Abstract

This item is a roof renovation fitting. For example, it is used when renovating an old, existing, overlapping folded-plate roof by covering it with a new overlapping folded-plate roof. In the above example, as shown in the reference diagram showing the usage state, this item is inserted between the high set that secures the existing folded-plate roof (underlayment) and the top surface of the existing folded-plate roof (underlayment), and the item is installed and secured on top of the existing folded-plate roof (underlayment). After that, the point bolt at the top of this item is passed through the new folded-plate roof (toplayment), and the high set is used to secure the new folded-plate roof (toplayment). Note that the uses and methods are not limited to the above example, and it can also be used for uses and methods other than those mentioned above.
