Anti-sway fixture for overhead crane hooks

Abstract

This product is a sway prevention jig for overhead crane hooks that prevents the swing (rotation) of the hook of existing overhead cranes that are mainly installed on the ceilings of buildings such as factories. This sway prevention jig for overhead crane hooks is attached to a hook block that is suspended by a wire rope from the trolley of the overhead crane and rotatably holds the hook. As shown in the reference front view showing the usage state, the hook block has a receiving part into which the shank part (shaft part) of the hook is inserted and held, and a sheave around which the wire rope is wound. This product is attached to the hook block (receiving part) by clamping the receiving part from the front and rear with the base side mounting part, and the hook swing (rotation) is prevented by engaging the notched engagement part on the tip side with the bend part of the hook.
