Description The invention relates to a stationery holder that can hold different thicknesses of stationery securely and stops the stationery moving around once inserted. Conventional stationery holders or pen holders generally have a limited size range in the size of pens that can be stored or they incorporate an elastic or spring mechanism to hold the pens, but in this case the pens can move side to side which increases the likelihood of stationery catching on other items or damaging the pens or the holder. To overcome this problem, the stationery holder is formed from a profile that consists of a back which has a recess located within and arm or arms that clamp the stationery against the recess. Before stationery is inserted into the holder the distance between the arm or arms and the back is less than the diameter of a pencil, and because it can be made from flexible material the arm, or arms can open, and different sizes of stationery can be stored within the cavity. The stationery holder is made from a material that is flexible but remembers its original shape, and therefore once stationery is inserted into the cavity the arm or arms clamp the stationery against the recess and the stationery is held securely, the recess within the back stops the pens moving around. With the addition of adhesive tape, adhesive hook and loop tape, or another type of fixing method the stationery holder can be fixed to notepads, clipboards, tables, walls or any other surface that the end user will find useful. The profile can be integrated within cases or covers for notepads, phone cases, tablet cases or any other product that benefits from having a compartment for stationery equipment. The profile can be repeated so that a stationery holder could be made with multiple cavities. When drawing or writing it is often useful to be able to store different types / sizes of pens in a convenient location when not in use, the features of this invention provide usefulness to for in a variety of situations. Claims

1. A stationery holder made from flexible material comprising a cavity, back and arms, stationery is inserted into the cavity and the arms clamp the stationery against a recess located within the back which stops the stationery from moving around.

2. A stationery holder according to claim 1, in which adhesive tape is located on the rear of the back that allows the stationery holder to be affixed to a surface.

3. A stationery holder according to claim 1, in which one side of hook and loop tape is located on the rear of the back and the other side of the hook and loop tape is located on a surface that allows the stationery holder to be affixed and removed from the surface.

4. A stationery holder according to claim 1, in which the stationery holder is integrated into a case or cover or other product that benefits from having stationery attached.

5. A stationery holder according to claim 1, in which the stationery holder is combined multiple times to allow storage of multiple stationery items.

6. A stationery holder according to claim 2, in which the stationery holder is combined multiple times to allow storage of multiple stationery items.

7. A stationery holder according to claim 3, in which the stationery holder is combined multiple times to allow storage of multiple stationery items.

8. A stationery holder according to claim 4, in which the profile is combined multiple times to allow storage of multiple stationery items.
