Multi-component product injection module and coating product sprayer including such a module

Abstract

Multi-component product injection module and coating product sprayer comprising such a module. The present invention relates to a multi-component product injection module for a coating product sprayer, this injection module comprising an injector and a cartridge (40) forming a static mixer and defining, within a mixing body (402), a mixing path (T1) for the multi-component product, equipped with fluid mixing baffles (410). A developed length of the multi-component product mixing path (T1) is strictly greater than a length (L402) of the mixing body (402), measured parallel to a longitudinal axis (X40) of the cartridge (40). 5) and which define connecting branches (B 12, B14) of the mixing path, and in which baffles (410) are present in each portion of straight conduit (C11, C13, C15).

7. Injection module according to claim 6, in which the connecting portions (C12, C14) are provided at the longitudinal ends of the mixing body (402).

8. Injection module according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the mixing path (Tl) of multi-component product is helical in shape.

Injection module according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the mixing path (Tl) is formed of at least two sections, at least one of which is not parallel to the longitudinal axis (X40) of the cartridge (40) and whose respective longitudinal axes advantageously form an angle between them of between 10° and 60°, preferably between 30° and 45°.

10. Injection module according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the cartridge (40) is one piece with a casing (34) of the injection module (30).

11. Injection module according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fins (410) are one piece with the mixing body (402).

12. Multi-component coating product sprayer (1) comprising a first feed line (12) of a first liquid component, a second feed line (14) of a second liquid component, a spraying member (6) and a multi-component product injection module (30) into the spraying member, characterized in that the multi-component product injection module (30) is according to any one of the preceding claims.
