Abstract

This article is composed of a fiber aggregate or a porous resin body and applies liquid by utilizing capillary action. This article can be attached to the tip of a cosmetic container containing cosmetics and used as a cosmetic applicator for applying cosmetics to the lips, around the eyes, or other areas of the face, such as a lipstick, lip liner, eyebrow pencil, or eyeliner. This article can also be used as a cosmetic applicator attached to the tip of the handle held by the user, impregnated with separately prepared cosmetics and applied to the face. This article can also be used not only as a cosmetic applicator, but also as an applicator for writing or art supplies.
