Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of binding belt fixing buckles, and specifically to a press buckle. DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ART

[0002] Binding woven belts are used to secure goods during transportation, movement, or storage. They are lightweight, reliable, time-saving and labor-saving during use, and widely applicable. In addition, they can effectively prevent damage to goods caused by falling or shifting. A locking press buckle is arranged at one end of a binding woven belt, and the other end of the binding woven belt is a free end. After goods are bound and secured by the binding woven belt, the free end needs to be threaded into the locking press buckle, and then the press buckle is fastened to finally lock the binding woven belt. Therefore, the tightening force of the press buckle affects the securing effect of the binding belt on goods and the stability and safety during use.

[0003] Patent CN218737539U discloses an anti-dropping press buckle, including a press buckle base, press buckle teeth, and a foldable operating handle. The press buckle teeth are hinged on the press buckle base, the operating handle is connected to the press buckle teeth, and downward or upward flipping of the press buckle teeth is driven by the operating handle. One end of a woven belt is threaded between the press buckle base and the press buckle teeth, the woven belt is locked when the press buckle teeth are flipped downwards, and the woven belt is loosened when the press buckle teeth are flipped upwards.

[0004] In the above solution, the locking and loosening of the woven belt is controlled by the flipping of the operating handle, so the operation is easy. However, the anti-dropping press buckle has many parts, and the operating handle is prone to loosening and even dropping or breaking after long-term repeated flipping. As a result, the fastening force of the press buckle teeth is inadequate, and the woven belt is prone to accidental loosening during use to pose safety hazards. SUMMARY

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

[0036] To make the objectives, technical solutions, and beneficial effects of the embodiments of the present disclosure clearer, the technical solutions herein will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Apparently, the described embodiments are some but not all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present disclosure without any creative efforts shall fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.

[0037] The directions described in the embodiment are all referenced when the press buckle is placed horizontally.

[0038] With reference to FIGs. 1-11, a press buckle provided by the embodiment may be made of steel, plastic, or various other novel materials. The press buckle includes a basal portion and a press plate, and the basal portion and the press plate are preferably integrally formed. The basal portion includes a base 1, one end of the base 1 is fixedly connected to a first end of a woven belt 15, and the other end of the base 1 is provided with a first hole 2 through which a second end of the woven belt passes. A side connecting portion 3 is arranged on each of two sides of the base 1, and the side connecting portion 3 is provided with a second hole 4.

[0039] The press plate includes a press portion 5, the press portion 5 is connected to a rotating portion 6, the rotating portion 6 is connected to a locking portion 7, and locking teeth 8 are arranged at a tail end of the locking portion 7. A rotating shaft 9 is arranged on each of two sides of the rotating portion 6, and the rotating shafts 9 are limited to rotate in the second holes 4 respectively.

[0040] A torsion spring 10 is connected between the base 1 and the press portion 5, and the base 1 and the press portion 5 are provided with stop members that limit two force arms 17 of the torsion spring 10, respectively. When the press portion 5 is not subjected to a pressing force, the locking teeth 8 abut against the base 1 under action of the torsion spring, to lock the second end of the woven belt passing through the second holes to the base 1 firmly. When the press portion 5 is subjected to downward pressure, the rotating shafts rotate in the second holes, the locking portion moves upwards under the force, the locking teeth disengage from the basal portion, and the woven belt can be adjusted.

[0041] The press buckle in this embodiment is composed of only three components: the basal portion, the press plate, and the torsion spring, so the structure is simple and the production cost is reduced. The basal portion, the press plate, and the torsion spring are connected stably, and the woven belt can be firmly locked on the base through the force of the torsion spring, thereby improving the locking force and safety during use.

[0042] With reference to FIG. 9, in a preferred solution, the rotating portion 6 is raised upwards relative to the locking portion 7, and the press portion 5 is raised upwards relative to the rotating portion 7. In order to make the press portion more ergonomic and user-friendly, a tail end of the press portion 5 is in a downward-bent arc shape.

[0043] In a preferred solution, with reference to FIG. 3 and FIG. 10, the two force arms of the torsion spring 10 simultaneously face one of the side connecting portions 3.

[0044] In an exemplary solution, with reference to FIG. 8, the base 1 is provided with a first stop member 11, an angle between a side, facing the torsion spring 10, of the first stop member 11 and the base 1 is not greater than 90°, and one force arm of the torsion spring 10 is limited in a space formed by the base 1 and the first stop member 11.

[0045] In an exemplary solution, with reference to FIG. 9, a second stop member 12 is arranged on a lower bottom surface of the press portion 5, the second stop member 12 extends towards the base 1, and the other force arm of the torsion spring 10 is limited in a space formed by the lower bottom surface of the press portion 5 and the second stop member 12. The first stop member and the second stop member jointly limit the torsion spring from two directions to prevent the torsion spring from falling off the structure, thereby improving the stability of connection between the structures of the press buckle and better achieving a locking effect.

[0046] In a preferred solution, a woven belt adjusting portion 13 that bulges upwards and has an arc-shaped surface is arranged outside the first hole 2, and the second end of the woven belt passes through the first hole 2 to the woven belt adjusting portion 13. When force is applied to the press portion to keep the locking teeth away from the basal portion, the binding length of the woven belt can be adjusted. As the surface of the woven belt adjusting portion is arc-shaped, the woven belt can directly abut against the surface and a tiny force can be applied to implement pulling adjustment on the woven belt.

[0047] In a preferred solution, the locking teeth 8 are arranged downwards; and when the press portion 5 is not subjected to the pressing force, the locking teeth 8 fall into the first hole 2, and at least a portion of an outer wall of the locking portion 7 abuts against a wall of the first hole 2. Since the locking teeth are arranged downwards, a force perpendicular to the woven belt can be applied, so that the woven belt is less prone to loosening or sliding and can be used for binding heavier goods.

[0048] In a preferred solution, one end of the base 1 is provided with a third hole 14, and the first end of the woven belt passes through the third hole 14 and then is fixed to the woven belt body. Optionally, the press buckle in this embodiment may further be configured with a hole ring 16, and the woven belt passes through the hole ring 16. The woven belt can be organized by the sliding of the hole ring on the woven belt.

[0049] After the press buckle in this embodiment is fastened, a tensile test is performed on the woven belt thereon. The test results are shown in the table below and FIGs. 12 and 13. Sample number Maximum force / N Maximum force deformation / mm Maximum deformation / mm At total elongation% Maximum force elongation% 1 2806.9 80.262 80.43 80.4 80 2 2581.4 65.022 65.36 65.4 65

[0050] It can be seen from the above results that, after the press buckle of this embodiment fastens the woven belt, the woven belt can withstand a maximum tensile force of 2806.9 N, showing that the press buckle of this embodiment can provide greater locking force and safety.

[0051] The above embodiments are only illustrative descriptions of the present disclosure and do not limit the scope of the present disclosure. Various modifications and improvements made by those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the design spirit of the present disclosure shall fall into the protection scope determined by the present disclosure.
