Abstract

This article is a wall panel mounting tool for attaching an outer wall panel with tiles to a steel frame or the like. The wall panel mounting tool is a metal fitting with a loose hole at the center of a recessed portion where the central part of a disc is recessed into a hexagonal shape. When attaching tiles with an adhesive to a subfloor that is screwed to the outer wall panel with a ventilation barrel edge intervening, by fitting the recessed portion of the wall panel mounting tool into a hole that penetrates a part of the subfloor in a circular shape or the like, the head of the screw does not protrude and the tiles can be easily adhered. By biting the corners of the recessed portion into the peripheral surface of the hole, the rotation of the wall panel mounting tool is suppressed. By passing the screw through the loose hole, the distortion of the outer wall panel due to shaking such as an earthquake is also absorbed. If directly screwing to a base material such as gypsum or drywall, the area around the screw becomes brittle, and if there is a gap between the base material and the steel frame, the screw bends and the tiles droop. Therefore, the wall panel mounting tool can narrow the interval and reduce the gap.
