Abstract

To create a high-quality mass spectrum by more accurately removing a chemical noise.SOLUTION: One embodiment of a mass spectrometer includes: a measurement section (1) for repeatedly executing spectrometry over a predetermined m / Z range to one sample for multiple times and acquiring multiple sets of profile data; an integrating section (24) for integrating or averaging multiple sets of profile data obtained by the measurement section and acquiring integration data; frequency information collection sections (22, 23) for determining whether signal intensity is at a predetermined level for each m / z value or for each m / z range with predetermined width for profile data to be integrated by the integrating section, and obtaining frequency information reflecting the total number at the predetermined level for each m / z value or for each m / z range; and an intensity adjustment section (25) for adjusting signal intensity for each m / z value or for each m / z range in integration data and obtaining mass spectrum data on the basis of frequency information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
