Plate heat treatment device and high-pressure hardening reaction module

Abstract

A sheet tempering module is disclosed which comprises a gas stream pressure adjustment device comprising a first air source configured to generate a first airflow and a gas stream speed adjustment chamber having a variable volume and a first air inlet and multiple first air outlets, where the first airflow enters the gas stream speed adjustment chamber from the first air inlet and by changing the volume of the gas stream speed adjustment chamber the flow speed of the first airflow exiting the first air outlets can be changed. The module comprises multiple pairs of heat treatment units in communication with the first air outlets. Also disclosed is a plate heat treatment device comprising the sheet tempering module and a lower pressure cooling module.
