Abstract

This article is a testing device used to detect or measure the amount of multiple components in a test sample, such as urine. The testing device comprises a porous test strip containing an agent for detecting the components and a holder for holding the test strip. The rectangular portion on one side of the long side of the testing device is the testing area where the test sample is supplied and the test is performed. The test strip is held in the testing area in an exposed state so that it can come into direct contact with the test sample. The dash-dotted line is a line drawn solely to indicate the boundary between the part for which design registration is sought as a partial design and the other parts.
