Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a multi-layered liquid cosmetic composition. [Background technology]

[0002] Multi-layered cosmetic preparations are known which separate into multiple layers when left to stand and which must be shaken to uniformly disperse before application to the skin. For example, Patent Document 1 describes that a multi-layered cosmetic preparation containing a polyglycerol alkylphenyl ether compound, a water-soluble salt, an oily substance that is liquid at room temperature, and water exhibits good mixing and emulsification when shaken and rapid separation when left to stand. Patent Document 2 describes a multi-layer cosmetic composition that contains an oil layer containing natural oil and a polymer selected from polysaccharides and sodium hyaluronate, and does not contain a surfactant, which can be emulsified by stirring and is suitable for topical application. Patent Document 3 describes that a multi-layered cosmetic containing mannosylerythritol lipid, a polyhydric alcohol, and a liquid oil with an IOB value of 0 to 0.18 becomes uniformly dispersed when shaken, and has an excellent aesthetic appearance and a good feel when used. Patent Document 4 describes a two-layer separation cosmetic composition that contains a liquid hydrocarbon oil at 25°C, ethanol, and hydroxyethyl cellulose, but does not contain a surfactant, and that is compatible with the skin, provides a moisturizing feeling, is not sticky, and has good re-separation properties after shaking. [0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 63-27409 [Patent Document 2] Special Publication No. 2018-510885 [Patent Document 3] JP 2017-226603 A [Patent Document 4] JP 2020-40916 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] Conventional multi-layered cosmetic compositions have not been fully satisfactory in terms of compatibility with the skin upon application or moisturizing feeling on the skin after application. Furthermore, multi-layered cosmetic preparations are required to maintain a uniformly dispersed state for a certain period of time during use, and to completely separate into multiple layers after use in the same state as before use. However, after shaking, the oil layer and the water layer do not easily separate, and there have been problems with re-separation. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] The present inventors have discovered that by using a combination of specific amounts of a liquid oil and sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, it is possible to obtain a multi-layered liquid cosmetic which easily becomes uniformly dispersed when shaken, which clearly separates the interfaces of the layers when left to stand, which blends well with the skin when applied, and which leaves the skin with an excellent moisturizing feel after application.

[0006] The present invention comprises the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) 5 to 50 mass% of an oil agent that is liquid at 25°C, (B) Water; (C) Sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate The present invention relates to a multi-layered liquid cosmetic composition comprising the above-mentioned components. Effect of the Invention

[0007] The multi-layered liquid cosmetic of the present invention easily becomes uniformly dispersed when shaken, and when left to stand, the interfaces of the layers are clearly separated, exhibiting excellent re-separation properties. It also has excellent compatibility with the skin when applied, provides a moist feeling to the skin after application, and does not leave the skin sticky after application. In the present invention, compatibility with the skin refers to a state in which the applied cosmetic has penetrated into the skin and is no longer present on the skin, giving the feeling that skin care is complete.
