Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Swimming pool with improved liner Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical sector of swimming pools and relates more particularly to water return systems for swimming pools.
[0002] An advantageous application of the present invention lies in swimming pools equipped with a liner, without this being limiting. Prior art
[0003] Swimming pools are known from the state of the art having a basin intended to contain water and comprising a bottom wall, equipped with a filtration system for sucking up the water and discharging the filtered water into the basin.
[0004] The filtration quality of a swimming pool can always be improved, in particular to avoid the deposit of plant debris, algae, organic waste or various impurities at the bottom of the pool.
[0005] This deposit of impurities represents a certain danger for users, the quality of the water being compromised. Indeed, this deposit can cause the proliferation of bacteria or algae, making the water unfit for swimming.
[0006] In the prior art, it is known to use cleaning robots immersed in swimming pools in order to clean any residue or waste accumulated at the bottom of the swimming pools.
[0007] The use of these robots, although conventional, presents certain inconveniences for the comfort of swimming pool users, and are subject to malfunctions or breakdowns, involving substantial repair or replacement costs.
[0008] There are also, conventionally, filtration systems for swimming pools comprising several components, such as a skimmer acting as a pre-filter for the largest waste; and a more complete filter downstream for the remaining impurities, these two elements being connected to a pump for the discharge of the filtered water into the swimming pool. This filtration system, although essential, can be perfected and improved since it aims above all to filter surface waste and impurities, the impurities at the bottom of the swimming pool remaining stagnant.
[0009] Thus, the devices of the prior art have drawbacks and / or shortcomings in that they do not prevent the deposit of impurities at the bottom of swimming pool basins. Based on this constant, there is a need to optimize and improve the cleaning of swimming pools to avoid any accumulation of waste at the bottom of swimming pools, the latter being able to cause bacterial growth, fouling, and a degraded visual appearance of the swimming pool. Statement of the invention
[0010] One of the aims of the invention is therefore to remedy the problems of the prior art by proposing an improved swimming pool to avoid the accumulation of waste at the bottom of the swimming pool, and to optimize the operation of the filtration system.
[0011] For this purpose, a swimming pool has been developed comprising: - a basin intended to contain water, and comprising a bottom wall; and - a filtration system with water suction and discharge of the filtered water into the pool.
[0012] The swimming pool according to the invention is remarkable in that it comprises: - an additional bottom wall covering the bottom wall of the basin and provided with a plurality of perforations regularly distributed over the surface of the additional bottom wall, said additional bottom wall being secured to the bottom wall at least with the peripheral edge of the additional bottom wall so as to leave a space for water circulation between the two walls, and - means for discharging all or part of the filtered water between the bottom wall and the additional bottom wall.
[0013] In this way, the discharge of the filtered water between the bottom wall and the additional bottom wall makes it possible to avoid the deposit of impurities at the bottom of the pool. Indeed, the filtered water is evacuated with a certain pressure through the perforations of the additional wall, causing a constant flow of filtered water from the bottom to the surface and discharging any possible impurities depositing at the bottom of the pool. These discharged impurities can then be sucked up by the filtration system, thereby optimizing the elimination of impurities in the pool basin.
[0014] The invention can be applied to a swimming pool comprising a basin formed from a rigid shell well known to those skilled in the art. In this case, an additional perforated, flexible or rigid wall is secured to the bottom wall, to form a double bottom from which all or part of the water from the conventional filtration system is discharged.
[0015] According to a preferred embodiment, the bottom wall and the additional bottom wall form parts of a liner, to adapt to a greater number of swimming pools, including modular and above-ground swimming pools.
[0016] Preferably, the additional bottom wall is also secured to the bottom wall in a plurality of secondary securing zones, in order to prevent the additional bottom wall from forming a dome when the flow of filtered water passes between the two walls.
[0017] The additional bottom wall is secured to the bottom wall, for example by means of glue or welds, for the purpose of simplifying production.
[0018] The perforations must not be too large so as not to lose flow, nor create openings into which impurities could slip, nor too small so as not to force the filtration system and / or damage the liner. For example, the perforations have an area of between 1mm2 and 3mm2, for example 2mm2.
[0019] Preferably, the swimming pool also comprises air injection means, associated with the discharge means in order to allow the oxygenation of the water contained in the pool basin to limit the proliferation of algae and to avoid the use of chemical products. Brief description of the drawings

[0023] [Fig.4] is a view similar to [Fig.3], according to another embodiment;
[0024] [Fig.5] is a view similar to [Fig.3], according to another embodiment. Detailed description of the invention
[0025] With reference to Figures 1 to 5, the invention relates to a swimming pool (1) comprising a basin intended to contain water, comprising a bottom wall (2) with a liner (8); and a filtration system (3) with a water suction and a discharge of the filtered water into the basin. This bottom wall (2) is an integral part of the liner (8) covering at least the entire internal surface of the structure of the basin (9).
[0026] The bottom wall (2) is also covered with an additional bottom wall (4) which the liner (8) has. This additional bottom wall (4) comprises a plurality of perforations (5) regularly distributed over the surface of the additional bottom wall (4), said additional bottom wall (4) being secured to the bottom wall (2) at least with the peripheral edge of the additional bottom wall (4), forming a main securing zone (10), so as to leave a water circulation space (6) between the two walls (2, 4), the securing being carried out by welding or by gluing.
[0027] The liner (8) of the swimming pool (1) is conventional and well known to those skilled in the art. It is for example made of PVC or PVC-based, the thickness of which is between 0.2mm and 1.5mm.
[0028] The perforations (5) of the additional bottom wall (4) have an area of between 1mm2 and 3mm2.
[0029] According to Figures 1 and 2, the filtration system (3) comprises a first suction nozzle (11) arranged on a side wall of the swimming pool (1), which is connected by a first conduit (12) to a filter (13). This filter (13) will reject part of the water filtered in the basin, by means of a second conduit (14) and a discharge nozzle (15), and the remainder of the filtered water will be brought into the water circulation space (6) between the two walls, thanks to a third conduit (16) for diverting part of the filtered water flow and discharge means (17), for example in the form of a nozzle.
[0030] These discharge means (17) can be associated with air injection means (18) for oxygenating the pool. The air injection means can be in the form of a venturi system or a bubbler, well known to those skilled in the art.
[0031] With reference to Figures 3 to 5, the additional bottom wall (4) is secured to the bottom wall (2) in a first main securing zone (10), as illustrated in [Fig. 3], and according to other preferred forms illustrated in Figures 4 and 5, in a plurality of secondary securing zones (19). The main securing zone (10) and the secondary securing zones (19) are produced by welding or by gluing.
[0032] With reference to Figures 1 and 3, the additional bottom wall (4) being secured to the bottom wall (2) at least with the peripheral edge of the additional bottom wall (4), forming the main securing zone (10), so as to leave a water circulation space (6) for the remaining filtered water conveyed by the discharge means (17). This filtered water, after having spread in this water circulation space (6), will be discharged into the pool by means of the perforations (5) regularly distributed in the additional bottom wall (4), lifting any impurities deposited at the bottom of the pool and bringing them to the surface so that they are filtered by the filtration system (3) and achieving a regular flow of water from the bottom of the pool (1) to the surface to avoid the deposition of other impurities.
[0033] With reference to Figures 2 and 4, a preferred embodiment is illustrated where the additional bottom wall (4) comprises secondary fastening zones (19) in the form of fastening points (20), formed by welding or by gluing, preferably distributed regularly. These fastening points (20) make it possible to keep a part of the additional bottom wall (4) secured to the bottom wall (2), in order to avoid the formation of a dome and in order to maintain a certain pressure of the filtered water in the water circulation space (6).
[0034] According to another preferred embodiment, illustrated in [Fig. 5], the secondary joining zones (19) are in the form of joining lines (21), for a result equivalent to the embodiment providing joining points (20).
