Abstract

The article relating to this design is a guide for finishing the surface level of concrete poured when constructing a reinforced concrete slab to a predetermined height. As shown in the reference diagram of use, a U-shaped support member is fixed to a clamp body equipped with clamping bolts, and a lifting guide is detachably fitted to a support column that is inserted downward into vertical through holes provided in the support member. The upper surface of this lifting guide, which is perpendicular to the axis of the support column, serves as the concrete finishing indicator surface. By pinching the lifting operation knob with the fingertips, the lifting guide, which has a structure that clamps the support column from both sides with elastic force, can be raised and lowered along the support column, or it can be removed from the support column by pulling it forcefully towards the user. The support column and lifting guide are made of plastic, while the clamp body, clamping bolts, and support member are made of metal. An example of how to use the proposed article with the above structure is as follows: As shown in the figure, the clamp body is placed over the lower reinforcing bars of a reinforced concrete structure erected in the slab-forming space for constructing a concrete slab, so that the support column stands vertically at any point, and the proposed article is attached to the lower reinforcing bars by screwing in the clamp bolts. After this, the height of the lifting guide is adjusted while holding the lifting operation knob with the fingertips so that the concrete finish indicator surface of the lifting guide is at the predetermined height. The concrete poured in the slab-forming space is finished so that its surface is flush with the concrete finish indicator surface of the lifting guide of the proposed article, and then the support column is pulled out of the concrete together with the lifting guide, and the work is completed.
