14. A cover as claimed in claim 13, wherein the shoulder extends substantially parallel to the abutment surface of the frame.

15. A cover as claimed in claim 13 or claim 14, wherein the spacing of the shoulder and the abutment surface of the frame is substantially equal to the thickness of the panel.

16. A cover as claimed in any preceding claims, wherein the frame is substantially rectangular.

17. A cover as claimed in any of the preceding claims, wherein the frame is sufficiently deformable to allow the panel to move over the retaining members into engagement with the abutment surface.

18. A cover as claimed in any of the preceding claims, wherein the frame is made from plastics material.

19. A cover as claimed in any of the preceding claims, wherein the frame is moulded in one piece.

20. A cover as claimed in any of the preceding claims, wherein the frame comprises one or more hinge components.
