Abstract

The design sought is a buckle for use in jewellery, in three variations: - the first model is made up of three parts: a buckle between two ends, said buckle being connected to the two ends by two rectangular inserts, which are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the buckle. Each end has a hollowed out D-shaped cylinder and a C-shaped base for inserting and gripping the end of a cable or fastener and allowing the attachment of a jewel. The buckle is in the shape of an inverted U, with the lines slightly inclined inwards. The inverted U-shaped structure consists of an insert that crosses the two lines of the narrowest part of the U, in addition to the aforementioned rectangular insert. One end of this penetrating insert is in the shape of a sphere. A stone with a special cut, reminiscent of a ship's sail, with an eccentrically symmetrical pentagonal shape, is inserted into the cavity of the buckle. The cut of the stone is made up of a main cut face and 36 facets on both sides. The stone is an eccentrically symmetrical pentagon according to the format, and is fixed by a fixture that extends into the U-shaped buckle structure. - The second model differs from the first in that the stone is paved on the front of the U-shaped structure, on the curved edge surface of the D-shaped cylinder, on the front of the rectangular insert as well as on the spherical end of the insert in the narrow part of the buckle. - The third model differs from the first in that the stone is paved on the curved edge surface of the D-shaped cylinder, on the front of the rectangular insert. 1.1) Perspective view; 1.2) Front view; 1.3) Rear view; 1.4) Plan view; 1.5) Bottom view; 1.6) Right side view; 1.7) Left side view.
