Atomizing drug delivery device

Abstract

The device comprises a container (1), a shell body (2) including an upper shell portion (21) rotatable relative to an inner shell portion (22), an indicator (3) including a threaded rod (31) rotatable on the inner shell portion, and an indicator element (32) that indicates a number of atomizations by its position on the threaded rod. The threaded rod includes a transmission gear, and the upper shell portion has a drive portion for the threaded rod. The transmission gear includes P teeth, and the drive portion has at most two single-tooth elements, such that P or 2P rotational movements displace the indicator element (32) one stroke along the threaded rod to allow a number of atomizations of the device P or 2P times a total stroke provided by the threaded rod in the axial direction.
