Abstract

This article is composed of a fiber aggregate or a porous resin body, and applies liquid by utilizing capillary action. This article can be attached to the tip of a cosmetic container that contains cosmetics and used as a cosmetic applicator for eyeliner, eyebrow liner, lip liner, or lipstick to apply cosmetics to the face, such as around the eyes and lips. This article can also be used as a cosmetic applicator that is attached to the tip of the handle that the user holds and that impregnates a separately prepared cosmetic and applies it to the face. This article can also be used not only as a cosmetic applicator, but also as an applicator for writing or art supplies.
