6. Knitted article according to claim 5, wherein the shape of the protrusion extends along a closed contour extending around a first zone (2) or an opening (25) passing through the knitted article in the thickness direction, said closed contour being surrounded at least in part by a first zone (2).
7. Knitted article according to claim 6, knitted to form an orthosis, said orthosis comprising a substantially tubular body (20) formed by the first zone (2) and at least one insert (22) extending outward from the body (20) formed by at least a second zone (4).
8. Knitted article according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising a plurality of second zones (4) spaced apart from each other and connected to each other by one or more first zones (2).
9. Knitted article according to claim 8, knitted to form a device for the treatment of cutaneous and subcutaneous conditions comprising an alternation of hollow areas (24) formed by one or more first areas (2) and raised areas (26) formed by several second areas (4).

Knitted article according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein a first knitting yarn (12) of the knitting yarns is knitted in a 1 and 1 rib structure and a second knitting yarn (14) of the knitting yarns is knitted in a reverse stockinette structure or in a 1 and 1 rib structure in the first zone (2).
11. Knitted article according to claim 10, wherein the first knitting yarn (12) is knitted in a reverse stockinette stitch structure and the second knitting yarn (16) is knitted in a stockinette stitch structure in the second zone (4).

Knitted article according to any one of claims 1 to 11, further comprising a third knitting yarn (18), said third knitting yarn (18) being knitted with the two knitting yarns (12, 14) in the first zone (2) and being knitted with only one of the knitting yarns (12) in the second zone (4) or being laid down freely and loosely with the weft yarn (16) in the pocket (10) in the second zone (4).
