Abstract
This article relates to the lid of a waste container. The waste container is used to sort waste and store it in each container by item for the purpose of recycling. A lid is required for the waste container to prevent the contents from spilling out and to protect the recycled materials after sorting from rain and wind. In particular, if the recycled materials after sorting get wet in the rain or deteriorate or weather due to drought, the cost may change or the shipment may become impossible. By covering such a waste container, the contents are protected. There are various shapes of waste containers, but the most versatile one is a container that can be detached and towed by a medium-sized truck vehicle called an 8-cubic-meter container. Once the 8-cubic-meter container was the mainstream, but considering efficiency, the 12-cubic-meter container, which has the same length and width dimensions as the conventional 8-cubic-meter container but is about 1.5 times (about 2m) higher, is becoming the mainstream. There is a problem that the container is easily damaged by large machinery for putting waste materials and resources into the waste container. This article can cope with the case where the dimensions of the opening change greatly in a damaged container.
