[0034] 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an inner container 200 for a refrigerator 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The inner container 200 of this embodiment is used to be assembled to a housing of the refrigerator 10 to form a housing 110.
[0035] A first cooling zone 210 for mounting the evaporator is formed on the rear wall of the inner container 200. The first cooling zone 210 is offset to one side of the rear wall of the inner container 200. "Offset" means that the first cooling zone 210 is offset from the center of the rear wall of the inner container 200. It can be offset either horizontally or longitudinally with respect to the inner container 200.
[0036] Figures 1(a) and (b) illustrate the structure of the inner liner 200 from two different perspectives. In the following embodiments, the structure of the inner liner 200 and refrigerator 10 will be described in detail, using the example of a solution in which the first cooling zone 210 is offset laterally relative to the inner liner 200. Those skilled in the art will readily be able to develop other offset solutions based on their understanding of the following embodiments, and this disclosure will not elaborate further.
[0037] It should be emphasized that the prior art inner liner 200 typically has an evaporator positioned in the center of the rear wall, which results in insufficient utilization of the rear wall space of the inner liner 200 and limits the number of evaporators that can be installed in the refrigerator 10. The inventors of the present application have creatively provided an offset first cooling zone 210 on the inner liner 200 of the refrigerator 10. This serves as a buffer, allowing ample installation space around the first cooling zone 210 for arranging other cooling zones or installing other components. This breaks through the constraints of the prior art and provides a new approach to rationally utilizing space within the limited capacity of the refrigerator 10.
[0038] In some optional embodiments, the first cooling zone 210 is laterally offset and located to one side of the vertical centerline of the rear wall of the inner container 200. This arrangement allows space to be left on one side of the first cooling zone 210. When other cooling zones or other components are installed in this leftover space, the upper space of the first cooling zone 210 can be left vacant, allowing air supply mechanisms or other components to be arranged in the vacant space, further improving space utilization.
[0039] The terms "horizontal," "vertical," "front," "back," "inside," "outside," "upper," and "lower" that indicate directions are relative to the actual use state of the inner liner 200. The actual use state of the inner liner 200 refers to the state when the inner liner 200 is assembled to the box shell to form the box body 110.
[0040] The type of the inner liner 200 can be selected according to the actual assembly requirements of the refrigerator 10, for example, it can be a refrigerated inner liner 200, a frozen inner liner 200, or a temperature-variable inner liner 200, etc.
[0041] In some preferred embodiments, the inner container 200 is a refrigerated inner container 200. The refrigerated inner container 200 is used to house a refrigerated evaporator and forms a refrigerated compartment. A refrigerated cooling area for mounting the refrigerated evaporator is formed within the first cooling area 210. Specifically, the first cooling area 210 forms a mounting space for the evaporator.
[0042] For most refrigerators 10, such as T-shaped refrigerators 10, the refrigerated inner container 200 has a relatively large volume. Because of the large volume of the refrigerated inner container 200, offsetting the first cooling zone 210 of the refrigerated inner container 200 fully utilizes the space advantage of the refrigerated inner container 200. The area surrounding the first cooling zone 210 provides ample assembly space for other cooling zones or other components. This also adjusts the cooling structure layout of the refrigerator 10, improving the refrigerator's refrigeration performance and freeing up more storage space within the other inner containers 200 of the refrigerator 10.
[0043] By adopting the above solution, when cooling capacity needs to be provided to different spaces, the refrigerator 10 can allow for the arrangement of a greater number of evaporators, thereby improving the temperature control effect of each space and preventing odor contamination.
[0044] In some optional embodiments, a second cooling area 220 for installing another evaporator is further formed on the rear wall of the inner tank 200 , and the second cooling area 220 and the second cooling area 220 are arranged side by side in the transverse direction.
[0045] In other words, the inner liner 200 has a first cooling zone 210 and a second cooling zone 220, each of which is used to install an evaporator. In other words, each cooling zone forms an evaporator installation area. The inner liner 200 of this embodiment can be equipped with two evaporators simultaneously, forming a dual-evaporator inner liner 200.
[0046] Of course, the first cooling zone 210 and the second cooling zone 220 can also be changed to be arranged simultaneously on any other wall of the inner liner 200, for example, the top wall, bottom wall or side wall. In other embodiments, according to layout requirements, the first cooling zone 210 and the second cooling zone 220 can also be arranged respectively on any different wall of the inner liner 200.
[0047] This embodiment provides a dual-evaporator inner liner 200 by rationally zoning the inner liner 200. Because the inner liner 200 defines both a first cooling zone 210 and a second cooling zone 220, each of which is used to mount an evaporator, the space utilization of the inner liner 200 is improved, and different evaporators can be simultaneously mounted in the same inner liner 200, which helps improve the integration of the refrigerator 10.
[0048] It should be emphasized that regarding the layout of the evaporator, the prior art layout method is to place the refrigerated evaporator in the center of the rear wall of the refrigerated liner 200. This results in the rear wall space of the refrigerated liner 200 not being fully utilized, while also limiting the number of evaporators that can be installed in the refrigerator 10. It also leads to congestion in other liner 200s, preventing the effective release of storage space. The inventors of this application have creatively provided a first cooling zone 210 and a second cooling zone 220 on the refrigerated liner 200 of the refrigerator 10. This breaks through the constraints of the prior art and provides a new approach to the rational layout of the evaporators in a multi-system refrigerator 10. It also solves several technical problems, such as the complex cold circuit structure, achieving multiple goals at one stroke.
[0049] The refrigeration evaporator for supplying cooling to the refrigerated compartment can be installed in either the first cooling zone 210 or the second cooling zone 220. The other cooling zone can be used to install another evaporator, which can be used to supply cooling to the space outside the storage compartment. Of course, in the refrigerator 10, the inner liner 200 that can be equipped with two evaporators is not limited to the refrigeration inner liner 200.
[0050] In some optional embodiments, the first cooling zone 210 forms a refrigeration zone for installing a refrigeration evaporator, and the second cooling zone 220 forms an ice-making zone for installing an ice-making evaporator, or a variable temperature zone for installing a variable temperature evaporator.
[0051] In the prior art refrigerator 10, when equipped with the door body 120 ice-making module, the door body 120 does not have a separate refrigeration system. Instead, the refrigeration system of the freezer compartment needs to be used to supply cold air to the door body 120 ice-making module. Since the refrigeration system of the freezer compartment is far away from the door body 120 ice-making module, a complex cold circuit supply structure needs to be arranged between the two, which not only increases the manufacturing cost but also has low refrigeration efficiency and is prone to odor transfer.
[0052] When a refrigerated cooling area for installing a refrigerated evaporator is formed in the first cooling area 210, and an ice-making cooling area for installing an ice-making evaporator is formed in the second cooling area 220, the distance between the second cooling area 220 and the ice-making module of the door body 120 is short, and there is no need to arrange an excessively long cooling pipe between the two. Therefore, it is beneficial to simplify the cold circuit supply structure of the ice-making module of the door body 120, improve the refrigeration efficiency, reduce or avoid odor cross-contamination, and achieve "clean ice".
[0053] When a refrigerated cooling area for installing a refrigerated evaporator is formed in the first cooling area 210, and a variable temperature cooling area for installing a variable temperature evaporator is formed in the second cooling area 220, the refrigerator 10 can be equipped with a separate variable temperature evaporator for the variable temperature compartment, which is beneficial to improving the temperature control effect of the variable temperature compartment.
[0054] Of course, in some embodiments, the second cooling area 220 can also be formed as a freezing cooling area for installing a freezing evaporator. In this case, the freezing evaporator can be not installed in the freezing liner 200, thereby fully releasing the storage space of the freezing compartment.
[0055] In some optional embodiments, the first cooling zone 210 and the second cooling zone 220 are thermally isolated from each other and are arranged side by side in a transverse direction on the rear wall of the inner tank 200. For example, the first cooling zone 210 and the second cooling zone 220 can be thermally isolated by using a heat-insulating material to prevent heat exchange and disrupt the cooling process.
[0056] The first cooling zone 210 and the second cooling zone 220 are arranged side by side in the transverse direction, so that the upper spaces of the two cooling zones are left vacant, so that respective air supply mechanisms or other components can be arranged in the vacant spaces, further improving space utilization.
[0057] Of course, the first cooling zone 210 and the second cooling zone 220 may also be transformed to be arranged in parallel along the longitudinal direction, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0058] In some optional embodiments, the inner side of the rear wall of the inner liner 200 has a forward-convex annular protrusion 240, thereby forming a second cooling supply area 220 therein. The forward-convex annular protrusion 240 protrudes (or bulges) and extends from a specific annular area of the rear wall of the inner liner 200 toward the inner side of the inner liner 200, so that the second cooling supply area 220 is confined within the forward-convex annular protrusion 240 and is separated from the second cooling supply area 220 located outside the forward-convex annular protrusion 240.
[0059] The first cooling zone 210 is disposed on one side of the forward convex annular protrusion 240. The forward convex annular protrusion 240 is configured to thermally isolate the first cooling zone 210 and the second cooling zone 220 from each other. For example, the forward convex annular protrusion 240 can be made of a heat-insulating material, which allows the forward convex annular protrusion 240 to achieve thermal isolation between the second cooling zone 220 and the first cooling zone 210 on the basis of physically isolating the second cooling zone 220. For example, the forward convex annular protrusion 240 can be disposed on one lateral side (e.g., the left side) of the rear wall of the inner liner 200, and the first cooling zone 210 can be disposed on the other lateral side (e.g., the right side) of the rear wall of the inner liner 200, so that the first cooling zone 210 and the second cooling zone 220 are disposed side by side in the transverse direction.
[0060] In some optional embodiments, the forward convex annular protrusion 240 is integrally formed with the rear wall of the inner liner 200, so that the forward convex annular protrusion 240 and the rear wall of the inner liner 200 are seamlessly connected, which is beneficial to improving the thermal insulation effect of the second cooling zone 220.
[0061] In some optional embodiments, the upper sections of the first cooling zone 210 and the second cooling zone 220 each further form an airflow actuation area 201 for installing a fan. In other words, each cooling zone also provides space for installing a fan. The upper section can refer to the upper space of each cooling zone.
[0062] The first cooling zone 210 is configured so that the installed evaporator is located below its upper section, and the second cooling zone 220 is configured so that the installed evaporator is located below its upper section. That is, the lower section of the cooling zone, located below the upper section, is used to install the evaporator, and each airflow actuation zone 201 is located above the evaporator installation area of the cooling zone where the evaporator is installed.
[0063] When the fan is installed in the upper section of the cooling area, under the stimulation of the fan, air circulation can be carried out between each cooling area and the corresponding low-temperature storage area, so that the low-temperature storage area can receive the cooling capacity of the corresponding cooling area, thereby achieving temperature control.
[0064] FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a refrigerator 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0065] The refrigerator 10 may generally include an inner container 200 as described in any of the above embodiments. The inner container 200 is used to be assembled to the box shell of the refrigerator 10 to form a box body 110.
[0066] A first cooling zone 210 for mounting the evaporator is formed on the rear wall of the inner container 200. The first cooling zone 210 is offset to one side of the rear wall of the inner container 200. "Offset" means that the first cooling zone 210 is offset from the center of the rear wall of the inner container 200. This offset can be either horizontal or vertical relative to the inner container 200. The following embodiments will use the offsetting of the first cooling zone 210 horizontally relative to the inner container 200 as an example to describe the structure of the inner container 200 and refrigerator 10 in detail.
[0067] By providing an offset first cooling zone 210 on the inner container 200 of the refrigerator 10, a clearing effect can be achieved, providing ample installation space around the first cooling zone 210 for arranging other cooling zones or installing other components. For example, a second cooling zone 220 for installing another evaporator is formed on the rear wall of the inner container 200. The first cooling zone 210 and the second cooling zone 220 are arranged side by side in a horizontal direction.
[0068] That is, the inner tank 200 has a first cooling area 210 and a second cooling area 220 , and the first cooling area 210 and the second cooling area 220 are respectively used to install the evaporator.
[0069] In some optional embodiments, the refrigerator 10 includes a first low-temperature storage area 230 formed within the inner liner 200 and a second low-temperature storage area 310 located outside the inner liner 200. For example, when the first cooling area 210 and the second cooling area 220 are formed on the rear wall of the inner liner 200, the first low-temperature storage area 230 may refer to the storage space located in front of the first cooling area 210 and the second cooling area 220. The second low-temperature storage area 310 may refer to a storage space defined by another inner liner 200, or may refer to another low-temperature space formed in the refrigerator 10, such as an ice-making area.
[0070] When the inner liner 200 is a refrigerated inner liner 200, the first low-temperature storage area 230 can be a refrigerated compartment. Preferably, the second low-temperature storage area 310 can be a low-temperature space located adjacent to the second cooling supply area 220, which can simplify the cold supply structure between the second cooling supply area 220 and the second low-temperature storage area 310.
[0071] With the above structure, the refrigeration liner 200 of the refrigerator 10 can allow for the arrangement of an additional dedicated evaporator, thereby improving the refrigeration performance of the refrigerator 10 and the space utilization of the refrigeration liner 200.
[0072] 3 is a schematic front view of a partial structure of a refrigerator 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which the box shell and the door 120 of the refrigerator 10 are hidden, and the assembly structure of the first cooling zone 210 and the second cooling zone 220 of the inner tank 200 is shown.
[0073] The refrigerator 10 further includes a first evaporator 410 and a second evaporator 420. The first evaporator 410 is disposed in the first cooling area 210 and configured to provide cooling to the first low-temperature storage area 230. The second evaporator 420 is disposed in the second cooling area 220 and configured to provide cooling to the second low-temperature storage area 310.
[0074] For example, the first evaporator 410 may be a refrigeration evaporator, and the second evaporator 420 may be an ice-making evaporator. The refrigerator 10 further includes a door 120. The second low-temperature storage area 310 may be an ice-making area of an ice-making module disposed in the door 120, configured to receive the cold energy provided by the second evaporator 420 and make ice.
[0075] For example, in some embodiments, the first evaporator 410 can be a refrigeration evaporator, and the second evaporator 420 can be a variable temperature evaporator. The refrigerator 10 can also include another inner liner 200, and the second low-temperature storage area 310 can be a variable temperature compartment provided in the other inner liner 200.
[0076] In some optional embodiments, the refrigerator 10 further includes a first air duct 510 and a second air duct 520 for guiding the cooling airflow and the return airflow, respectively.
[0077] FIG4 is a schematic front view of a portion of a refrigerator 10 according to another embodiment of the present invention. FIG5 is a schematic front view of a portion of a refrigerator 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention. The refrigerator housing and door 120 are omitted from the diagram, and a first air duct 510 and a second air duct 520 are shown. FIG5 shows a schematic diagram of an inner container 200 equipped with a second air duct 520 from a rear perspective.
[0078] Among them, the first air duct 510 is connected between the first cooling area 210 and the first low-temperature storage area 230, and is configured to guide the refrigeration airflow flowing through the first evaporator 410 to the first low-temperature storage area 230, and to guide the return airflow flowing through the first low-temperature storage area 230 to the first cooling area 210.
[0079] The second air duct 520 is connected between the second cooling area 220 and the second low-temperature storage area 310, and is configured to guide the refrigeration airflow flowing through the second evaporator 420 to the second low-temperature storage area 310, and to guide the return airflow flowing through the second low-temperature storage area 310 to the second cooling area 220.
[0080] The first air duct 510 and the second air duct 520 can respectively include a supply air duct and a return air duct. The supply air duct is used to guide the cooling air flow, and the return air duct is used to guide the return air flow. Independent air ducts are used to connect the cooling area and the corresponding low-temperature storage area. Each low-temperature storage area can receive a specific cooling air flow according to its own temperature setting to achieve temperature control.
[0081] In some optional embodiments, the refrigerator 10 further includes a first fan 610 and a second fan 620 .
[0082] The first fan 610 is disposed in the first cooling zone 210 and above the first evaporator 410 , and is configured to promote air circulation through the first evaporator 410 , the first air duct 510 and the first low-temperature storage zone 230 .
[0083] The second fan 620 is disposed in the second cooling zone 220 and above the second evaporator 420 , and is configured to promote air circulation through the second evaporator 420 , the second air duct 520 , and the second low-temperature storage zone 310 .
[0084] For example, the first fan 610 can be disposed in the airflow actuation zone 201 of the first cooling zone 210, and the second fan 620 can be disposed in the airflow actuation zone 201 of the second cooling zone 220. Under the action of each fan, the cooling airflow can flow out of the cooling zone where the evaporator is located from the top, and the return airflow can flow through the bottom section of the evaporator and exchange heat with the evaporator again when it flows through the evaporator, thereby forming a cooling airflow, thereby achieving a cycle.
[0085] In some embodiments, the first cooling zone 210 and the second cooling zone 220 are arranged side by side in a transverse direction on the rear wall of the inner container 200. The refrigerator 10 may further include a first front cover 710 and a second front cover 720. The first front cover 710 and the second front cover 720 each have a heat insulation layer.
[0086] FIG6 is a schematic front view of a partial structure of a refrigerator 10 according to another embodiment of the present invention, in which the first front cover 710 is hidden.
[0087] Using a thermal insulation layer to separate the cooling area and the first low-temperature storage area 230 can avoid heat transfer between the cooling area and the storage space, so that the storage space can only receive the cooling energy delivered by the corresponding air duct, avoiding temperature control failure.
[0088] The first front cover 710 is disposed at the front side of the first cooling zone 210 and the second cooling zone 220 to separate the first low-temperature storage zone 230 from the first cooling zone 210 and the second cooling zone 220 .
[0089] In other words, the first front cover 710 divides the interior space of the inner tank 200 into a first low-temperature storage area 230 and a cooling area arranged in a front-to-back manner. The first low-temperature storage area 230 forms a refrigerated compartment, and the cooling area comprises the first cooling area 210 and the second cooling area 220 arranged in parallel in the transverse direction.
[0090] The second front cover plate 720 is disposed at the front side of the second refrigeration zone and located at the rear side of the first front cover plate 710 , and closes the front opening of the first refrigeration zone.
