Head cooling device

Abstract

The head cooling device 1 of this item is made up of two overlapping sheets 2 and 3. In the reference front view showing the welded parts, the yellow colored part is the welded part 4, and as shown in the reference cross-sectional view, the part other than the welded part 4 is a hollow part 5. As shown in the reference front view showing the state in which the tubes are connected, one end of the water supply side tube 7 is connected to one tube connection part 6, and one end of the water discharge side tube 9 is connected to the other tube connection part 8. As shown in the reference front view showing the state in which it is attached to the hood, the head cooling device 1 is pushed into the insertion opening 11 of the hood 10, and as shown in the reference front view showing the state in which it is attached to the hood, the head cooling device 1 is attached to the hood 10. The other ends of the water supply side tube 7 and the water discharge side tube 9 are each connected to the water cooling part. As shown in the reference oblique view showing the state in which it is used, the hood 10 is placed on the head, and then the helmet 11 is put on over it. Then, the water cooled in the water cooling section is sent by a pump from the water supply tube 7 to the cavity 5, and the water that passes through the cavity 5 is discharged from the water discharge tube 9, sent to the water cooling section, cooled again, and then sent to the cavity 5 via the water supply tube 7. In this way, the cooled water circulates within the head cooler 1, cooling the head.
