[0031] The foilowing describes the utility model in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0032] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, an awning capable of hiding drainage is provided, including upright columns 1 and a cross beam 11. The upright column 1 is internally provided with a cavity that can drain water. The cross beam 11 includes multiple transverse columns 12 which are horizontally arranged and vertically connected. The upright column 1 is installed at the bottom of a joint of two transverse columns 12, and the top of the upright column 1 is provided with a drainage hole 18. A drainage channel 2 that guides rainwater into the cavity is installed at the bottom of the cross beam 11, and the rainwater in the drainage channel 2 enters the cavity of the upright column 1 along the drainage hole 18, to be drained. Because the drainage channel 2 is located at the bottom of the cross beam 11, and the rainwater is drained outside through the cavity of the upright column 1, so that hidden drainage is implemented, and the rainwater does not flow outside from an edge of the cross beam 11 to cause great splashing, and rainwater can be well blocked.
[0033] Multiple blades 13 that are arranged at intervals and that can guide rainwater to flow at two ends are installed on the cross beam 11, and rotating shafts 14 are respectively installed at the two ends of the blade 13, rotating holes through which the rotating shafts 14 are inserted are formed at the cross beam 11, so that the blades 13 can rotate on the cross beam 11. When the blades 13 are rotated to a vertical state, two adjacent blades 13 are parallel to each other, and a gap exists between the two adjacent blades. Sun rays pass through the gap, to illuminate the bottom of the awning.
[0034] Refer to FIG. 2. Water guide plates 15 are respectively arranged on two sides of the blade 13 along a length direction. A water guide plate 15 on one side extends downward, and a water guide plate 15 on the other side extends upward. When the awning needs to be used for sheltering from rainwater, the blades 13 are rotated to an approximate transverse state. In this case, the water guide plate 15 that is upward on one side of the blade 13 is aligned with the water guide plate 15 that is downward and that is of an adjacent blade 13, and the water guide plate 15 that is downward abuts against the water guide plate 15 that is downward, so that all the blades 13 at the top of awning are used for sheltering from rainwater, rainwater may flow into the water guide plate 15 from the blades 13, and the water guide plate 15 flows into the drainage channel 2 at two ends.
[0035] Preferably, a rotating block is formed on the blade 13, and a driving plate 16 is arranged on the cross beam 11. The driving plate 16 is connected to two adjacent blades 13 separately, the driving plate 16 is provided with a driving hole 17 connected to the rotating block, and the driving plate 16 may drive all the blades 13 to rotate simultaneously. When the driving plate 16 moves transversely, the blade 13 is driven to rotate around the rotating hole, so that the blade 13 may be changed into a vertical state or a transverse horizontal state, to be used for sheltering from rainwater and sunshade or allowing sun rays to pass through.
[0036] The drainage channel 2 includes a pair of side plates 21 arranged in parallel and at intervals, and a bottom plate 22 installed between the two side plates 21. The top of the side plate 21 may be installed at the bottom of the transverse column 12 by welding. The drainage channel 2 is provided with a filtering net 23. The filtering net 23 is transversely arranged on the drainage channel 2. The filtering net 23 can block leaves or branches from entering the drainage hole 18 and ensure the smoothness of drainage.
[0037] An embedding groove 24 into which the filtering net 23 is embedded is formed on the side plate 21, and an installation plate 25 that slidably cooperates with the embedding groove 24 is formed on a side edge of the filtering net 23. The filtering net 23 is inserted into the embedding groove 24 on the side plate 21 through the formed installation plate 25, so that the filtering net 23 can be disassembled and replaced.
[0038] During drainage, the filtering net 23 is still clogged, leading to delayed drainage by the awning. To resolve the foregoing problem, an anti-clogging assembly 3 is disposed in the drainage channel 2. The anti-clogging assembly 3 includes a collection frame 30 disposed on an outer side of the filtering net 23 and a telescopic member that moves the collection frame 30 to an outer side of the drainage channel 2. The drainage channel 2 is provided with an opening 26 through which the collection frame 30 slides.
[0039] When the outer side of the filtering net 23 on the drainage channel 2 is blocked by leaves and branches, causing clogging and unsmooth flowing of rainwater, the collection frame 30 can be driven by the telescopic member to move, and the leaves and branches are pushed outside along the opening 26 and cleaned, to reduce clogging.
[0040] Preferably, the opening 26 is formed on an outer side plate 21, and the collection frame 30 includes a first baffle plate 31 and a second baffle plate 32. A shape of the first baffle plate 31 is adapted to a shape of the opening 26 at the side plate 21, and a stopping plate 34 with an area larger than an area of the opening 26 is formed on an outer end surface of the first baffle plate 31. The first baffle plate 31 is disposed in the opening 26 at the side plate 21, and the second baffle plate 32 is attached to the other side plate 21. Multiple connection columns 33 are installed between the first baffle plate 31 and the second baffle plate 32.
[0041] In this embodiment, a channel between the first baffle plate 31 and the second baffle plate 32 is adapted to the drainage channel 2, and rainwater can smoothly enter the drainage hole 18 through the filtering net 23. Because the first baffle plate 31 and the second baffle plate 32 are located on the outer side of the filtering net 23, accumulated leaves and branches are located between the first baffle plate 31 and the second baffle plate 32. When a large quantity of leaves and branches are accumulated, the first baffle plate 31 and the second baffle plate 32 are driven by the telescopic member to move simultaneously in a direction perpendicular to the drainage channel 2, so that the leaves and branches are discharged outside through the opening 26, and the leaves and branches are cleaned, to prevent clogging.
[0042] Then the telescopic member retracts, the stopping plate 34 can prevent the first baffle plate 31 from being displaced from the opening 26, and rainwater is discharged from the opening 26, thus affecting a drainage system.
[0043] Preferably, the telescopic member includes a waterproof base 35 disposed on the cross beam 11, and an electric push rod 36 that is transversely telescopic is disposed in the waterproof base 35. A body of the electric push rod 36 is installed in the waterproof base 35 through a support frame, so that a probability of short circuit due to moisture can be reduced. The side plate 21 at an inner side is provided with a movable hole through which a telescopic rod of the electric push rod 36 passes, and the telescopic rod passes through the movable hole and is connected to the second baffle plate 32. An electric wire tube 19 is installed on the upright column 1, there is a power supply wire in the electric wire tube 19, and the power supply wire is connected to the electric push rod 36 in the waterproof base 35. The telescopic rod of the electric push rod 36 drives the collection frame 30 to reciprocate in the drainage channel 2 to discharge leaves and branches, thus reducing a probability of clogging.
[0044] An FL-001-guide pulse liquid level sensor 37 that is purchased may be disposed in the drainage channel 2, and the liquid level sensor 37 is connected to the electric push rod 36 by using a signal. The liquid level sensor 37 and the electric push rod 36 are existing hardware. After the liquid level sensor 37 and the electric push rod 36 are programmed by a software engineer, a function module framework is established, and a computer system is controlled by computer program instructions to complete sensing control function of the liquid level sensor 37 and the electric push rod 36. When the drainage channel 2 is clogged, so that the liquid level rises to a warning level, a signal may be output to the electric push rod 36, to drive the collection frame 30 to move, so that leaves and branches are discharged to the outside.
[0045] To sum up, it can be learned that the utility model has the foregoing excellent characteristics, so that the utility model has unprecedented improved efficiency during use compared with previous technologies and become a product with great practical value.
[0046] The foregoing content is only preferred embodiments of the utility model.
