Abstract

REFILLABLE COLLAR CONTAINERS FOR PRODUCT DISPENSING Refillable and non-refillable collar containers for the airtight packaging of oxygen- and / or moisture-sensitive liquid formulas, such as retinol and retinol-containing compositions, for the preservation of these substances. Collar containers include inner container collars that can be coupled to inner containers storing cosmetic substances. The inner container collars can be attached to outer containers, and the dispenser collars can be attached to outer containers for the airtight storage and dispensing of cosmetic substances into and from the inner containers and to prevent the exposure of cosmetic substances to air outside the outer containers.Airless pump dispensers can be used to create vacuums and maintain airtight seals, and the internal containers can be flexible pouches, blow-molded flexible bottles, or rigid containers with pistons.
