Sherbet-like ice scraper

Abstract

This product is a blade that scrapes off the sherbet-like ice while rotating in a cylindrical ice making section in a sherbet-like ice making device that produces sherbet-like ice by cooling raw water with a specified salt concentration through heat exchange with a refrigerant and scraping off the ice. Since the scraper and scraper body are arranged axially symmetrically, the generation of vibration is suppressed and poor ice scraping can be prevented. In addition, as shown in the [Reference exploded perspective view showing the scraper disassembled], the scraper can be removed from the scraper body and easily replaced.
