Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of construction, and in particular to a method for constructing a pedestrian bridge and a pedestrian ramp connected to an existing building. BACKGROUND

[0002] A pedestrian bridge is a traffic link between two banks of urban rivers. With the continuous upgrading of cities, there are existing buildings such as libraries, medical centers, and other public buildings on two banks, and the flow of people is growing rapidly. Therefore, it has been difficult to meet the current demands of the pedestrian bridge, and the construction period is tight. To relieve traffic pressure and meet the requirements of seamless tour experience of the two banks, pedestrian ramps need to be connected between the pedestrian bridges and the banks of the existing buildings, and the pedestrian bridges and pedestrian ramps need to be synchronously constructed, to shorten the construction period. The pedestrian ramp can meet sightseeing requirements, and can share the flow pressure of the pedestrian bridge, thereby continuing the spatial vitality of the cities.

[0003] In the construction of the pedestrian bridge, the pile foundation is constructed in a manner of hole-forming by rotary drill, and a bearing platform is constructed in a steel pipe pile cofferdam construction process. Steel angle frames are constructed for steel construction on the bearing platform, and arch hinge bases of V-legs are embedded on land of the two banks. The V-legs are hinged to corresponding arch hinge bases. The main structure of an arch bridge is prefabricated in segments in factories, transported to the sites, and hoisted at positions by water trestle bridges and temporary supports. Segments are welded as a whole. V-legs at two ends of the pedestrian bridge are tensioned with tie rods, to camber to a design value, and then foot arches of the pedestrian bridge are converted into a fixed structure, to complete the construction of the pedestrian bridge. At present, the biggest problem in the synchronous construction of the pedestrian bridge and the pedestrian ramp lies in that because one end of the pedestrian ramp is connected to the pedestrian bridge deck, in the final cambering step of the pedestrian bridge, one end of the pedestrian ramp is hoisted upwards. As a result, the position of the pedestrian ramp body is changed. Therefore, a series of constructions need to be adjusted, which affects the construction progress and quality. Thus, there is still room for improvement. SUMMARY

[0004] To ensure synchronous construction efficiency of a pedestrian ramp and a pedestrian bridge, the present disclosure provides a method for constructing a pedestrian bridge and a pedestrian ramp connected to an existing building.

[0005] The technical solution of the method for constructing a pedestrian bridge and a pedestrian ramp connected to an existing building provided in the present disclosure is as follows:

[0006] A method for constructing a pedestrian bridge and a pedestrian ramp connected to an existing building includes:

[0007] SI, synchronously constructing a pile foundation of a main bridge of a pedestrian bridge and a pile foundation of a pedestrian ramp bridge;

[0008] S2, synchronously constructing a temporary support of the main bridge and a temporary support of the pedestrian ramp bridge;

[0009] S3, synchronously hoisting structural segments of the main bridge and structural segments of the pedestrian ramp bridge, specifically including hoisting the structural segments of the main bridge onto the temporary support of the main bridge, hoisting the structural segments of the pedestrian ramp bridge onto the temporary support for the pedestrian ramp bridge, mounting a sliding movement structure at a bottom, close to the main bridge of the pedestrian bridge, of the structural segment of the pedestrian ramp bridge, and placing the sliding movement structure on one of the structural segments of the main bridge; and hoisting one end of the structural segment close to an existing building body to an outdoor corridor of the existing building body;

[0010] S4, connecting adjacent structural segments of the main bridge, to form a pedestrian bridge body, and connecting adjacent structural segments of the pedestrian ramp bridge, to form a pedestrian ramp body;

[0011] S5, removing the temporary support of the main bridge of the pedestrian bridge, structurally cambering the main bridge of the pedestrian bridge, and allowing a joint between the pedestrian ramp body and the pedestrian bridge body to relatively slide under an action of the sliding movement structure;

[0012] S6, performing pouring construction at the joint between the pedestrian bridge body and the pedestrian ramp body, and performing pouring construction at a joint between the pedestrian ramp body and the existing building body; and

[0013] S7, removing the temporary support for the pedestrian ramp bridge.

[0014] In the technical solution, synchronous construction of the pedestrian bridge and the pedestrian ramp bridge is performed without causing any conflict. To resolve the problem that positions moves because of cambering of the pedestrian bridge, the sliding movement structure is mounted at the bottom, close to the main bridge of the pedestrian bridge, of the structural segments of the pedestrian ramp bridge. Connections between the structural segments are completed via the sliding movement structure placed on one of the structural segments of the main bridge. Then, the pedestrian bridge is cambered, and the joint between the pedestrian ramp body and the pedestrian bridge body relatively slides under the action of the sliding movement structure. Therefore, construction of structural segments of a pedestrian ramp and other ramps cannot be affected excessively. This ensures synchronous construction efficiency of the pedestrian ramps and the pedestrian bridge, and is conducive to shortening the construction period of the pedestrian bridge and the pedestrian ramp.

[0015] Preferably, the sliding movement structure includes a support plate and a roller that is disposed at a bottom of the support plate, and the structural segment of the pedestrian ramp bridge is connected to the support plate via a universal joint.

[0016] In the technical solution, flexibility of the sliding movement structure is improved. During cambering of the pedestrian bridge, angles of the pedestrian ramp body and the pedestrian bridge body are changed directly. Due to the universal joint, it is conducive to resolving the upturning of the sliding movement structure because of the change in the angles of the pedestrian bridge body and the pedestrian ramp body. This is conducive to stability of the sliding movement structure.

[0017] Preferably, in S2, a first jack is mounted on each temporary support for the pedestrian ramp bridge, and when the structural segment of the pedestrian ramp bridge is hoisted onto the temporary support for the pedestrian ramp bridge, the first jack supports a bottom of the structural segment of the pedestrian ramp bridge; and in the connecting adjacent structural segments of the pedestrian ramp bridge in S4, a height position of a corresponding structural segment of the pedestrian ramp bridge is adjusted via the first jack, to splice adjacent structural segments of the pedestrian ramp bridge.

[0018] Preferably, in the structurally cambering the main bridge of the pedestrian bridge in S5, the pedestrian ramp body is adjusted via the first jack on each temporary support for the pedestrian ramp bridge, to enable the first jack to jack upwards while the joint between the pedestrian ramp body and the pedestrian bridge body to moves, and provide a supporting force for the pedestrian ramp body.

[0019] In the technical solution, the structural segments of the pedestrian ramp bridge are adjusted via the first jack in S2, to align and splice adjacent structural segments of the pedestrian ramp bridge. The pedestrian ramp body is jacked and supported as a whole in S4, to scatter loads on the pedestrian ramp body. This is conducive to improving stability of the pedestrian ramp bridge while the pedestrian bridge is cambered.

[0020] Preferably, before the performing pouring construction at the j oint between the pedestrian bridge body and the pedestrian ramp body in S6, a support structure is mounted, the support structure supports an end, at the pedestrian bridge body, of the pedestrian ramp body, the sliding movement structure is then removed, formwork is constructed at the joint between the pedestrian bridge body and the pedestrian ramp body, and concrete pouring construction is performed at the joint between the pedestrian bridge body and the pedestrian ramp body.

[0021] In the technical solution, the sliding movement structure is replaced with the support structure, which is conducive to improving solidity of the connection between the pedestrian bridge body and the main body of the pedestrian ramp body.

[0022] Preferably, the support structure is a second jack, and after the removing the sliding movement structure, the second jack matches the first jack to jack up the pedestrian ramp body and adjust a tilt angle of the pedestrian ramp body.

[0023] In the technical solution, to satisfy parallelism of the pedestrian ramp body, the second jack matches the first jack to jack upwards the pedestrian ramp body and adjust the tilt angle of the pedestrian ramp body. This is conducive to adjusting levelness of the pedestrian ramp body until to satisfy the design requirements.

[0024] Preferably, a lower segment of a pier body of the pedestrian ramp bridge is constructed on the pile foundation of the pedestrian ramp bridge while the temporary support for the pedestrian ramp bridge is constructed in S2.

[0025] Preferably, construction of the pier body of the pedestrian ramp bridge over the pile foundation of the pedestrian ramp bridge is completed before the removing the temporary supports of the pedestrian ramp bridge in S7, the pier body of the pedestrian ramp bridge provides support for the pedestrian ramp body, and the temporary support for the pedestrian ramp bridge is removed after the construction of the pier body of the pedestrian ramp bridge is completed.

[0026] In the technical solution, while the temporary support is constructed for the pedestrian ramp bridge, the pedestrian ramp body is constructed first. That is, the pier foundation of the pedestrian ramp body is constructed first. The construction of the pier body of the pedestrian ramp body may be completed before the temporary support for the pedestrian ramp bridge is removed in S7. As a permanent support structure, the pier of the pedestrian ramp bridge provides support for the pedestrian ramp bridge. This is conducive to improving stability of the pedestrian ramp bridge after a pedestrian ramp is bridged.

[0027] In conclusion, the present disclosure has at least the following beneficial technical effects.

[0028] 1. Synchronous construction of the pedestrian bridge and the pedestrian ramp bridge is performed without causing any conflict.

[0029] 2. The first jack is mounted on each temporary support for the pedestrian ramp bridge, to adjust the structural segment of the pedestrian ramp bridge in S2, thereby aligning and splicing the adjacent structural segment of the pedestrian ramp bridge. The pedestrian ramp body is jacked and supported as a whole in S4, to scatter loads on the pedestrian ramp body. This is conducive to improving stability of the pedestrian ramp bridge while the pedestrian bridge is cambered. During cambering of the pedestrian bridge in S5, the pedestrian ramp body is adjusted via the first jack on each temporary support for the pedestrian ramp bridge, to provide a supporting force for the pedestrian ramp body.

[0030] 3. While the temporary support is constructed for the pedestrian ramp bridge, the pedestrian ramp body is constructed first. That is, the pier foundation of the pedestrian ramp body is constructed first. The construction of the pier body of the pedestrian ramp body may be completed before the temporary support for the pedestrian ramp bridge is removed in S7, to improve construction efficiency. In addition, as a permanent support structure, the pier of the pedestrian ramp bridge provides support for the pedestrian ramp bridge. This is conducive to improving stability of the pedestrian ramp bridge after the pedestrian ramp is bridged. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

[0036] The present disclosure will be further described in detail below with reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4.

[0037] The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for constructing a pedestrian bridge and a pedestrian ramp connected to an existing building. Referring to FIG. 1, in this embodiment, a pedestrian bridge is a steel arch bridge. Two ends of the pedestrian bridge are respectively located on land of two banks, and a middle part of the pedestrian bridge is a steel box girder structure. Steel box girder structures of a pedestrian bridge body 1 and the pedestrian ramp body 2 are prefabricated in sections at a factory, and then transported to a site for hoisting construction. An existing building is located on a bank, the pedestrian ramp body 2 is connected to the pedestrian bridge body 1 and the existing building body 3. The pedestrian ramp body 2 is a steel box girder structure, and the pedestrian ramp body 2 can reduce traffic pressure of the pedestrian bridge, to meet the requirements of seamless tour experience of two banks.

[0038] Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, to ensure synchronous construction efficiency of the pedestrian ramp and the pedestrian bridge, the present disclosure provides a method for constructing a pedestrian bridge and a pedestrian ramp connected to an existing building. The method includes:

[0039] SI: Synchronously construct a pile foundation of a main bridge of a pedestrian bridge and a pile foundation 6 of a pedestrian ramp bridge. In the construction link of the pedestrian bridge, foundations on two banks of a river are treated first, and pit excavation is performed. The pile foundation is constructed in a manner of hole-forming by rotary drill, and a bearing platform of the pile foundation is constructed in a steel pipe pile cofferdam construction process. In addition, steel angle frames are constructed for steel construction on the bearing platform of the pile foundation, to ensure the accurate positions of an arch hinge base and an anchor plate of a preembedded V-leg 12.

[0040] In addition, a steel trestle bridge is built in water as a construction platform for transportation of materials via the steel box girder and hoisting of a crane.

[0041] During construction of the pedestrian ramp bridge, a site is leveled first, drilling construction is completed, and construction of the pile foundation 6 of the pedestrian ramp bridge is completed.

[0042] S2: Synchronously construct a temporary support 10 of the main bridge and a temporary support 5 of the pedestrian ramp bridge. The temporary support is made of ¢630 x 10 mm steel pipe piles. A set of temporary supports includes six steel pipe piles, and a temporary support located at a center of a Y-shaped position includes eight steel pipe piles. Distribution beams on tops of the steel pipe piles are made of double-pieced HM588 profile steels, and connected via ¢426 steel pipes.

[0043] Two bi-directional jacks are mounted on tops of the temporary support 10 of the main bridge and the temporary support 5 of the pedestrian ramp bridge, to finely, vertically and horizontally adjust the steel box girder structure. The first jack 4 is used to vertically adjust the steel box girder structure. Further, a lower segment of a pier body of the pedestrian ramp bridge is constructed on the pile foundation 6 of the pedestrian ramp bridge while the temporary support 5 of the pedestrian ramp bridge is constructed, to make preparations for construction of the pier body 61 of the pedestrian ramp bridge.

[0044] S3: Synchronously hoist structural segments 11 of the main bridge and structural segments 21 of the pedestrian ramp bridge.

[0045] In this embodiment, hoisting construction is performed for the structural segments 11 of the main bridge of the pedestrian bridge using an automobile crane. The automobile crane travels on a trestle bridge, to hoist the structural segments 11 of the main bridge onto the temporary support 10 of the main bridge.

[0046] The structural segments 21 of the pedestrian ramp bridge is constructed using a large tonnage automobile crane for hoisting, and the structural segment 21 of the pedestrian ramp bridge is hoisted onto the temporary support 5 of the pedestrian ramp bridge, and supported by the first jack 4. In addition, a sliding movement structure 8 is mounted at a bottom, close to the main bridge of the pedestrian bridge, of the structural segments 21 of the pedestrian ramp bridge. The sliding movement structure 8 includes a support plate and a plurality of rollers that are disposed at a bottom of the support plate, and the structural segment 21 of the pedestrian ramp bridge is connected to the support plate via a universal joint 9. This improves flexibility of the sliding movement structure 8. The sliding movement structure 8 is placed on one of the structural segments 11 of the main bridge, and the rollers abut against an upper surface of the structural segments 11 of the main bridge.

[0047] Railings of the outdoor corridor 31, close to the pedestrian ramp, of the existing building body 3 are removed in advance, and then one ends, close to the existing building body 3, of the structural segments 21 of the pedestrian ramp bridge are hoisted onto the outdoor corridor 31 outside the existing building body 3. A group of first jacks 4 are disposed between the outdoor corridor 31 and the structural segments 21 of the pedestrian ramp bridge. Support for the structural segments 21 of the pedestrian ramp bridge is adjusted via the first jacks 4.

[0048] S4: Connect adjacent structural segments 11 of the main bridge, to form a pedestrian bridge body 1, and connect adjacent structural segments 21 of the pedestrian ramp bridge, to form a pedestrian ramp body 2. When adjacent structural segments 21 of the pedestrian ramp bridge are connected, a position of a ramp structure is adjusted via the first jack 4, to align and weld the adjacent structural segments 21 of the pedestrian ramp bridge.

[0049] Before cambering the pedestrian bridge, the pedestrian ramp body 2 is in a tilt state. A tilted upper end of the pedestrian ramp body 2 faces the existing building body 3, and a tilted lower end of the pedestrian ramp body 2 faces the pedestrian bridge body I.

[0050] S5: Remove the temporary support 10 of the main bridge of the pedestrian bridge, camber the main bridge of the pedestrian bridge, tension rear tie rods of the V-leg 12 at two ends of the pedestrian bridge body 1, to enable a middle part of the pedestrian bridge to be cambered, and enable the joint between the pedestrian ramp body 2 and the pedestrian bridge body 1 to move relatively under a rolling action of the rollers of the sliding movement structure 8.

[0051] A support structure is mounted on an upper surface of the pedestrian bridge body 1, and the support structure is located below the pedestrian ramp body 2. Specifically, the support structure is a second jack 7. The second jack 7 supports an end, at the pedestrian bridge body 1, of the pedestrian ramp body 2, and then the sliding movement structure 8 is removed. In this case, the first jack 4 at the top of each temporary support 5 of the pedestrian ramp bridge matches the second jack 7 to jack upwards the pedestrian ramp body 2, to provide a supporting force for the pedestrian bridge body 1. The tilted upper end of the pedestrian ramp body 2 moves until the pedestrian ramp body 2 reaches a specific tilt angle.

[0052] Construction of the pier body 61 of the pedestrian ramp bridge over the pile foundation 6 of the pedestrian ramp bridge is completed before the removing the temporary supports 5 of the pedestrian ramp bridge, and the pier body 61 of the pedestrian ramp bridge provides support for the pedestrian ramp body 2.

[0053] S6: Perform pouring construction at the joint between the pedestrian bridge body 1 and the pedestrian ramp body 2, and perform pouring construction at a joint between the pedestrian ramp body 2 and the existing building body 3.

[0054] Referring to FIG. 3, a steel bar is implanted in the joint between the pedestrian bridge body 1 and the pedestrian ramp body 2, and a steel bar is implanted in a joint between the outdoor corridor 31 of the existing building body 3 and the pedestrian ramp body 2. Formwork is constructed at the joint between the pedestrian bridge body 1 and the pedestrian ramp body 2, and formwork is constructed at the joint between the pedestrian ramp body 2 and the existing building body 3. Steel bars are tied in the formwork. Then, pouring construction is performed at the joint between the pedestrian bridge body 1 and the pedestrian ramp body 2, and pouring construction is performed at the joint between the pedestrian ramp body 2 and the existing building body 3. The first jack 4 and the second jack 7 are embedded in concrete. The construction of the pedestrian ramp bridge connecting the pedestrian bridge to the existing building is completed.

[0055] In addition, because the two ends of the pedestrian ramp body 2 are constructed on a surface of the pedestrian bridge body 1 and a surface of the outdoor corridor 31 of the existing building body 3, the surface of the pedestrian bridge body 1 and the surface of the outdoor corridor 31 protrude outside. Therefore, surfaces of the two ends of the pedestrian ramp body 2 are respectively connected to the surface of the pedestrian bridge body 1 and the surface of the outdoor corridor 31, to facilitate traveling of tourists.

[0056] S7: Remove the temporary support 5 of the pedestrian ramp bridge after the construction of the pier body 61 of the pedestrian ramp bridge is completed.

[0057] The above are preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, but the protection scope of the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Therefore, all equivalent changes made in accordance with the structure, shape, and principle of the present disclosure shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
