Demands
1. A set consisting of a memorial object and its high-temperature protective envelope allowing the maintenance of the physical and aesthetic integrity of said memorial object during cremation, said protective envelope being characterized by: - A composition of refractory materials comprising: - 3 / 6 volume of chamotte with a grain size of 0 to 2 mm, - 1 / 6 volume of molten cement, - 1 / 6 volume of ivory black pigment, - 1 / 6 volume of water, - A shape allowing an opening facilitated by a break line in the center of the latter weakened, due to its lesser thickness, and by the cremation process.
2. A method for manufacturing the protective casing according to claim 1, comprising the steps of: • Preparing a mixture composed of refractory materials, • Pouring the mixture in two stages to position the commemorative object in the center of the mixture, • Drying the mixture in the mold and then outside the mold to ensure sufficient hardening, namely a minimum of 24 hours in the molds and a minimum of 15 days outside the molds, air drying at ambient temperature.
