Description

Title of the invention: Cosmetic product in the form of an oily stick Technical field

[0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetic product in the form of an oily stick. CONTEXT

[0002] An eye pencil, a concealer pencil or the like having a pencil-like shape or a pencil type that uses a retractable lead at a location where an application portion is thin or narrow, such as the edge of an eyelid or a location where it is desired to conceal an unevenness of a skin. As the lead material, an oily stick-shaped cosmetic composed of a solid oil such as a wax and a powder component such as a coloring material is generally used, but the composition of the cosmetic is also improved according to the required function, the feeling of use, the finish, and the like.

[0003] For example, in an eye pencil, in addition to features related to functions such as moldability that can maintain a shape when the diameter is reduced, color development, sharpness of a drawn line, and secondary adhesion strength that can suppress secondary adhesion of a cosmetic due to blinking, a use feeling that can produce a smooth and soft feeling (creamy feeling) upon application is also required. As for the finish, the texture is diversified such as a glossy finish, a matte finish, and a pearlescent finish, and in recent years, a matte finish tends to be preferred.

[0004] As a method for imparting a matte finish, for example, a technique for mixing a silicone elastomer has been proposed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2000-281532 and Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2019-014670, a technique for mixing a clay mineral has been proposed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2020-105142, and a technique for increasing the wax content has been proposed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2023-62540. SUMMARY

[0005] However, in the technique of mixing a silicone elastomer, since the silicone elastomer is mixed with a non-volatile oil, it is difficult to obtain a uniform coating film and the secondary adhesion strength is not sufficient. In the technique of mixing a clay mineral, a dry feeling is produced due to a strong oil absorption capacity, or the slip at the time of application is degraded, so that a creamy feeling tends to be insufficient. In the technique of increasing the wax content, the coating property and creamy feel are insufficient due to the hardness of the cosmetic, the outline of the drawn line tends to be blurred, and it tends to be difficult to achieve both color development and moldability in a thin lead shape. In addition, when the cosmetic is simply softened, a forming defect is likely to occur, the cosmetic may be deformed during application (it is difficult to apply the cosmetic evenly), and the outline of the drawn line is likely to be deformed.

[0006] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an oily stick-shaped cosmetic product which has sufficient moldability and can satisfy all the requirements of creamy feeling in use, resistance to deformation during application and sufficient matte finish, color development, outline sharpness and secondary adhesion strength of a drawn line.

[0007] In order to solve the above problem, the following invention is provided.

[0008] [1] An oily stick cosmetic product comprising: (A) a solid oil; (B) a spherical powder having an average particle diameter of 1 to 50 qm; (C) a volatile component; (D) a coating agent; and (E) a coloring material, and containing rice bran wax (Al) as component (A). [2] An oily stick cosmetic product according to [1], wherein the content of component (A) is 3 to 25% by mass relative to the total amount of the oily stick cosmetic product. [3] An oily stick-shaped cosmetic product according to [1] or [2], wherein the content of the component (Al) is 0.1 to 10% by mass relative to the total amount of the oily stick-shaped cosmetic product. [4] An oily stick-shaped cosmetic product according to any one of [1] to [3], wherein the content of component (Al) is 1 to 70% by mass relative to the total amount of component (A). [5] An oily stick-shaped cosmetic product according to any one of [1] to [4], further comprising a hydrocarbon-based wax (A2) as component (A), wherein a mass ratio [(A1) / (A2)] of component (A1) to the hydrocarbon-based wax (A2) is 1 / 30 to 2 / 1. [6] An oily stick cosmetic product according to any one of [1] to [5], wherein component (B) is spherical silica comprising a metal oxide. [7] An oily stick cosmetic product according to any one of [1] to [6], wherein component (D) is trimethylsiloxysilicate. [8] An oil stick cosmetic product according to any one of [1] to [7], wherein the content of component (C) is 10 to 40% by mass relative to the total amount of the oil stick cosmetic product. [9] An oil stick cosmetic according to any one of [1] to [8], wherein the total content of a pasty oil and a liquid oil contained in the oil stick cosmetic is 0.1 to 20% by mass relative to the total amount of the oil stick cosmetic.

[10] The oil stick cosmetic product according to any one of [1] to [9], wherein the ratio of the content of component (A) to the total content of a pasty oil and a liquid oil contained in the oil stick cosmetic product is 0.1 to 30.

[11] An oily stick-shaped cosmetic product comprising: (A) a solid oil; (B) a spherical powder having an average particle diameter of 1 to 50 pm; (C) a volatile component; (D) a coating agent; and (E) a coloring material, and containing rice bran wax (Al) as component (A), component (B) being spherical silica comprising a metal oxide, and component (D) being trimethylsiloxysilicate.

[12] An oily stick-shaped cosmetic product according to

[11] , further comprising a hydrocarbon-based wax (A2) as component (A), wherein a mass ratio [(A1) / (A2)] between component (A1) and a hydrocarbon contained in the hydrocarbon-based wax (A2) is 1 / 30 to 2 / 1.

[0009] According to the oily stick-shaped cosmetic product described in [1] above, by having the above composition, it is possible to satisfy all the requirements of sufficient moldability, creamy feeling during use, resistance to deformation during application and sufficient matte finish, color development, outline sharpness and secondary adhesion strength of a drawn line. The present inventors infer the reason why such an effect is exhibited as follows. It is considered that, by combining and mixing rice bran wax and a spherical powder having a specific size, it is possible to impart a hardness capable of sufficiently retaining the shape and characteristics enabling the cosmetic to be applied without distorting the outline of the drawn line due to physical properties that are likely to collapse when stretched, to a cosmetic containing a solid oil such as a wax that produces a matte finish and component (C). Accordingly, the present inventors infer that a drawn line can be formed while maintaining a uniform and sufficient film thickness in terms of color development even with a weak force, and that secondary adhesion strength by component (D) is also sufficiently obtained.

[0010] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an oily stick-shaped cosmetic product which has sufficient moldability and can satisfy all the requirements of creamy feel in use, resistance to deformation during application and sufficient matte finish, color development, outline sharpness and secondary adhesion strength of a drawn line.
