mi^ a i Trnrr n 1 JtLVJHLIn 1V / ztlJLj Ju IJiLijJL / The present disclosure relates to the technical field of connectors, in particular to an elbow plug connector and an assembly method thereof. BACKGROUND An electronic connector plays a vital role in an electrical connection between wires, and can ensure a stable transmission of electrical signals. In order to meet requirements of installation, elbow connectors are commonly seen in the market. Elbow connectors are usually used to solve the problem of angle changes between wires, making connections more flexible and convenient. Although being useful in many applications, elbow connectors are not easy to make, which is why elbow connectors are relatively expensive. The elbow connectors currently used by most electric vehicles (EVs) on the market have some more complex problems. First of all, since an elbow connector has a plug portion of an elbow design , a terminal structure thereof is relatively complex and requires a complex molding and assembly process to manufacture, which increases the difficulty and cost of manufacturing. In addition, a structure and a manufacturing process of an elbow connector are also relatively complex, which increases a difficulty of assembly, a production cycle and a scrap rate, and leads to an increase in overall manufacturing costs. SUMMARY In order to overcome the problems of complex structures, manufacturing processes and high manufacturing costs of plugs in elbow connectors, the present disclosure provides an elbow plug connector and an assembly method thereof. Technical schemes of the present disclosure are as follows. In a first aspect of the present disclosure, an embodiment provides an elbow plug connector, including: a housing, including a first receiving cavity and a second receiving cavity, the first receiving cavity and the second receiving cavity being at an angle, and a mounting area being formed at an intersection of the first receiving cavity and the second receiving cavity; a rubber core assembly, including a cable and a wiring terminal arranged in the first receiving cavity, the wiring terminal including a wiring portion and a first fixing portion, the wiring portion being connected to the cable, and the first fixing portion extending into the mounting area; a docking terminal arranged in the second receiving cavity and including a contact portion configured to dock with a socket terminal and a second fixing portion extending into the mounting area and overlapping the first fixing portion; and a fixing assembly, arranged in the mounting area and including a limiting member and a locking member, the second fixing portion and the first fixing portion being clamped between the limiting member and the locking member. Compared with the related art, the beneficial effects of the present disclosure are as follows. 1. By providing the mounting area, the first fixing portion of the wiring terminal and the second fixing portion of the docking terminal can extend into the mounting area from two directions of the elbow plug connector and overlap to achieve an electrical communication between the wiring terminal and the docking terminal which are at an angle in the elbow plug connector, and a connecting structure and a manufacturing process are simple. 2. The second fixing portion 313 and the first fixing portion 222 are clamped between the limiting member 4 and the locking member 5. In the present disclosure, the mounting area 13 is arranged in such way that the first fixing portion 222 of the wiring terminal 22 and the second fixing portion 313 of the docking terminal 3 can extend into the mounting area 13 from two directions of the elbow plug connector and at least partially overlap with each other to achieve an electrical connection between the wiring terminal 22 and the docking terminal 3 which are at an angle in the elbow plug connector. The first fixing portion 222 and the second fixing portion 313 can be fixed together through the limiting member 4 and the locking member 5, thereby fixing the wiring terminal 22 and the docking terminal 3 in the elbow plug connector. Referring to FIGS. 2 to 10, in an embodiment, the housing 1 includes a mounting hole 14 arranged in a direction perpendicular to the first receiving cavity 11 and the second receiving cavity 12, and the mounting hole 14 extends to the mounting area 13. The first fixing portion 222 and the second fixing portion 313 overlap in an axial direction of the mounting hole 14. The first fixing portion 222 includes a first through hole 2221 arranged in the axial direction of the mounting hole 14. The second fixing portion 313 includes a second through hole 3131 arranged in the axial direction of the mounting hole 14. The first through hole 2221 and the second through hole 3131 completely overlap in the axial direction of the mounting hole 14. The locking member 5 includes a base 51 and a connecting rod 52 protruding inwardly from the base 51. The connecting rod 52 passes through the first through hole 2221 and the second through hole 3131 and then is connected to the limit member 4 to clamp the second fixing portion 313 and the first fixing portion 222 between the base 51 and the limit member 4, thereby firmly fixing the first fixing portion 222 and the second fixing portion 313 together. The elbow plug connector has a simple fixing structure and is easy to operate. In addition, the mounting hole 14 is covered with a sealing cover 6 to seal the mounting hole 14 after the locking member 5 locks the second fixing portion 313 and the first fixing portion 222, so as to achieve sealing when the elbow plug connector is ready to be used, and a good sealing effect is achieved without a complicated glue filling process. Referring to FIGS. 2, 5 and 9 to 11, specifically, the sealing cover 6 includes a cover plate 61, an annular first connecting portion 62 protruding inwardly from the cover plate 61, and a plurality of elastic arms 63 protruding inwardly from the first connecting portion 62.
