Working vehicle

Abstract

A working vehicle 100 (such as a telescopic handler) has a vehicle body 107, a ground engaging propulsion structure (wheels or tracks) 110 to drive the working vehicle over the ground, and a load handling apparatus 113 coupled to the vehicle body and moveable by a movement actuator 118 with respect to the vehicle body. Typically, the working vehicle 100 has a work implement carriage 102 for easy interchanging of components (such as forks, buckets, etc.), which allows a generator attachment 10 to be fitted. The working vehicle 100 has a working configuration for performing its standard work function, and a generating configuration for generating electrical energy with a renewable electric energy generator attachment 10. The working vehicle 100 can be moved to a suitable location for generation and the attachment 10 can be raised using the actuator 118 so that a wind turbine catches the wind, or a photovoltaic panel is raised out of a shadow into the sunlight.
