Abstract

This article is a paperboard for packaging boxes for forming packaging boxes used for packing a fluid material in an inner bag and loading it on a freight car or the like for transportation. The above-mentioned packaging box is also used for stirring the fluid material during transportation. The paperboard for packaging boxes relating to this article is used by dividing it into an outer frame 1, an outer frame 2, and a stirring frame / holding frame, as shown in Reference Figure 1. The divided outer frames 1 and 2 are bonded together in a state in which their longitudinal directions are perpendicular to each other and their central parts overlap, more specifically, in a state in which the central part of the outer frame 2 is placed on the central part of the outer frame 1, as shown in Reference Figure 2, thereby forming a cross-shaped member. In addition, the divided stirring frame / holding frame is folded along the bending lines shown by thin lines in each figure, and then both ends in the longitudinal direction are bonded together, thereby forming a 16-sided cylinder as shown in Reference Figure 3. The cross-shaped member formed by the outer frames 1 and 2 is erected by folding each surface surrounding the center along the bending lines shown by thin lines in each drawing, as shown in Reference FIG. 4, thereby forming a box body of a substantially cubic shape with an open top and a double bottom. A mixing frame / holding frame formed into a 16-sided cylinder is inserted into the inside of this box body as shown in FIG. 5, thereby forming a packaging box as shown in FIG. 6. The mixing frame / holding frame is used in a state where it can be freely removed from the box body, or is used by adhering and fixing it to the inside of the bottom surface of the box body through a fixing adhesive part formed at the lower end when packaging and transporting heavy objects. The fixing adhesive part is abutted and adhered to the inside of the bottom surface of the box body through a surface formed by folding inward or outward along the bending lines shown by thin lines. Furthermore, by appropriately breaking the perforations shown by the dashed lines in each figure, an outlet for the fluid material is formed on the top surface, and a handle for hanging fingers and an inspection port for checking the contents (internal inspection port) are formed on the side. The fluid material placed in the inner bag is contained inside the stirring frame / holding frame formed into a 16-sided cylinder, and is stirred while being held in a specified position by the stirring frame / holding frame during transportation. The paperboard for the packaging box of this article is formed from cardboard, thin steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum plate, plastic plate, etc.
