second opening, distant from the first opening, causing the second cavity to open onto the exterior of the secure textile device; and - a removable textile pocket insertable into the first cavity of the upper part successively through the second opening and the second cavity then by manual pressure through the first opening.

[0056] The removable pouch may comprise a third opening and contain a mini-pouch, the latter being fixed inside the removable pouch by a cord and being accessible via the third opening. The mini-pouch may comprise a fourth opening provided with fourth manually openable and closable closure means, said mini-pouch being configured to contain a piece of jewelry insertable through the fourth opening.

[0057] The invention therefore relates to the secure textile device capable of receiving the jewel (this jewel being able to be arranged or not in the device depending on the case). According to a particular aspect, the invention also relates to this device containing the jewel as defined below (in other words, a system comprising the secure textile device and the jewel contained in said secure textile device). According to another aspect, the invention relates to a method of using the secure textile device.

[0058] Other aspects and advantages of the present invention will emerge from the exemplary embodiments described below with reference to the drawings mentioned above.

[0059] Generally speaking, the notions of “upper”, “lower”, and other similar positioning notions refer to a reference position used by convention to facilitate the description and understanding of the invention, namely a position in which the secure textile device of the invention can be positioned by default (upright position or right side up), although other positions and reference points can be envisaged depending on the nature of the secure textile device.

[0060] [Fig. 1] schematically represents a secure textile device 12 according to at least one particular embodiment of the invention. It is assumed hereinafter for purely illustrative purposes that this secure textile device 12 is a plush object, for example a comforter or a soft toy, although other forms, such as a toy (for example a rattle) or an element intended to be suspended from a baby play arch, are also conceivable.

[0061] The secure textile device 12, also referred to hereinafter as simply a textile device or device, is composed mainly of textile. According to one example, the textile device 12 is made entirely of textile material. Alternatively, certain elements or accessories made of non-textile material may however be present in, or integrated into, the textile device 12 without this having a notable impact on the concept of the invention.

[0062] Generally, the textile device 12 may be made of one or more textile materials, made from natural or synthetic fibers or a mixture of both. The textile device 12 may in particular comprise one or more fabrics, for example at least one plush material providing a silky and pleasant contact to the child.

[0063] As illustrated in [Fig.l] according to a particular example, the textile device 12 comprises three distinct parts, namely an upper part 1, a lower part 2 and a removable pouch 5. The upper part 1 and the lower part 2 are fixed together so as to form a body (or an envelope) 10 of the textile device 12. The removable pouch 5 is configured to cooperate with the body 10, in particular so as to be able to be inserted into the upper part 1 through the lower part 2 as described in more detail later.

[0064] Figures 2 and 3 schematically represent the body 10 and the removable pocket 5 respectively, according to particular examples.

[0065] [Fig.4] schematically represents the insertion of the removable pouch 5 into the body 10 of the textile device 12, up to the upper part 1.

[0066] According to one example, the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 are made of textile (mostly or entirely made of textile).

[0067] According to one example, the removable pocket 5 is made of textile (mostly or entirely of textile).

[0068] In the following, it is considered purely for illustrative purposes that the upper part 10 constitutes the head of the secure textile device 12, that is to say in this case the head of the comforter (or toy). It is also considered for illustrative purposes that the lower part 2 forms a portion of diaper fabric, for example rectangular or square in shape, although other shapes are possible. For example, the lower part 2 may comprise two square walls of cotton gauze with sides of 0.03 meters, these walls forming the second cavity 2a as described below ([Fig.l]). Other dimensions and shapes are however possible.

[0069] As shown in Figures 1-4, the upper textile part 1 forms a first cavity (or internal compartment) 1a accessible via a first opening 3 (or first orifice). This first opening 3 is provided with first closing means 3a capable of being opened and closed manually. In this example, the first opening 3 is positioned at a lower edge of the upper part 1.

[0070] According to one example, the first closing means 3a of the first opening 3 comprise at least one self-gripping (or Velcro®) part. These first closing means 3a can be closed and opened manually to respectively block and allow access to the first cavity 1a.

[0071] The lower part 2 made of textile is fixed to the upper part 1, for example by means of a seam or at least one textile or leather tie (figures 1-4). As illustrated, the attachment or fixing between the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 is made for example between a lower edge of the upper part 1 and an upper edge of the lower part 2.

[0072] The lower part 2 forms a second cavity (or internal compartment) 2a communicating with the first cavity 1a through the first opening 3 (when the latter is open). The lower part 2 comprises a second opening 4 (or second orifice), distant from the first opening 3, opening (or leading) the second cavity 2a onto the outside of the secure textile device 12 (more precisely the outside of the body 10). In other words, the second cavity 2a is accessible from the outside of the body 10 of the device 12 via the second opening 4, distinct from the first opening 3.

[0073] The respective positions of the openings 3 and 4 may vary depending on the case. In the example considered, the openings 3 and 4 are located opposite each other with respect to the lower part 2, for example on upper and lower edges of the lower part 2 respectively, although other configurations are possible.

[0074] According to one example, the second opening 4 is provided with second closing means 4a capable of being closed and opened manually. For this purpose, these second closing means 4a may for example comprise at least one self-gripping part (or Velcro®). Alternatively, the second opening 4 may be devoid of closing means. Also, embodiments are also possible without the closing means 4a.

[0075] As illustrated in Figures 1-4, the removable textile pouch 5 can be inserted into the first cavity 1a of the upper part 1 successively through the second opening 4 and the first opening 3. To do this, the openings 4 and 3 must be open to allow the removable pouch 5 to pass during the insertion phase, as described later in relation to the method of use.

[0076] More precisely, the removable pouch 5 (containing the jewel) can be inserted into the first cavity 1a successively through the second opening 4 and the second cavity 2a and then by manual pressure through the first opening 3. This means that once the removable pouch 5 is positioned in the second cavity 2a, manual pressure must be exerted on the removable pouch 5 to pass through the opening 3 in the open position and thus reach the first cavity 1a.

[0077] The removable pouch 5 comprises a third opening 7 (or third orifice) and contains a mini-pouch 8 (also called second pouch), the latter being fixed inside the removable pouch 5 by a cord 6 and accessible via the third opening 7. For this purpose, the removable pouch 5 also comprises an internal cavity 5a capable of containing the mini-pouch 8, the latter being connected to a wall of the internal cavity 5a by the cord 6 ([Fig.3]).

[0078] According to one example, the third opening 7 is provided with third closing means 7a capable of being closed and opened manually ([Fig.3]). To this end, these third closing means 7a may for example comprise at least one self-gripping part (or Velcro®) or a tie allowing said third opening to be closed and opened manually. This tie may for example be an elastic tie or a lace.

[0079] The pouch 5 is said to be removable insofar as it can be manually inserted into, then extracted from, the body 10 of the textile device 12, and this repeatedly according to the desired use, as will appear more precisely later in particular examples.

[0080] As illustrated in Figures 1 and 3, the mini-pouch 8 comprises a fourth opening 9 (or fourth orifice) provided with fourth closing means 9a that can be opened and closed manually. This mini-pouch 8 is configured to contain a piece of jewelry 15 that can be inserted through the fourth opening 9. As indicated, it is assumed hereinafter for purely illustrative purposes that the piece of jewelry 15 is a pregnancy bola. It may be in the form of a ball or any other suitable shape. This bola 15 is configured to produce a sound when it moves, that is to say in response to a movement applied to it.

[0081] In the example considered, the mini-pouch 8 is configured so that the jewel 15 can be placed there through the fourth opening 9. According to one example, the jewel 15 is placed inside the mini-pouch 8 without a fixing element between the jewel and the inside of the mini-pouch (the jewel 15 is free inside the mini-pouch), which makes it possible to reinforce the safety of the child.

[0082] As illustrated in particular in [Fig. 3], the cord 6 can be configured to fix the mini-pouch 8 inside the removable pouch 5 (to a wall of the internal cavity 5a) while allowing manual extraction of the mini-pouch 8 from the removable pouch 5 via the third opening 7. In particular, the cord 6 can be sufficiently long to allow manual extraction of the mini-pouch 8 from the removable pouch 5 through the third opening 7. It is thus possible to manually extract the mini-pouch 8 from the removable pouch 5 while maintaining a fixing link between the mini-pouch 8 and the rest of the removable pouch 5, which in particular makes it possible to avoid losing the mini-pouch 8 when handling the removable pouch 5 outside the body 10 of the textile device 12.

[0083] According to one example, the fourth closing means 9a comprise sliding ties (or a lace) making it possible to manually close and open the fourth opening 9 of the mini-pouch 8.

[0084] According to one example, the removable pouch 5 is made entirely of fabric, which makes it possible to reinforce the safety of the child insofar as the latter does not risk ingesting a dangerous element, for example a metallic element.

[0085] According to one example, the removable pouch 5 is devoid of any detachable parts, such as buttons, snap fasteners, zippers, etc., in order to enhance the safety of the child.

[0086] As illustrated in Figures 1-4, the removable pouch 5 may be independent of the body 10, that is to say independent (or separate) from the upper part 1 and the lower part 2. In other words, the removable pouch 5 may be manually detached from the body 10, for example by an adult wishing to access the mini-pouch 8. The removable pouch 5 may thus be easily handled outside (independently) of the body 10 of the textile device 12, for example to allow the positioning of the jewel 15 in the mini-pouch 8 before insertion of the removable pouch 5 into the upper part 1 of the textile device 12 or to allow the subsequent extraction of the removable pouch 5 from the body 10 in order to remove or handle the jewel 15. This also advantageously makes it possible to wash separately (or intervene separately on) the body 10 without the removable pouch 5.Thus, it is possible to prevent the jewel 15 from deteriorating, or possibly even rusting in the case where it is metallic. It is thus possible to prevent the jewel 15, once damaged, from in turn damaging the upper part 1 (for example by friction or contact).

[0087] According to one example, the upper part 1 is substantially spherical (or semi-spherical). This can in particular constitute a comforter head. Other shapes are however possible. The spherical shape is advantageous in that it facilitates the insertion of the mini-pouch 5 through the first opening 3 despite the reduced (or even zero) visibility for the user during insertion into the upper part 1. In addition, the spherical shape makes it possible to properly occupy the space of the first cavity 1a.

[0088] According to one example, the removable pouch 5 is padded. In other words, this pouch 5 contains wadding inside which the mini-pouch 8 can be positioned or deposited. The removable pouch 5 comprises, for example, a layer of wadding encompassing its internal cavity 5a. This layer may, for example, have a thickness of approximately 0.04 meters. This wadding may comprise, for example, wool, cotton, one or more synthetic materials, or a combination of at least two of these elements. The integration of this wadding advantageously makes it possible to prevent the child from feel to the touch (through the wall of the upper part 1) the jewel 15 once the removable pouch 5 containing the jewel 15 is positioned in the first cavity 1a. In addition, the wadding allows the mini-pouch 5 to properly occupy the space of the first cavity 1a, which makes the presence of the mini-pouch 5 less detectable to the touch. This avoids piquing the curiosity of the child who will not try to retrieve the jewel 15, which further improves the textile device 12 in terms of safety. The wadding also makes it possible to minimize the risks of the removable pouch 5 being voluntarily or accidentally extracted from the first cavity 1a via the first opening 3 since the removable pouch 5 properly occupies the space of the first cavity 1a.

[0089] According to one example, the removable pouch 5 has a complementary shape with respect to the shape of the first cavity 1a. For example, the removable pouch 5 and the first cavity 1a are both spherical, or substantially spherical, in shape. This complementary shape advantageously allows the removable pouch 5 to properly occupy the space of the first cavity 1a (in particular in the case where the removable pouch 5 is also padded as described previously), which makes the presence of the mini-pouch 5 less detectable to the touch. This makes it possible to avoid arousing the curiosity of the child who will not try to retrieve the jewel 15, which further improves the textile device 12 in terms of safety.

[0090] According to one example, the first opening 3 forms a passage narrower than the size of the removable pouch 5 so that manual pressure is necessary to forcefully insert the removable pouch 5 through the first opening 3 into the first cavity 1a. In other words, the first opening 3 is configured to form a narrow passage point at the junction between the first cavity 1a and the second cavity 2a, which requires manual pressure on the removable pouch 5 containing the jewel 15 to allow insertion into the first cavity 1a. This configuration advantageously makes it possible to minimize the risks of the removable pouch 5 being extracted voluntarily or accidentally by the child from the first cavity 1a via the first opening 3, since manual traction will be necessary to extract the removable pouch 5 from the first cavity 1a into the second cavity 2a.The risks of the child managing to remove the removable pocket 5 are therefore limited.

[0091] According to one example, the first opening 3 has an opening size (or distance) of between 0.04 meters and 0.08 meters (i.e. between 4 cm and 8 cm). This size may, for example, correspond to the diameter of the opening 3 in the case where the latter is circular. By way of example, the size (or largest dimension) of the removable pouch 5 may then be, for example, between 0.08 and 0.12 meters (8-12 cm), which makes it possible to ensure that manual pressure is necessary to forcefully insert the removable pouch 5 through the first opening 3 into the first cavity there. Various configurations of size and shape are however possible.

[0092] According to one example, the first opening 3 is narrower than the second opening 4, which advantageously makes it easier to insert the removable pouch into the first cavity 1a while ensuring the safety of the child. Indeed, it is easier to insert the removable pouch 5 from the outside of the body 10 into the second cavity 2a, which then makes it possible to effectively manipulate the removable pouch 5 to force it through the first opening 3 into the first cavity 1a despite the lack of visibility.

[0093] According to one example, the secure textile device 12 is configured as follows: - the first opening has an opening size between 0.04 meters and 0.08 meters; - the second opening has an opening size of between 0.1 and 0.14 meters; and - the removable pouch has a substantially spherical shape with a diameter of between 0.08 and 0.12 meters.

[0094] According to one example, the upper part 1 is configured to completely camouflage (hide) the removable pouch 5 when the latter is inserted into the first cavity 1a. In other words, the removable pouch 5, and therefore the jewel contained inside, are invisible from the outside of the textile device 12 when the removable pouch 15 is in place in the upper part 1. This advantageously makes it possible to avoid arousing the child's curiosity and therefore to reinforce their safety.

[0095] According to one example, the removable pouch 5 is inserted into the upper part 1 so that the third opening 7 is positioned in the first cavity 1a opposite the first opening 3a. As illustrated by way of example in [Fig.l], the removable pouch 5 can be inserted into the first cavity 1a so that the opening 7 is positioned facing an upper side of the first cavity 1a, opposite the first opening 3 located on a lower side of the first cavity 1a. In this way, it is advantageous to minimize the risks that a child can access the jewel 15 positioned in the mini-pouch 5 once the latter is positioned in the first cavity 1a. The safety of the textile device 12 is thus reinforced. Even if the child manages to pass a hand through the openings 4 and 3, this configuration prevents him from detecting by touch the opening 7 of the removable pouch 5 and access to the jewel 15 is more secure.

[0096] The invention is thus advantageous in that the textile device 12 for children, taking for example the form of a plush object such as a comforter, a toy or the like, is capable of containing or integrating a piece of jewelry 15, for example a bola or a sound piece of jewelry or the like, in a manner that is safe for children, including infants and babies. By incorporating such a jewel in the upper part 1, it is possible to soothe or comfort a child thanks to the sounds that the jewel 15 may produce when moving. It is possible to advantageously and safely ensure sound continuity between the intrauterine world and the child's life after birth, which makes it possible to bring comfort and calm to the child.

[0097] In particular, the invention advantageously makes it possible to minimize the risks that a child may access the jewel 15 likely to be positioned inside the secure textile device (inside the body 10), in order to prevent in particular this jewel from being handled, possibly lost, or even ingested, which allows for use in complete safety regardless of the age of the child.

[0098] In particular, the configuration of the secure textile device 12 allows discreet insertion of the jewel 15 (via the removable pouch) so that the child's curiosity is not piqued by an opening easily accessible from the outside at, for example, the head of the secure textile device. The risks that the child will seek to explore the interior of the secure textile device, and thus access the jewel 15, are thus limited. To do this, the jewel 15 can be placed in the removable pouch and then this removable pouch containing the jewel can be inserted into the first cavity 1a through the second cavity 2a. This double cavity arrangement combined with the removable pouch 5 provided to contain the jewel makes it possible to optimize the safety of the device with respect to the child.

[0099] In particular, the combination of the two openings 3 and 4 through which the removable pouch 5 containing the jewel 15 must be inserted at different positions of the secure textile device 12 makes it possible to effectively reinforce the safety of the child. In particular, the positioning of the second opening 4 at an edge of the lower part 2 makes it possible to limit the risks of the child seeking to access the jewel 15 located in another part of the secure textile device, namely the upper part 1. Once the removable pouch 15 containing the jewel is inserted into the upper part 1, this removable pouch, and therefore the jewel, are little exposed to the curiosity of the child.Furthermore, the fact that the removable pouch 5 containing the jewel 15 is inserted into the upper part 1 via an opening 3 at the junction between the upper 1 and lower 2 parts further protects the jewel 15 against possible attempts at exploration by the child. Arranging the jewel 15 in the removable pouch 5 which is itself positioned in the first cavity also makes it more difficult for the child to access, which reinforces the safety of the assembly.

[0100] Thanks to the invention, the jewel 15 can be inserted into the secure textile device 12 by means of the removable pouch, for example without a fixing element of the jewel (for example a metal element, such as a snap button or other) risking becoming detached and coming within reach of the child, which would put the latter in danger. The jewel can for example be placed in the mini-pouch without a fixing element between the jewel and the inside of the mini-pouch (the jewel can be free inside the mini-pouch). The invention thus makes it possible to minimize the risks of the child ingesting the jewel 15 or a fixing element of the textile device, so as to limit the risks of obstruction of the child's respiratory tract and thus to guarantee increased safety for the child.

[0101] The invention advantageously makes it possible to removably position such a jewel 15 (contained in the removable pouch) in the secure textile device 12 without compromising the safety of the child. Unlike conventional comforters, the jewel 15 can thus be manually inserted and removed at will into or from the secure textile device 12, for example in order to handle, inspect or change the jewel. The removable nature of the removable pouch, and therefore of the jewel 15, also makes it possible to extract the jewel from the secure textile device 12 if necessary, so that, for example, said device 12 can be washed independently of the jewel 15, which makes it possible to ensure good durability of the secure textile device over time, in particular due to the fact that it is possible to prevent the jewel 15 from damaging the secure textile device 12 or causing accelerated wear by contact or friction.Indeed, when washing the secure textile device 12 in a machine, the fabric thereof does not risk coming into direct contact with the jewel 15 which may be metallic. The latter therefore does not risk being damaged (for example by rusting) and subsequently causing deterioration of the fabric of the secure textile device 12.

[0102] According to one example, the secure textile device (figures 1-4) is made entirely of fabric in order to provide increased safety for the child.

[0103] Apart from the removable pouch 5, the textile device 12 may also be devoid of any part likely to become detached from the body 10, such as a button, snap fastener, zipper, etc. This makes it possible to avoid any risk of the child ingesting small elements.

[0104] An example of implementation of a method of using the secure textile device 12 as previously described with reference to Figures 1-4 is now described in conjunction with [Fig. 5]. It is assumed that the textile device 12 is in an initial starting state in which the removable pouch 5 is located outside the body 10 and that a user (for example an adult) wishes to incorporate a piece of jewelry 15 as previously described in the upper part 1 of the body 10.

[0105] During an insertion step S2 (figures 3-5), the jewel 15 is inserted (or placed) in the mini-pouch 8 through the fourth opening 9. To do this, the mini-pouch 8 is extracted from the cavity 5a of the removable pouch 5 and the fourth opening 9 is opened manually if necessary in order to allow the introduction of the jewel inside the mini-pouch 8. The cord 6 makes it possible to hold the mini pouch 8 attached inside the cavity 5a during this step. Once the jewel 15 is in position in the mini-pouch 8, the opening 9 can be closed manually by means of the closing means 9a.

[0106] During an insertion step S4 (figures 3-5), the mini-pouch 8, containing the jewel 15, is inserted into the removable pouch 5 (more precisely into the cavity 5a formed by the body of this removable pouch 5) through the third opening 7. To do this, the third opening 7 is, if necessary, opened manually in order to allow the introduction of the mini-pouch 8 with the jewel 15 into the cavity 5a of the removable pouch 5. Once the mini-pouch 8 is in position in the cavity 5a, the opening 7 can be closed manually by means of the closing means 7a.

[0107] During an insertion step S6 (figures 4-5), the removable pouch 5, containing the jewel 15 in the mini-pouch 8, is inserted into the first cavity 1a of the upper part 1 successively through the second opening 4 and the first opening 3. More particularly, the removable pouch 5 is inserted (or routed) successively through the second opening 4 and the second cavity 2a then by manual pressure through the first opening 3. The application of this manual pressure allows for example a forced passage (by friction) through the opening 3 into the cavity 1a.

[0108] By way of example, manual pressure can be exerted laterally on the removable pocket 5, for example along the directions marked A and B shown in [Fig.4], so that this pocket 5 deforms (to take for example a substantially tubular shape) and can be inserted through the opening 3 into the cavity 1a of the upper part 1. In the case where the removable pocket 5 comprises wadding as previously described, this also has the effect of facilitating the expansion of the removable pocket 5 in the cavity 1a so as to occupy as much space as possible in this cavity, and thus secure the removable pocket 5 in the upper part 1.

[0109] During step S6, the openings 4 and 3 are opened manually, to allow the removable pouch 5 to pass through, then closed manually after the removable pouch 5 has passed through in order to secure the assembly. In the case where the opening 4 does not have closing means 4a as previously indicated, this opening is therefore always in the open state to give access to the second cavity 2a from the outside, so that no opening or closing action is required.

[0110] According to one example, during the insertion step S4, the removable pouch 5 is inserted so that the third opening 7 is positioned (or oriented) in the first cavity 1a opposite the first opening 3. In this example, the third opening 7 is therefore positioned upwards, that is to say towards the upper face of the cavity 1a opposite the opening 3 located at the base (inner face lower) of the cavity 1a. This particular orientation of the removable pocket 5, relative to the upper part 1, makes it possible to reinforce safety with regard to the child.
