An infant garment, comprising:a body portion having a front region and a back region;a compression element attachable to the front region, wherein the compression element is configured, when attached, to apply targeted compression to the front region;a fastening mechanism of the compression element for securing the compression element in place on the wearer of the garment;an attachment system disposed on the body portion, wherein the attachment system is configured to allow detachable connection of the compression element;wherein the attachment system comprises a first plurality of fasteners arranged on an area of the front region of the garment which are configured to detachably couple to a corresponding second plurality of fasteners which are arranged on the compression element, the second plurality of fasteners being spaced closer together than the first plurality of fasteners, thereby causing targeted compression of the area of the front region where the first plurality of fasteners are arranged when the first plurality of fasteners and second plurality of fasteners are attached.

2. The infant garment of claim 1, wherein the compression element comprises a belt having said second plurality of fasteners disposed on an inner surface thereof, the belt having adjustable tension to vary the amount of compression applied to the front region.

3. The infant garment of claim 1, further comprising a pocket integrated into the front region, the pocket configured to hold a thermal insert.

4. The infant garment of claim 3, wherein the thermal insert is selected from the group consisting of a heatable pad and a coolable pad.

5. The infant garment of claim 1, further comprising sensory accessories configured to be detachably connected to the first plurality of fasteners of the attachment system.21 10 256. The infant garment of claim 6, wherein the sensory accessories include textured elements or toys.

7. The infant garment of claim 1, wherein the compression element is positioned to avoid exerting pressure on the lateral sides of the body portion.

8. The infant garment of claim 1, further comprising an elastic portion on the back region configured to provide flexibility and mobility while maintaining the position of the body portion.

9. The infant garment of claim 1, wherein the body portion is formed of a hypoallergenic and breathable fabric.

10. The infant garment of claim 1, wherein the fastening mechanism further comprises hook-and-loop fasteners.

11. The infant garment of claim 1, wherein the compression element is positioned around the abdominal region to allow adjustment of compression based on the size and needs of the infant.

12. The infant garment of claim 1, further comprising sensors integrated into the body portion, the sensors configured to monitor one or more physiological parameters of the infant.

13. The infant garment of claim 12, wherein the sensors are selected from the group consisting of heart rate sensors, temperature sensors, and oxygen saturation sensors.

14. The infant garment of claim 13, wherein the heart rate sensors are configured to detect the infant's heart rate through contact with the skin at the front region, and the temperature sensors are positioned in the abdominal region to measure the infant's body temperature.

15. The infant garment of claim 13, wherein the oxygen saturation sensors are configured to monitor the infant's blood oxygen levels through a non-invasive sensor positioned on the body portion.

16. The infant garment of claim 12, wherein the sensors are configured to wirelessly transmit data to an external device, the external device comprising a smartphoneapplication or other mobile device configured to display real-time physiological data and provide alerts if the physiological parameters fall outside a predetermined range.21 10 25s
