[0001] The present invention relates to the field of commerce and the presentation of products for sale. More particularly, the invention relates to a product display stand intended to be positioned in a large retail space for generally temporary promotions.
[0002] A point-of-sale display, known by its abbreviation POS, is made of cardboard and comprises a back panel, two side panels, and a plurality of horizontal shelves connected to the panels to support the products for sale. Such a sales display is customized to highlight the products, for example, with product images, the brand name, or the promotion offered. This encourages consumers to purchase the product during a promotional period.
[0003] Such a display has several drawbacks. First, the display is for single use only and must be discarded at the end of the promotion, which represents an environmental and economic waste. Furthermore, it runs counter to the commitments of large retailers to reduce their environmental footprint.

With reference to [Fig. 14], the display stand P comprises a wooden structure S on which a plurality of decorative supports 51, 52, 54 are mounted, as will be shown later. The wooden structure S is advantageously durable and can be conveniently reused for several different promotional campaigns. Indeed, it is only necessary to replace the decorative supports 51, 52, 54 for each new promotional campaign.

Demands
1. Display stand (P) for the sale of products in a shop, the display stand (P) comprising: • A structure (S) comprising a rear wall (1) extending vertically, two side walls (2) extending vertically, a plurality of shelves (3) extending horizontally, configured to support the products, each shelf (3) being locked in position by a band (4) positioned in front, connected to the two side walls (2), the structure (S) being made of wood, • At least one rear decorative support (51) configured to be removably mounted to the rear wall (1) • At least two side decorative supports (52) configured to be removably mounted to the side walls (2) respectively, • At least one front decorative support (54) configured to be removably mounted to each band (4).
2. Display stand (P) according to claim 1, wherein each strip (4) includes a groove (42) configured to cooperate with a front tab (39) of the shelf (3) which it locks.
3. Display stand (P) according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the display stand (P) comprises at least three shelves (3), preferably four shelves (3).
4. Display stand (P) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein each lateral edge of the bottom wall (1) comprises a plurality of connecting members (11, 12, 13) to cooperate with connecting members (21, 22) of a side wall (2).
5. Display stand (P) according to claim 4, wherein the connecting members (11, 12, 13) of the bottom wall (1) are of the female type while the connecting members (21, 22) of each side wall (2) are of the male type.
6. Display stand (P) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the bottom wall (1) comprises at least one horizontal groove (15) configured to cooperate with a rear tab (38) of each shelf (3).
7. Display stand (P) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein each front edge (2B) of a side wall (2) includes a guide member (25) for guiding a tablet (3).
8. Display stand (P) according to claim 7, in which each guide member (25) comprises a front part (25A) which is in the form of a through groove and a rear part (25B) which is in the form of a blind groove.
9. Display stand (P) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein each front edge (2B) of a side wall (2) further comprises fastening members (26), in particular in the form of upward-facing hooks, so as to allow the mounting of the strips (4) by vertical translation.
10. Display stand (P) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein each decorative support (51, 52, 54) is made of paper.
11. Display stand (P) according to claim 10, wherein each decorative support (51, 52, 54) is printed on both sides.
12. Display stand (P) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein each side wall (2) has an inner support (2i) and an outer frame (2e) which are superimposed so as to delimit between them a receiving housing (200) for positioning a lateral decorative support (52).
13. Display stand (P) according to claim 12 in which the outer frame (2e) extends peripherally.
14. Display stand (P) according to any one of claims 12 to 13 in which each side wall (2) has a top insertion groove (S2) so as to allow the introduction of a lateral decorative support (52) by vertical translation from top to bottom.
15. Method of assembling a display stand (P) according to any one of claims 1 to 14, comprising steps of: • Assembling the structure (S), • Removably positioning the decorative supports (51, 52, 54) on the structure (S).
