Composition based on robinine, hydrophilic solvents and hydrotropic agents The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising: (a) at least one compound of formula (I), or one of its optical isomers, its cis-trans isomers (such as an alpha or beta anomer), tautomers, or one of its salts or hydrates, (b) a mixture of at least two hydrophilic solvents, the mixture having a ∆δ with the compound of formula (I) or one of its optical isomers, its cis-trans isomers (such as an alpha or beta anomer), tautomers, or one of its salts or hydrates of between 13 and 16, (c) at least one hydrotropic agent, and (d) water. It also relates to a method for caring for the skin and / or mucous membranes comprising the application of the composition according to the invention to the skin and / or mucous membranes.
