METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING PRODUCTS BETWEEN A SEALED CONTAINER AND A STERILE ENCLOSURE AND SEALED CONTAINER FOR TRANSFERRING PRODUCTS FOLLOWING SUCH A METHOD

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for transferring products between a sealed container (1) and a sterile enclosure (10), and a dedicated sealed container. The container (1) comprises a container body (2) made of a flexible film and having at least one side wall (20), a base (21) which, together with the side wall (20), defines a receiving space (3), a container opening, and a connection device for a connection interface of the enclosure. The connection device includes a container flange (4) defining the container opening, which is closed by a container door (5). The container (1) includes a handling compartment (6) made of flexible material extending into the receiving space (3), as an extension of a slot formed in the wall of the container body. This slot forms a passageway into the handling compartment (6). Figure to be published with the abbreviation: Fig. 1

4. A product transfer method according to claim 1, characterized in that the handling of the products is carried out by means of a glove, said glove forming the handling compartment (6).

5. A product transfer method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the opening of the double door is achieved by means of an actuation mechanism external to the enclosure (10) and the container (1).

A leak-proof container (1) for transferring products according to the transfer method between a leak-proof container (1) and a sterile enclosure (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, said container (1) comprising a container body (2) formed of a flexible film and having at least one side wall (20), a bottom (21) which delimits with the side wall (20) a receiving space (3), a container opening and a connection device to a connection interface of the enclosure, the connection device comprising a container flange (4) delimiting the container opening closed by a container door (5), the container (1) comprising a handling compartment (6) of flexible material extending inside the receiving space (3), as an extension of a slot formed in the wall of the container body (2), said slot forming a passage opening inside the compartment (6).

7. Watertight container (1) according to claim 6, characterized in that the handling compartment (6) is formed of a flexible material envelope attached to the container body in a single area bordering the entire passage slot.

8. Watertight container (1) according to claim 6 or claim 7, characterized in that the container body (2) and the handling compartment (6) are formed of polymer, preferably polyethylene.

9. Watertight container (1) according to any one of claims 6 to 8, characterized in that the container body (2) and the handling compartment (6) are formed of an identical material.

10. Container (1) sealed according to any one of claims 6 to 9, characterized in that the handling compartment (6) has the shape of a glove. [Fig. 4]
