[0031] The present disclosure relates to an atomizer. In conjunction with FIG. 1, the atomizer includes an atomization assembly and an oil cup 2000, and the atomization assembly is installed in the oil cup 2000. [0033] The present disclosure relates to an atomization assembly. The atomization assembly includes a bracket 1100, a heat generating structure 1200, and electrode pillars 1300. The bracket 1100 is inserted into the oil cup 2000 and is capable of sealing an inner cavity of the oil cup 2000 to form a storage compartment. The heat generating structure 1200 is arranged on the bracket 1100. The number of the electrode pillars 1300 is two. Sidewalls of the electrode pillars 1300 are in contact with the heat generating structure 1200, and the electrode pillars 1300 are in electrical contact with the heat generating structure 1200. In addition, the sidewalls of the electrode pillars 1300 press against the heat generating structure 1200 to fix the heat generating structure 1200 in the bracket 1100. Specifically, the outer peripheral sidewalls of the electrode pillars 1300 abut against the heat generating structure 1200 and press against the heat generating structure 1200.

[0034] As shown in FIG. 1, the atomization assembly further includes a gas channel structure 1501. The gas channel structure 1501 is provided with a gas inlet channel, and the gas channel structure 1501 is provided on a side surface of the bracket 1100. An atomization channel is formed between a sidewall of the gas channel structure 1501 and a sidewall of the bracket 1100. An end of the atomization channel is connected to the mouthpiece opening, and the other end of the atomization channel is connected to the gas inlet channel of the atomizer. The heat generating structure 1200 is between the gas channel structure 1501 and the bracket 1100, and the gas channel structure 1501 presses against the heat generating structure 1200. Specifically, the gas channel structure 1501 presses against a sidewall of the heat generating structure 1200.

[0035] The atomization assembly further includes a bottom sealing structure 1502, the bottom sealing structure 1502 is arranged at the bottom of the oil cup 2000, the bottom sealing structure 1502 is arranged at the bottom of the bracket 1100, and the bottom sealing structure 1502 abuts against the bottom of the bracket 1100. An outer peripheral sidewall of the bottom sealing structure 1502 abuts against an inner wall of the oil cup 2000. The gas channel structure 1501 is arranged at an upper side surface of the bottom sealing structure 1502, and the bottom sealing structure 1502 is connected to the gas channel structure 1501. The bottom sealing structure 1502 is provided with a gas inlet connected to the atomization channel. The electrode pillars 1300 penetrate through the bottom sealing structure 1502.

[0036] In conjunction with FIG. 1 and FIG. 5, the atomization assembly further includes a base 1600. The base 1600 is configured to connect the bottom of the oil cup 2000. The base 1600 is connected to the bottom sealing structure 1502. The electrode pillars 1300 are arranged at the base 1600, and the electrode pillars 1300 penetrate through the base 1600.

[0037] It can be understood that the atomization assembly further includes an oil guiding component 1400. The oil guiding component 1400 is provided as an oil guiding cotton. The oil guiding component 1400 is arranged on the side surface of the bracket 1100. The oil guiding component 1400 is between the heat generating structure 1200 and the bracket 1100. In conjunction with FIG. 1, the heat generating structure 1200 is provided as a metal heat generating sheet, and the metal heat generating sheet is flat. A side of the heat generating structure 1200 abuts against the electrode pillars 1300, and the oil guiding component 1400 is arranged on the other side of the heat generating structure 1200. Further, in a case that the electrode pillar 1300 presses against the heat generating structure 1200, the heat generating structure 1200 presses against the oil guiding component 1400.

[0038] In conjunction with FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the bracket 1100 has an installation region 1101 with an opening in a sidewall, and the installation region 1101 is recessed in the first direction at a side of the bracket 1100 so as to form a mounting groove as the installation region 1101 at the side of the bracket 1100. It can be understood that the heat generating structure 1200 is arranged in the installation region 1101, and a side of the heat generating structure 1200 facing the opening abuts against the electrode pillars 1300, the oil guiding component 1400 is arranged in the installation region 1101, the oil guiding component 1400 is arranged on a side of the heat generating structure 1200 away from the opening, the gas channel structure 1501 is located in the installation region 1101, the gas channel structure 1501 is provided on the side of the heat generating structure 1200 facing the opening, the electrode pillars 1300 are partially located in the installation region 1101, and the two electrode pillars 1300 are close to left and right opposite sidewalls of the installation region 1101, respectively.

[0039] Furthermore, the sidewalls of the installation region 1101 engage and press against the sidewalls of the electrode pillars 1300, thereby securing the electrode pillars 1300 in the installation region 1101 and simultaneously allowing the electrode pillars 1300 to press the heat generating structure 1200. In this case, the electrode pillars 1300 are fixed in a pressing manner and the electrode pillars 1300 fix the heat generating structure 1200 in a pressing manner, thereby fixing the electrode pillars 1300 and heat generating structure 1200 onto the bracket 1100 in a welding-free manner. This avoids presence of welding points, which can effectively prevent discoloration of the atomizing medium caused due to the atomizing medium coming into contact with the welding points. Additionally, the assembling process of the atomization assembly is simplified, the assembling efficiency is improved and the costs are reduced.

[0040] Specifically, in the installation region 1101, the bracket 1100 is provided with a limiting structure 1102 that cooperates with the electrode pillar 1300. The limiting structure 1102 abuts against at least a portion, which is not in electrical contact with the heat generating structure 1200, of the sidewall of the electrode pillar 1300 to provide a compressive force for making the electrode pillar 1300 to be in close contact with the heat generating structure 1200, as a result, the sidewall of the electrode pillar 1300 applies a pressure on the heat generating structure 1200 along the first direction, which in turn causes the heat generating structure 1200 to be forcefully secured to the installation region 1101.

[0041] During assembling of the atomization assembly, when the electrode pillar 1300 is installed into the installation region 1101 from the side of the bracket 1100 in the first direction, the outer peripheral sidewall of the electrode pillar 1300 contacts the limiting structure 1102, and the outer peripheral sidewall of the electrode pillar 1300 squeezes the limiting structure 1102. In this way, the electrode pillar 1300 snaps into the installation region 1101, and the limiting structure 1102 is capable of pressing the outer peripheral sidewall of the electrode pillar 1300, to prevent the electrode pillar 1300 from disengaging from the installation region 1101 in the opposite direction of the first direction.

[0042] In some examples, in conjunction with FIG. 2, the bracket 1100 includes a top structure 1104 and a surrounding structure 1105, the surrounding structure 1105 is located at a bottom end of the top structure 1104, and the surrounding structure 1105 is integrally formed with the top structure 1104. Further, the limiting structure is provided on the surrounding structure, the surrounding structure 1105 surrounds and forms the installation region 1101 with the opening on a side, the top structure 1104 is provided with a connecting hole, and the atomization channel is connected to the mouthpiece opening through the connecting hole.

[0043] As an embodiment, the limiting structure 1102 is provided as a flexible clamping arm protruding from an inner wall of the installation region 1101, the flexible clamping arm is used for snap-fit connection with the electrode pillar 1300. When the electrode pillar 1300 is installed into the installation region 1101, the flexible clamping arm is able to flexibly deform, so as to avoid the electrode pillar 1300 and to cause the electrode pillar 1300 to snap into place.

[0044] Specifically, the bracket 1100 is made of plastic, the bracket 1100 has a certain elastic deformation capability, the limiting structure 1102 is arranged at the bracket 1100, the limiting structure 1102 is made of silicone or plastic, or the limiting structure 1102 adopts a metal sheet made of metal. In this case, when the electrode pillar 1300 is snapped into the installation region 1101 from the side of the bracket 1100, the sidewall of the installation region 1101 and the limiting structure 1102 are capable of deforming so as to allow the limiting structure 1102 to avoid the snapped electrode pillar 1300, and after the electrode pillar 1300 is snapped into the installation region 1101, the sidewall of the installation region 1101 and the limiting structure 1102 are capable of returning to their original states, enabling the limiting structure 1102 to firmly grip and press against the sidewall of the electrode pillar 1300.

[0045] In some examples, the bracket 1100 is made of silicone, and the bracket 1100 is injection molded in one piece with silicone.

[0046] As an embodiment, in conjunction with FIG. 4, the installation region 1101 has a first wall surface 1107 facing the opening and second wall surfaces 1108 connected to opposite sides of the first wall surface 1107. The first wall surface 1107 is located at the bottom of the mounting groove formed by recessing the installation region 1101 at the side of the bracket 1100 in the first direction, the first wall surface 1107 is the bottom surface of the installation region 1101, and the first direction is perpendicular to the first wall surface 1107.

[0047] Further, the limiting structure 1102 is provided on at least one of the first wall surface 1107 and the second wall surface 1108. In the first direction, the limiting structure 1102 and the first wall surface 1107 are spaced apart and define a limiting gap, and the electrode pillar 1300 is at least partially arranged in the limiting gap.

[0048] In some examples, the limiting structure 1102 is provided on the first wall surface 1107, in which case the limiting structure 1102 is arranged in the first direction and the limiting structure 1102 is formed into a bent structure. Specifically, the limiting structure 1102 is formed as an inverted "L" shape.

[0049] In some other examples, the limiting structure 1102 is provided on the second wall surface 1108, in which case the limiting structure 1102 is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the first direction and the limiting structure 1102 presses against the outer sidewall of the electrode pillar 1300. The limiting structure 1102 can restrict movement of the electrode pillar 1300 in directions perpendicular to the first wall surface 1107 and the second wall surfaces 1108, thereby confining the electrode pillar 1300 in the installation region 1101 to keep the electrode pillar 1300 in contact with the heat generating structure 1200.

[0050] It can be understood that, in some other embodiments, the first wall surface 1107 and the second wall surfaces 1108 respectively extend inwardly within the installation region 1101 to form limiting structures 1102. The first wall surface 1107 and the second wall surfaces 110 together act as a limiting effect on the movement of the electrode pillars 1300 along the radial direction, i.e., directions perpendicular to the first wall surface 1107 and / or the second wall surfaces 110, thereby confining the electrode pillars 1300 in the installation region 1101 to bring the electrode pillars 1300 into contact with the heat generating structure 1200.

[0051] As an embodiment, at least two limiting structures 1102 are provided on the inner sidewall of the installation region 1101 on a same side, the limiting structures 1102 are spaced apart along the axial direction of the electrode pillar 1300, and each limiting structure 1102 engages and presses against a different position of the outer peripheral sidewall of the electrode pillar 1300, so as to cause the electrode pillar 1300 to receive a uniform force, and thereby ensuring that the electrode pillar 1300 applies a uniform pressure on the heat generating structure 1200.

[0052] Further, one of the limiting structures 1102 presses against the sidewall at the top of the electrode pillar 1300, and accordingly, the remaining limiting structures 1102 press against the sidewall at the middle or near the bottom of the electrode pillar 1300.

[0053] In some examples, in conjunction with FIGS. 2, 3, 4, and 5, for one electrode pillar 1300, two limiting structures 1102 are provided on the second wall surface 1108 of the installation region 1101 on a same side. One of the limiting structures 1102 fixes the sidewall at the top of the electrode pillar 1300, and the other limiting structure 1102 fixes the sidewall at the middle of the electrode pillar 1300 or fixes the sidewall near the bottom of the electrode pillar 1300.

[0054] In other examples, for one electrode pillar 1300, three limiting structures 1102 are provided on the inner sidewall of the installation region 1101 on a same side, and the three limiting structures 1102 fix the top sidewall, the middle sidewall, and the sidewall near the bottom of the electrode pillar 1300, respectively.

[0055] Regarding the quantity of limiting structures 1102, the following alternative designs may be adopted.

[0056] In some examples, for one electrode pillar 1300, one limiting structure 1102 is provided on the inner sidewall of the installation region 1101 on a same side. Along the axial direction of the electrode pillar 1300, the limiting structure 1102 on the sidewall of the installation region 1101 extends from the top end to the bottom end of the electrode pillar 1300, and the extension length of the limiting structure 1102 is the same as the length of the electrode pillar 1300 in the installation region 1101 or the extension length of the limiting structure 1102 is close to the length of the electrode pillar 1300 in the installation region 1101.

[0057] In some examples, for one electrode pillar 1300, one limiting structure 1102 is provided on the inner sidewall of the installation region 1101, and the limiting structure 1102 is provided proximate to the top of the electrode pillar 1300 to clamp against the sidewall at the top of the electrode pillar 1300. In this case, when the base 1600 is connected to the bottom of the oil cup 2000, the bottom end of the electrode pillar 1300 is fixedly mounted to the base 1600, and the bracket 1100 fixes the top end of the electrode pillar 1300 by the limiting structure 1102, so as to ensure that the electrode pillar 1300 is fixedly mounted at both ends, and to improve reliability of structure assembling of the atomization assembly.

[0058] Additional description regarding the limiting structure 1102: the contact surface of the limiting structure 1102 for pressing against the sidewall of the electrode pillar 1300 needs to be set in a form that is adapted to the sidewall of the electrode pillar 1300, that is, contact surfaces of the limiting structure 1102 and the electrode pillar 1300 match each other. Specifically, in some examples, if the electrode pillar 1300 has a circular cross-section, the contact surface of the limiting structure 1102 is set to be a curved surface. In some examples, if the cross-section of the electrode pillar 1300 is rectangular, the contact surface of the limiting structure 1102 is provided as a flat surface.

[0059] As an embodiment, each limiting structure 1102 is provided with a tilted guiding surface 1103 on a side of the limiting structure 1102 away from the heat generating structure 1200. In a direction tilted from the first direction, the guiding surface 1103 extends in a tilted manner from the surface of the limiting structure 1102, and the guiding surface 1103 is provided as an arcuate surface or a planar surface. Specifically, when the electrode pillar 1300 is arranged into the installation region 1101 along the first direction, the sidewall of the electrode pillar 1300 abuts against the guiding surface 1103, and the sidewall of the electrode pillar 1300 snaps into the installation region 1101 along the guiding surface 1103.

[0060] It can be understood that when the electrode pillar 1300 is snapped into the installation region 1101, the outer peripheral sidewall of the electrode pillar 1300 gradually squeezes the guiding surface 1103 to gradually deform the limiting structure 1102 so that the electrode pillar 1300 is snapped into the limiting gap.

[0061] As an embodiment, disconnected connection sections 1203 are respectively provided at the left and right ends of the heat generating structure 1200, hence, recessed avoidance regions 1106 are provided on the side surfaces of the bracket 1100, and the connection sections 1203 are located in the avoidance regions 1106. In conjunction with FIG. 2, FIG. 4, and FIG. 5, the avoidance regions 1106 are connected to the installation region 1101, and the avoidance region 1106 separates the sidewall where the limiting structure 1102 is located into two segments.

[0062] In this case, at least one limiting structure 1102 is provided on each of the sidewalls of the installation region 1101 that are on a same side of the installation region 1101 and are separated as two segments; or, for the sidewalls of the installation region 1101 that are on a same side of the installation region 1101 and are separated as two segments, the one that is proximate to the sidewall at the top of the electrode pillar 1300 is provided with at least one limiting structure 1102.

[0063] Further, the inner sidewalls of the avoidance regions 1106 can clamp the connection sections 1203 of the heat generating structure 1200, so as to play a role of fixing for the heat generating structure 1200.

[0064] As an embodiment, at least one of the heat generating structure 1200 and the electrode pillar 1300 is provided with a first protrusion structure 1201 at a position corresponding to the other of the heat generating structure 1200 and the electrode pillar 1300. It can be understood that, by arranging the first protrusion structure 1201, it is ensured that the outer peripheral sidewall of the electrode pillar 1300 can contact the heat generating structure 1200, and the pressing effect of the electrode pillar 1300 on the heat generating structure 1200 can be enhanced, which ensures adequate compression between the electrode pillar 1300 and the heat generating structure 1200.

[0065] Specifically, the heat generating structure 1200 is provided with the first protrusion structure 1201 protruding towards the electrode pillar 1300, and the sidewall of the electrode pillar 1300 contacts the first protrusion structure 1201. Further, in conjunction with FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, corresponding to the positions of the two electrode pillars 1300, first protrusion structures 1201 are respectively arranged at positions near the left and right side edges of the heat generating structure 1200.

[0066] In some examples, corresponding to the positions of the electrode pillars 1300, the heat generating structure 1200 is provided with at least two first protrusion structures 1201 that are spaced apart, in the axial direction of each electrode pillar 1300. It can be understood that the first protrusion structures 1201 are respectively provided at positions proximate to the top and the bottom ends of the electrode pillar 1300, so as to allow the electrode pillar 1300 to apply uniform pressure to the upper and lower parts of the heat generating structure 1200.

[0067] In some examples, the first protrusion structure 1201 is stamped and formed on the heat generating structure 1200; and under the stamping action, the side of the heat generating structure 1200 facing the electrode pillar 1300 protrudes to form a bump as the first protrusion structure 1201.

[0068] For the design of the first protrusion structure 1201, there are also alternative solutions. Corresponding to the position of the electrode pillar 1300, the heat generating structure 1200 is provided with a first protrusion structure 1201 at a position near the side, and the first protrusion structure 1201 is arranged to extend along the axial direction of the electrode pillar 1300 to form a rectangular bump.

[0069] It can be understood that, in other embodiments, the first protrusion structure 1201 may be provided at a corresponding position on the electrode pillar 1300 where the electrode pillar 1300 is in contact with the heat generating structure 1200.

[0070] As an embodiment, a second protrusion structure 1202 is provided between the heat generating structure 1200 and the gas channel structure 1501, and the gas channel structure 1501 causes the heat generating structure 1200 to press against the oil guiding component 1400 through the second protrusion structure 1202.

[0071] It can be understood that, in a case that a heat generating structure 1200 in a planar form contacts a gas channel structure 1501, there may be a problem that the gas channel structure 1501 does not apply enough force on the heat generating structure 1200 so that the heat generating structure 1200 does not press the oil guiding component 1400 tightly. Therefore, the second protrusion structure 1202 is provided between the heat generating structure 1200 and the gas channel structure 1501, to enhance the acting force of the gas channel structure 1501 onto the heat generating structure 1200 and then enhance the compression of the heat generating structure 1200 onto the oil guiding component 1400. As a result, sufficient compression between the heat generating structure 1200 and the oil guiding component 1400 is ensured.

[0072] Specifically, in conjunction with FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the heat generating structure 1200 is provided with a second protrusion structure 1202 on the side facing the gas channel structure 1501, and the second protrusion structure 1202 protrudes on the side of the heat generating structure 1200 facing the gas channel structure 1501. Further, a second protrusion structure 1202 protruding towards the gas channel structure 1501 is provided at each of the two opposite ends of the heat generating structure 1200 along the axial direction of the electrode pillar 1300.

[0073] In some examples, the second protrusion structure 1202 is stamped and formed on the heat generating structure 1200; and under the stamping action, the side of the heat generating structure 1200 facing the gas channel structure 1501 protrudes to form a bump as the second protrusion structure 1202.

[0074] In some examples, on the side of the heat generating structure 1200 facing the gas channel structure 1501, a second protrusion structure 1202 is provided at each of a position near the top and a position near the bottom of the heat generating structure 1200, so that the gas channel structure 1501 can enhance pressures on the upper and lower parts of the heat generating structure 1200, respectively.

[0075] Further, on the side of the heat generating structure 1200 facing the gas channel structure 1501, one second protrusion structure 1202 is provided at each of a position near the top and a position near the bottom of the heat generating structure 1200, and the second protrusion structure 1202 is provided as a rectangular bump. Or, for each of the position near the top and the position near the bottom of the heat generating structure 1200, at least two second protrusion structures 1202 that are spaced apart are provided.

[0076] It can be understood that in some other embodiments, the second protrusion structure 1202 may be provided on a side of the gas channel structure 1501 facing the heat generating structure 1200.

[0077] As an embodiment, the gas channel structure 1501 and the bottom sealing structure 1502 are separately formed, and the gas channel structure 1501 and the bottom sealing structure 1502 are in a separable connection relationship. Or, the gas channel structure 1501 and the bottom sealing structure 1502 are integrally formed.

[0078] Based on the above descriptions of the atomization assembly, a supplementary description of the structure of the atomizer is provided hereinafter.

[0079] As an embodiment, the atomizer includes a power supply component, a housing of the power supply component is connected to the oil cup 2000, and positive and negative poles of the power supply component respectively contact the two electrode pillars 1300. The power supply component is provided with a switch to energize the electrode pillars 1300 and then cause the heat generating structure 1200 to start generating heat.

[0080] Further, the power supply component is provided with a removable battery to allow battery replacement, or the power supply component is provided with a rechargeable battery.

[0081] In some examples, the connection between the housing of the power supply component and the oil cup 2000 is detachable to enable reuse of the power supply component. Specifically, the detachable connection between the housing of the power supply component and the oil cup 2000 includes, but is not limited to, snap connection, magnetic connection, screw connection, or the like.
