Abstract

Figure 1.7 is a bottom view. Figures 1.8 and 1.10 are two perspective views, and Figures 1.5, 1.9 and 1.11 are enlarged views of areas A, B and C boxed in Figures 1.4, 1.8 and 1.11 respectively.
